About: I've been around animals my whole life. I have a cat and have had several different dogs. I even fostered dogs for a summer. I'm now divorced and have my kids half the time. My work is flexible and I can add in dog care as needed throughout the day. I homeschool my boys when I have them and work delivery jobs when I don't. My work is very flexible so I can make time for per care any time. I live in town with a small yard. It works best to come to your home as it's most familiar for the animal. “I booked a doggy daycare as a “meet and greet” before we did a 3 day/2 night stay. They have a very large, fenced in yard and I had a great communication leading up to and at pickup. We are looking forward to our worry-free weekend away.”

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs. I love them and they love me. I had a mini poodle that was a puppy mill rescue. I'm able to provide care and comfort for dogs with anxiety from past trauma. I'm recently retired so I have plenty of time to spend with your special friends. I love dogs and I know this will be a great way to fill my time and my heart. I'm only boarding pets from one client at a time. Attention and exercise is key. Walks and play time help keep your pets healthy and happy. Us too! I have plenty of space in my home and a large yard. I enjoy walks on the Chippewa River state trail.

About: Dogs, cats and birds have always been a part of my life. As a child, we even had a pet crow named Butch! I work from home so your fur or feather baby won’t be left alone. My last two dogs passed away after months of battling cancer. My siberian husky had nasal cancer and my papillion had lymphoma. I have experience providing palliative care for dogs that are not feeling well and probably need extra love and attention. Currently, my resident dog is a foster failure named Peppy. Occasionally, I will have a foster dog in addition to my resident dog. I would disclose that information before booking. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. After work, I walk my dog either around the neighborhood or we go to Red Cedar trail or to a park in town. I can easily crate your dog if you request it but it’s ok if he/she sleeps wherever. My dog freaks out in a crate (he was a breeder release) so he sleeps wherever he chooses. He is very gentle and has no teeth so I will not care for any aggressive dog.

“Amanda and her family really helped me in a pinch with some last minute dog care as I attended a birthday party. What a lovely family, and the kids were so helpful too, wearing Ruby out so she got her social time in for the day :-) Amanda went above and beyond, even letting me use a gift bag of hers since the one I got didn't fit the gift I bought. Super accommodating and sweet, would definitely book again in the future!”

Jasmine, unfortunately found out how afraid Kate is with thunder storms And was scratched well Kate was trying to get onto her lap, note she’s a big girl and Jasmine wasn’t expecting it, Jasmine handled it professionally and calmed Kate down. About: I have taken care of dogs for my friends for many years, as well as having dogs for most of my life. I have experience with dogs of all ages. I have experience in medication dispensing. Senior care experience. I work from my home so I am available to give meals and potty breaks continuously throughout the day. I have a very flexible schedule. For drop in visiting and walks, I am available Monday to Thursday 1pm to 7pm. Friday after 5pm. Saturday and Sunday 24 hour availability. My back yard is not fenced in but I won't leave a dog unattended. I will not sit pitbulls or other aggressive breeds. I have 2 strong leashes with in ground tie outs in my back yard. Dogs will only be allowed in my back yard as my front yard faces the street. On days where the temp is hot, I will take dogs out once an hour for just 10 minutes to avoid heat related illness. Also on hot days, water bowls will be in each room that a dog chooses to be in. During the winter I have pee pads outside for the comfort and safety of a dog's feet.

About: I have experience with cats, little dogs, big dogs, and everything in between! I work from home, and available to love up on your pet when you are away! My son loves animals as much as I do, and we look forward to help you with yours! I had a boxer/pit for almost 11 years. Sadly, he developed cancer and it was too much for him. He passed on 10/27/22. I have experience with Labs, Yorkies, Greyhounds, cats, birds, and fish. I love learning new things about different animals and breeds. I work Monday - Friday from home 7am-3:30 pm. I am available to provide walks and potty breaks during the day as long as I can make it to and from your home within my break times. :) If they are here with me, they will have many outside breaks and hugs during the day. Your pets will be treated like they are one of our family. They will get attention and cuddles just like they would if they were our own. We will only accept one pet or family pets at a time to ensure that your pet(s) get the attention they deserve while staying with us! I'm willing to travel outside of the indicated radius; however, an additional mileage rate may apply depending on distance. This will be discussed at time of booking.

“Jessica has been watching our Goldendoodle since he was a puppy (2.5 years old now) and cares for him like he’s her own. Our dog absolutely loves her and her dog . We feel very comfortable leaving our dog with Jessica for extended boarding. She gives is updates on their adventures and sends us pictures throughout the extended (and daily) stays, which brings us a lot of peace of mind.”

About: Hi! I'm Andrew and I'm enthusiastic about caring for your beloved pet! I'm passionate about animals and have been responsible for the care of a variety of different kinds of animals for most of my life. I have experience with special needs pets and know safety procedures for avoiding heat stroke, dealing with allergic reactions, and eating toxic things. I know CPR for dogs and cats. I can assist with positive reinforcement training while walking or boarding. I have experience with medium and small breeds of dogs and am familiar with reactive dogs, so I know how to safely walk and handle those behaviors. I'm happy to take specific requests for care needs. I am eager to offer my services through Rover and provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for your furry friend. I'm committed to ensuring their needs are met with love and attention while you are away. I currently work part-time from home so my schedule is flexible which means I'll be home most of the time while boarding your pet. I occasionally travel so that can sometimes affect my availability which will be marked as unavailable on my calender. I own a home in Florida with a large fenced yard, away from the main streets. I also reside in a home in Wiscosnin during the summer months with a large 1/2 acre land that is not fenced in and away from main streets. When leash walking, I like to walk dogs on quiet streets/sidewalks with minimal traffic exposure. All dogs walks will be 20 mins to 1 hour. I also like to give longer walks in a nearby park. My house in Florida has ceramic flooring with carpeted areas and the Wisconsin home has wooden floors with area rugs. I offer dogs free roam of the home. If you prefer crate with bedding we can discuss the details further.
