“Samantha and Ian took wonderful care of our pups while we were on vacation for a week. They sent many updates and photos while we were away. Our dogs didn't want to come home I don't think! We have tried many dog sitters and will only be using Samantha and Ian from here out!”

“Ruth was excellent! My pup is very attached to me and slow to warm up to strangers. Ruth was very patient with my girl and kept in constant contact with me. We were both very excited when my pup finally felt comfortable to play and snuggle with Ruth. I will definitely be booking with Ruth again when I require a sitter. Becky I.”

“Devin and Tim are amazing!! Our dog Balto enjoyed every minute of his stay and really enjoyed their dog Luna. Luna made Balto feel right at home and kept him busy playing during his stay. They send pictures and kept us updated throughout his stay. Would highly recommend Devin and Tim!!”

“I had to leave town right as a big storm hit, and Maria and Tony still welcomed my Pomeranian, Kobe, for the week—even though they lost power for most of it! They kept me updated with messages and photos, and I’m so grateful for the love and care they gave my little guy. He looked happy and seemed to have a blast making new furry friends in their big yard. I was worried he wasn’t going to want to come home! I will definitely use them again.”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and absolutely love caring for animals. In high school, I worked at a local boarding and day care facility in my hometown in New York, helping care for both dogs and cats. I’ve also watched pets for family and friends over the years, gaining experience with all ages and temperaments. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior dog, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away! I’m a teacher, so during the summer I have lots of availability and spend a lot of time at home with family, friends, and my own dog. During the school year, my availability is a bit more limited. I’m happy to customize care based on your dog’s needs, including limiting activity to one level if that’s best for them. If your dog is used to a crate, I can include that to help them feel comfortable and secure. Daily walks are part of the routine to keep your dog active and engaged. Since I don’t have a fenced yard, I always keep dogs on a leash to ensure their safety while outside. We also have one friendly dog at home who’s great company and would love to keep your fur baby company too.

“Stacey took great care of my dog! She watched her for a month while I had surgery. She sent pics and videos that helped to put my mind at ease knowing my dog was not only well cared for but happy, too! Highly recommend!”

“Gina and Brian (and their 4 legged child - Zoe) welcomed Boo into their home on short notice. This was our first time with a service like Rover, and we were apprehensive about leaving our fur baby with a private family. We could see that Boo was comfortable with Gina when we dropped her off, and Gina kept us informed all along the way with texts and pictures. None of the places that we have boarded Boo before have given her the attention and affection she received from Gina and Brian. There is no doubt that we will be using them again - as well as highly recommend them.”

“We had great experience with Jena and Nick. Dexter received lots of love, personal attention, playtime, daily walks. Their pet Sebastian was a very nice dog and became great buddy of Dexter in a short time. They have a very nice and clean fenced backyard too. Dexter really enjoyed his time with Jena, Nick and Sebastian… We really appreciate their effort in making sure Dexter felt it at home…Thank you Jane, Nick and Sebastian for being so lovely to Dexter.”

“Our dog stayed with Pam for 10 days while we took a family vacation. I felt totally relieved that he had such good care so that we could do this. Pam sent us an update every day with pictures. We did not worry once while on our trip, because we knew he was well taken care of. This is our first time having him stay with her also. He came home happy and actually more calm! ha.”

“Katie and her family welcomed my little dog into their family as if he always belonged there. I was so happy he was getting so much care and attention! Katie sent me pictures of his daily adventures and that helped me relax, knowing he was having a good time. Awesome job!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Tina. When I say that she treated Bernie like her own, I truly mean it! She went above and beyond to spoil our boy and make sure he was loved on at all times. She had great communication with me during the 9 days we were on vacation. His belly was upset bc of separation anxiety and she let me know and offered to pick up anything from the vet that they prescribed. Tina also has the sweetest golden retriever, Duke, that played with Bernie and I think really helped with his anxiety. Bernie was Tina’s shadow during those 9 days and followed her everywhere. That’s how I know he was feeling at ease and found “his person” while we were away. She also really took into consideration the things I was worried about when leaving Bernie, like him destroying and eating toys. She put the toy bin up (poor Duke!) and made sure to watch him when he had toys. I could write pages of how Tina and her family made Bernie part of their family - but just book with her and see for yourself! I won’t use anyone else again.”

“Sadie loved her time with Liza’s family. She says she wants to visit again soon. Liza Kept me updated with photos and messages while Sadie was in her care. Liza was great!”

“Symantha was EXTRAORDINARY! I was nervous about leaving my recently rescued puppy with someone new that I also didn’t know. My fears were quickly eliminated by her. Symantha has a Heeler and our pups were thick as thieves! I was regularly reassured with pictures and videos of Biscuit and all their aventures, he was having his own vacation! I will definitely use Symantha again!!”

I will be sure to take care of your pet as if they were mine! I love to stay active and workout weekly, therefore, walking your pet will give me much joy. I will be available during the week and weekends for walks, drop ins, and daily and/or overnight stays. I work part time at butler hospital, 8 hour shifts. I have 3 cats of my own. They are for the most part self efficient and around my families dogs and friends dogs a lot. I do have one cat with diabetes. He has an insulin schedule twice a day. I personally have 4 dogs all different breeds( French bulldog, mix, terrier mix and a German short hair pointer, she gets along well with each even though they are vastly different in characteristics and needs.
