About: Having to leave my own dogs at home while I'm at work, I understand the struggle. I will give your furry friend the care and attention that they miss while you are away. I'm a professional horse farrier. When I'm not out shoeing horses I'm always training my own dogs or friends dogs. I have always had a love for dog walking and spending quality time with animals. If I'm not shoeing horses, I will be available to your furry friends. I currently am part time and get a new schedule once a week. Contact me and I'll let you know what days I can come out. As I have said before, I understand the struggle, stress and worry of leaving your pet at home while you're at work. I have fully experienced with my own dogs especially in our high fire danger area. About: I love animals! I have been around them forever, and in school studying to become a Veterinary Technician :) I am always open for play dates! I work Monday-Friday at Sammie’s Friends, but am available after 5pm for short dog/cat sitting. I am available weekends so any trips you want to take I’ve got you and your furry companion covered. I am very attentive and will make sure your pet is cared for and safe. Whether they are high energy and need more play time, or animals who just need some extra TLC.

About: I grew up around dogs my entire life, we’ve always had various pets in our household from bunnies, rats, ferrets to German Shepard’s, pit bulls and chihuahuas. I’m always home on the weekends, usually just chilling in bed watching movies, or go for a nice walk on the beach or in downtown. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions! *Please do not book with me if your dog cannot be left alone during the day. I work from 6a-3p during the week and I have a small apartment so I cannot have them barking the entire time I’m gone. Thank you for understanding* I do work during the weekdays but I work close to my home so I can always come home on my lunch to give midday potty breaks if needed. I have a consistent schedule and am usually home by 3/4pm. Dogs are kept separated when I am not home and I also have 24/7 camera on my apartment so I can always keep an eye on the dogs when I’m not there.

“Sasha dropped in on my dog Willow a few times this week and I could not have asked for a better person to take care of her. Willow is very nervous around strangers, generally very distrustful and defensive, but she seemed to connect with Sasha from the start at the meet and greet. Sasha was so sweet and understanding with her, never pushing Willow to interact more than she wanted to. When she dropped in, Sasha took Willow outside and played with her (sent me the most adorable video!!), refilled her water, gave her some treats, and cuddled with her on the couch. Before she left on the last day she even cleaned up some of Willow's toys, which I am always terrible about doing. It was such a sweet gesture when I myself was already nervous about someone coming over, it put me right at ease. ? Sasha was very communicative and went above and beyond dropping in on Willow and I couldn't be more grateful. I will definitely contact her again for future drop ins when I need them!”

About: Starting at the age of 12, I began volunteering at local animal shelters (Truckee Humane Society) as well as dog sitting for local Tahoe families. I am a huge advocate for taking time out of the day to get your pet exercise whether that be a leashed walk on a paved trail or an 8 mile hike into the wilderness. I work full time however, I am able to bring well trained social dogs to work. If you prefer for me to not take your dog to work, I live 10 minutes from my home so it is very convenient for me to let your dog out multiple times throughout the day! I love to take pictures of the adventures I bring pets on and keep the owner/owners updated. My friends would definitely describe me as a HUGE animal lover! I have references upon request.
