About: I was inspired to create a Rover sitter account after looking for care for my cat and finding mostly dog sitters. While I know it’s possible to love both dogs and cats, it is nice to know that your sitter loves cats and is very knowledgeable about their care. Though cats are regarded as being easy to care for, they can have a wide range of personalities and needs! I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember (I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, rodents, etc.) and have extensive experience caring for cats, including multiple cats at a time and both kittens and senior kitties. I currently have a 9mo kitten and previously had a senior (17+) cat. I have so much love for cats of all kinds and would love to take care of yours! You can expect your kitty to get more than enough attention and to receive too many pictures of your cat while you are away. I will do my best to follow whatever instructions you leave and stick to your schedule/routine. I have high standards of care for my own cat and will happily go above and beyond to care for your pets. I am available for daily drops ins and potentially overnight stays, whichever better meets your needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible even during the week. I’m able to come to your home for short drop ins or for a more extended stay. I will respect your home and am willing to do any cleaning up after your pet that is required!

About: While I only have 3 years of professional pet experience, I've cared for animals my entire life (mainly cats). My main pet sitting experience has been with a family friend who's dog I cared for for multiple days. Longest was 2 weeks, so I will have no trouble with overnight stays or longer extended stays. I currently work part-time as a self-employed personal shopper and a part-time Pharmacy Tech so my availability is pretty open, especially late afternoons into nights. I can do any long extended stays as well, but will be working around my set work schedule and won't be at the won't 100% of the time. I have only dog sat at my client's home, and there I kept her close by or she would stay in her crate (door open). I make sure my pets are well taken care of -- medicines administered if needed and daily walks (more if wanted). I don't have a fenced-in yard at my home, though, if that is a deterrent.

About: I have hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and medical needs, from puppies and seniors to dogs with anxiety, dietary sensitivities, or special medications. I also work at the county shelter, so I’m confident handling different breeds and behaviors. Whether your pup needs calm companionship, structured enrichment, or just someone to match their zoomies, I’ve got it covered. (Para papás perrunos latinos: Hablo español) Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I’m happy to coordinate with you and adjust my schedule when possible to make sure your pet gets the care they need. On the three days I work during the week, my fiancé is home to care for the pets, so there’s always someone available. Just reach out and let’s chat—I’ll do my best to make it work! We offer safe, reliable, and affectionate care that’s tailored to your dog’s routine, because we know how important it is to find someone who treats your pets like family. We’re here to support you and your pet’s unique needs.

About: Thank you so much for your interest in trusting us with your animals. We know that our animals are not just our pets, they are valued members of our family. We’d be thrilled and honored to meet you and your animal(s) to see if we are a good fit. I, Rachel have been blessed to love so many wonderful animals that I've got to call family in my life including dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters. My husband, Triston and I are failed foster parents and currently have 4 cats, two of which who we raised as feral kittens from birth. Our love for animals is why we've decided to offer pet care on Rover. After watching several friends and neighbors pets, we thought it was time to make an official account. I'm trustworthy, reliable and responsible. My clients value that I'm very attentive, responsive and always ensure to communicate clearly. My husband may join me in sitting or dog walking. He trained as a Veterinary Technician before landing as a Wildlife Biologist. He also volunteered with the SPCA for over 5 years. He has more specialized knowledge and experience giving injections, medication or love to animals who require special attention. We would love to care for your fluffy family members and ensure that they are well loved and taken care of whether it's a walk, drop in or boarding at our home. We are well versed in the needs of animals ranging from younger pets with high energy to aging pets with medical conditions. Sometimes my two year old daughter will join me, however I will always ask permission first. She is very sweet, gentle and kind to animals. She shares a love for animals just like her parents. Her favorite thing is to give hugs and gentle pets to animals who like attention. *To secure a reservation, an upfront payment is necessary. This policy ensures that your spot is reserved and guaranteed. Rover will hold onto the payment until 3-4 days after the booking is complete before sending to me. In the event that immediate payment is not feasible, it's important to be aware that the reservation may be subject to availability. Additionally, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all services with the exception of dog-walking and drop-in visits. I work from home with the ability to have a flexible schedule. I'm happy to meet your pet care needs whether it's early morning, afternoon or evening. My husband and I use our bonus room as our boarding room where we can care for pets in our home. It's a relatively large bedroom with carpet and a couch. This room is the dedicated pet room. We have blankets and toys for your animals, however we always encourage clients to bring toys, blankets that anything else that may smell like home and that your animal is familiar with to help with the transition. We also have a huge yard and would love to go on long walks with your dog. Whether in your home or ours, we always respect and reinforce whatever rules and training you have in place for your animals, whether it's no jumping on the furniture or anything else.

“Isabella is a great communicator and was so good with our two very active dogs on her drop ins. She accommodated our schedule and cared for them like her own we appreciate her help!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 11, starting with my first job helping a cancer patient by tending to their cat. Since then, I’ve looked after pets for friends and family, including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, and even the occasional bird or fish. I love spending time outside with animals, engaging them in play, or simply offering comfort and companionship. As someone who shares my life with animals, I know how much they mean to us, and I bring that same love, care, and attention to every pet I look after—treating them like family. As a student and entrepreneur in the seed round of my business, I enjoy complete autonomy over my schedule. This flexibility means I can easily adjust my hours to meet your pet’s needs—whether it’s daytime visits, evenings, or weekends. I take pride in offering a reliable, open schedule to ensure your beloved pet always receives the care and attention they deserve. 🐾 I begin every caregiving request by collecting key safety and emergency information, ensuring that I’m fully prepared for any situation. I view each new client as an opportunity to build a strong bond, so I always start with an introduction—ideally meeting in person to establish trust. Whether caring for your pet in your home or at my own, I follow your feeding schedule and routine preferences meticulously. At my home in the country, your pet will enjoy a spacious, fenced yard for safe outdoor play, along with cozy indoor spaces including couches and dedicated pet beds. Each animal has its own area to relax and feel at peace. In addition to daily care, I can offer extra services such as baths, nail trims, and thorough brush-outs if desired. (*If you’re away, I’m also happy to tidy your home during drop-in visits or as part of a full-service care package.) My sole focus is to provide comfortable and superb care. Rest assured, every pet that stays with me will leave refreshed and a with happy heart.

About: I have taken care of different animals since I was around 8 years old. As I child / teenager I had dogs, cows, horses, bunnies, and a pig. In my adult years I have continued to have dogs and adventures out once and for a lizard I currently have an open schedule and am looking to fill it with some doggie playtime and cuddles. I am pretty open with the timing during the day and can be very flexible. I will not be able to care for any animals in my house due to renting. I will do everything to make sure that my time with your pet is in a very safe and comfortable environment at your house. Would love to meet and greet with anyone before booking.

About: I’ve grown up around pets my whole life, and I love running around with them during the day. I also love snuggling up with them at night to watch a movie. I am currently attending cosmetology school at AHT, Tuesday- Friday from 9am-5pm. I’m available to be with your furry friends all day monday and after school during the week. I am working in the salon on Saturday, but am free in the evenings. Sundays tend to be pretty open for me since I normally only go to church in the mornings. I have a fenced in yard with tons of space! I also have two very friendly dogs to keep you animals company. I have plenty of space for a cage if you prefer that. If I am watching in your home I will make sure to keep everything the same so you animals feel as comfortable as possible, as it can be hard when someone new comes into their space.

“Irma did a great job taking care of the boys. It had also been a while since they met her so she made sure to come over to the house a few days before to re-introduce herself to them which I appreciated. She was great at communicating with me on her arrival and sending pics!”

“My dog is old, doesn't see or hear well and doesn't always get along with strangers. But Morgan was so nice to him. He wagged his tail when they first met. He is my best friend and I won't just leave him with anyone. I could tell Morgan really cares for animals. She was a great sitter and I would recommend her to anyone.”

“I have had the privilege of knowing Kristin for 30 plus years now and she has now become a true sister to me. She is an excellent house sitter who respected the property and kept everything in order including my little "Ozzy". More importantly she developed a wonderful relationship with my dog. She has such a calm manner and responded to his excitement and playfulness with a lovely sense of humor. She took him for walks, played with him and kept him very happy. I appreciated the fact that she maintained his same routine and when I returned home he was in terrific shape and extremely comfortable being with Kristin. Her genuine love of animals shines through in all that she does knowing that my baby boy "Ozzy" was in the safest of hands was priceless. Also updated me with daily reports, texted pictures of him along with videos and kept my mind one thousand percent at ease while on vacation. I would highly recommend Kristin for your needs she is trustworthy, reliable and dependable and is a lovely human being that truly cares.
