About: I've had pets my entire life and have always had a soft spot for animals. I worked at a pet boarding facility for 6 years, sometimes caring for 100+ dogs and cats. I raised my sweet pittie from 5 weeks to 15 years and am well-versed in senior care, meds, and couch snuggles. My schedule is entirely flexible. I am available day and night, 7 days a week, typically including holidays, for full-time attentive care and lots of 1-on-1 attention. I know how stressful being away from their humans can be, so I strive to maintain your pet's normal routine as much as possible. All dogs must be crate-trained, though they will only be crated if I have to leave the house (which is rare to never) or if that's where they typically sleep at home. They will have full run of the first floor with my constant supervision, are allowed on the couch, and are welcome to sleep in the bed (if their size allows) or in my room in their own bed if that's what they prefer. We'll play inside, go on leashed walks, or just lounge-whatever your pet likes best. Potty breaks are on-leash and can be at scheduled times or just whenever they ask.

About: We have one dog in our house who is very playful and friendly! Ann works from home so we can easily adapt to the needs of your dog and they will not be left alone for long periods of time. Any special requests are encouraged (long walks, dog park trips, you name it). We already care for a very active dog that includes long morning walks and a lot of playtime. Your furry friend will fit right in! Safety is our first priority! Any special instructions are always strictly adhered to and we understand each dog has unique needs. Doors always remain shut and walks ALWAYS have leashes.

About: I am pet CPR and first aid certified. My husband and I have a 5 year old pug. He’s super friendly and loves other dogs. No children in the home. My schedule allows me to be home throughout the day so I can provide frequent potty breaks. I can also provide daily walks or playtime either indoors or in our fenced yard. Our pug is dependent and has a special diet so we’re understanding and happy to accommodate your dog's needs. We do crate, but only when we’re away from the house, which is rare. Please message me with any questions! My schedule allows me to be home throughout the day so I can provide frequent potty breaks. I can also provide daily walks or playtime either indoors or in our fenced yard. I have a fenced yard but rarely leave our dog out unattended regardless. Our neighborhood has sidewalks and a large loop ideal for walking as well as a nice walking path.

“Thank you for taking care of Rubi on such short notice! She slept very good for me, must’ve had a great day with your wonderful family. Thank you so much!”

About: My husband and I have had animals all of our adult lives. In our home all animals are treated as family. They sleep on beds and snuggle on couches and eat with us at meal time. We enjoy playing outside with our animals as well. I work Monday through Friday outside of the home my husband stays home with our daughter and our animals. We almost always have someone home and are available to let pets out as much as needed. We feed our animals when they’re hungry and make sure all of their needs are met. Snuggles in love are never in short supply here!

“1st time at daycare, Newman and Jerry had a great day, lots of pics and met lots of new friends. They will be staying there overnight next week!”

“WOW! What can I say about Gina and her family.... 5 Star A+ experience, Again! This was my second time leaving my pups with Gina and her family. Last year they had a great experience, and this year was more of the same. They immediately reconognized Gina and were soooo happy to see her again. We were in town working a vendor event and Gina and her family cared for my babies while I was working. I got regular updates about their feeding, pooping and playing. She took them on multiple walks each day and sent pictures each time. They have a fabulous place to care for the dogs. They have a very nice house and a huge open garage for plenty of safe play room. Their road is private with many different places for the dogs to explore on their walks. If you need someone to watch your 'babies', contact Gina, you will not regret it! I picked them up healthy, happy and worn out! They will be back next year!”

“Stacey was amazing. She was very kind, personable and caring. My dog had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Lots of walks and fun. Stacey was also excellent at communicating and keeping me updated with messages and pictures. Already booked boarding with her. Thanks Stacey for watching Rafa!”

About: I am a patient and caring dog owner who has been surrounded by pets my whole life. They are a complete part of our family! I currently work from home with my own 2 small dogs (under 10 pounds) in the house. In the past, I have had Labrador Retrievers and a Viszla. All have been rescues. In recent years, I was heavily involved in a senior dog rescue and fostered a wide variety of dogs. Many of the dogs had supplemental needs, requiring additional care. This included strict medication schedules, teaching blind dogs to navigate their surroundings, teaching dogs with special needs to learn confidence and better mobility, and even one from a hoarding situation that needed to completely learn socialization skills and how to walk on grass! Your dog will be completely pampered and showered with affection during the time we are together. Your dog will be treated like a royal guest! We have plenty of large windows to look out and soft couches to relax on. We even have stools at each couch for our smaller guests to get up and down easily! :) If your pup prefers alone time, we have plenty of doggie beds for them to choose from. I strive to offer them a home away from home, all while allowing them to freedom to wander and relax wherever they feel comfortable. I look forward to meeting your pup! I currently work from home with a flexible schedule that is determined by me. I am home all day and can attend to your pet's needs whenever necessary. If they are at my home, I allow your pet to wander freely and find a spot to relax wherever they feel comfortable. My goal is to provide them with as much playtime and attention as they want when we are together. I will live up to your expectations and follow directions completely. I look forward to caring for your pet in whatever way necessary. I have experience caring for dogs with extreme needs and will be sure to give your pet the best care in the world. I will also send pictures and/or videos of our time together if you wish.

“Trent and Devon were wonderful!!! They were able to accommodate my puppy last minute and I felt completely comfortable with him in their care. They did a little meet and greet with us and I really appreciated that. Franklin had the best time with them!”

“Very responsive, takes amazing care of our pups! We know they’re in good hands when we are away.”

I have babysat friends’ dogs when they would leave for vacation, neighbors pets, and families pets! I've had pets my entire life and for the past several years, I've started caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. I'm not currently working, so my full time job would be caring for your pet! I love having the opportunity through Rover. Any and all instructions you leave for me will be followed with the utmost care to keep your little buddy happy! I’m currently in college, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pups! I have class on Mon & Weds 3-4 (but am free in the morning or evening afterwords) and Tues & Thursday’s 9-1pm I have class (but am free afterwords!) I have a small, safe and secure yard in Cranberry Township. I have 2 doggos to keep your pup company! But, if your pet has social anxiety or anxiety being around other pets, I will be sure to keep my pets upstairs!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and take care of their pets (dogs, cats, rats, fish). It’s been an enjoyable experience for me my whole life and it’s nice to be able to help others out with their pet needs when finding care can be really difficult. I am currently a stay at home mom, so my availability is rather open and flexible during the week and weekends, even if it’s last minute; last minute things pop up and happen to the best of us. I have a friendly chocolate lab that can help keep your dog company. I also have a few dog crates if you need your pet to be crated. I can separate the dogs between the finished basement and the main floor of the home as well, if necessary. Although my yard is not fenced in, I have a very large deck with a gate at the top and also a very large patio where I can use a tie out.

About: I have always grown up taking care of our family dogs since I was as young as 5 years old. I am a mommy of 3 cats and mommy of a 3 year old son and a puppy Pola. My mother and father have one dog and my sister has 3 dogs and 2 cats. My sister has a rover account as well and has been a trusted client for a few years. My dreams are one day to buy land and take care of chickens, alpacas, etc. I am a nurse of around 10 years. My one cat has diabetes so I am trained in giving insulin as well to animals. I will be sure to take care of your pet as if they were mine! I love to stay active and workout weekly, therefore, walking your pet will give me much joy. I will be available during the week and weekends for walks, drop ins, and daily and/or overnight stays. I work part time at butler hospital, 8 hour shifts. I have 3 cats of my own. They are for the most part self efficient and around my families dogs and friends dogs a lot. I do have one cat with diabetes. He has an insulin schedule twice a day. My cats love to play with strings and love there brush. I like to keep my cats active and clean. I trim there nails once a month. They act more like dogs sometimes and like lots of attention and cuddles. I will treat your pet as if they were my own! Newly fenced in privacy fence! We live in a neighborhood that is quiet and perfect for dog walking.

Ashley M.
“Ashley is one of those people dogs instantly trust—and it’s easy to see why. She grew up with dogs and has cared for plenty over the years, so she knows how to read their body language, spot what they need, and keep things calm, playful, or cozy depending on the moment. She’s also the kind of person who laughs at their weird little quirks and antics genuinely enjoys their company, knowing that they have life figured out better than humans. When she spent time with my dog Max, he loved her right away—happy, relaxed, and totally himself. Any pup would be lucky to spend time with her!”

Connor & Ann O.
“Connor and Ann have been watching my dogs for a long time. They are so sweet and loving. My dogs get so excited every time we get there. I love that I can feel totally comfortable that they are going to be safe and well cared for and I can enjoy my vacation while the pups get to have their fun vacation too! There is no other dog sitter I ever want my dogs to go to 🐾🐾🐾🐾”

Samantha & Ian R.
“Samantha is such a loving and caring person—and a wonderful pet owner herself! Her own dog and cats are clearly well cared for and absolutely adored. She’s very active and would make a fantastic dog walker—I can just imagine how much she’d enjoy having a furry friend join her on her walks. Her home is warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly, making it a great environment for any four-legged visitor. You can trust that your pets will be safe, happy, and loved in her care. I would absolutely recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a responsible, kind, and attentive pet sitter or walker!”

Cheryl C.
Star Sitter

“Highly recommend! There are few people that I would trust with my dog - and as he ages, that list becomes shorter. Cheryl is on that list. She is wonderful, trustworthy, and prompt. I know that she knows dogs and that she cares for their well-being. She has fostered or rescued too many to count over the years, which has provided her with the insight and patience to understand their unique personalities. Many of these were foster dogs, which all had special situations surrounding them that she handled with care. Additionally, her dogs are family members to her, which is exactly what you'd want in someone caring for your own. If Cheryl cares for your dog, they will be in wonderful hands.”

“Alexa is a great person to watch dogs, I have known her for just about 3 years she’s amazing with dogs! She takes her time to care for my German Shepard and treats her like she’s her own! Not only is she good with dogs but she has a flexible schedule and is great with people too! I’d recommend her 100%”
