8. Renee M.
“So Renee is my mom and for the 28 years that I've known her, she has always cared deeply for all animals. I grew up watching her care for rabbits, mice, ducks, dogs, cats, fish, hamsters... Honestly, it would be easier to list off the types of animals she hasn't taken care of. About 2 years ago I ended up in a situation where it came down to either having a roof over my two year old's head or keeping my 3 legged Black Lab. Without hesitation, Renee took him in and takes amazing care of him just like she does with every animal under her care.”
9. Jen L.
“My 80 pound pit bull has reactivity problems and is not comfortable with new people. However, Jen has such a positive personality and easy nature that he warmed up to her right away. I think her job as a psych nurse really helps her understand anxiety both in dogs and their owners. Jen is the best and we love her!”
10. Tyjaha S.
“Let's talk about Tyjaha. Tyjaha has been wonderful to my sweet dog Luna over the past year, talking her on walks and and taking care of her on nights that I work late or when I'm out of town. Tyjaha is quick to offer her services and is very patient when my dog is overly hyper. I can't say enough good things about her caring personality.”
11. Lisa G.
“She did a great job coaxing my dog from under the bed! Highly recommend her for shy, scared dogs.”

“Ty is great! My dog loves her lunchtime walks with her :)”

“Dontavius is a great. I have used him several times outside of rover primarily for boarding services. He sends lots of updates and photos while my boy is in his care. When it’s time for me to pick up my guy he oftenly doesn’t want to leave. He does an exceptional job.”

About: I have grown up with dogs of various sizes since 1999. Volunteer at a pit-bull rescue and rehome. I currently do not own a dog but would love to host and take care of yours! My spouse is also a sitter on this app and we are often able to both pet sit as well! I currently am home full time and can usually take same day requests but would ideally like up to a week of advance notice incase I have other commitments. I enjoy walking your pet in my small back yard or can take them to the local park. Your pet is welcome on all my furniture and there is plenty of space for a crate if needed. I understand some pets enjoy staying at their own home and I am willing to travel for drop ins or house sitting as well.

19. Aaron H.
About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my dedication to personalized care and specialized skills. I have extensive experience in puppy training, focusing on building a strong foundation of good behavior and socialization. Additionally, I am well-versed in senior care, ensuring older pets receive the gentle attention and support they need for a comfortable experience. My commitment to understanding each pet's unique needs allows me to provide a nurturing and tailored approach, ensuring both pets and owners feel at ease. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine, starting each morning with feeding and ensuring fresh water for my pet. I prioritize daily walks or playtime, which not only keeps my pet active but also provides me with some exercise and a mental break. Grooming, whether it's a quick brush or a deeper clean, is scheduled weekly to maintain their health and appearance. Additionally, I set aside time to check their health by observing any changes in behavior or physical condition. This consistent routine ensures that my pet's needs are met while seamlessly fitting into my own schedule. Caring for pets at home or in a client's home involves prioritizing their safety, establishing trust, and providing a comfortable environment. First, ensure the area is free from hazards like toxic plants or small objects that could be swallowed. Consistent feeding schedules and access to clean water are essential. To build trust, spend quality time through play and gentle interactions, observing each pet's unique likes and dislikes. Creating a calm environment by maintaining a routine and using calming aids, if necessary, helps pets feel secure and content. Regular check-ins and open communication with the client are also crucial to meeting the pet's specific needs.
