Doggy Day Care in Dover

About: I’ve served in the military for over 17 yrs and through out my career I taken care of friends, co-workers, and bosses dogs while they went on vacation or were deployed. I have watched dogs whether it’s in their home or my own and I’ve enjoyed sharing my home with them. I am currently a stay at home dad to an 7 month old so there is a child in the house and enjoying being outside. I have a moderate sized back yard that can accommodate large breeds and pets. I pick up after my own dogs and pets and regularly do so.

About: I grew up on a farm and ranch, caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. While living in South Carolina, I assisted with service dog and obedience training. Dogs have always been a part of my life, and I’ve cared for them throughout my entire adult years. I can’t wait to offer your pup a safe, loving environment while you’re away! Usually home all day Sat and Sunday. Mon - Friday I’m gone from about 9am to 12pm. Home for the rest of the day to keep your pups company, aside from life errands that are few and far between. Drop offs/Pick ups no later than 830pm. As of right now I can have one client at a time, Thank you. I have a 6 foot privacy fence and the front room is set up for your pup to stay in and there is a XXL crate and for smaller pups I have a large play pen and a canopy bed. I do have three dogs that are friendly, however my house is constructed to where I can keep everyone separated and comfortable.

“Tiffany responded timely to our booking request. She was welcoming to our pups and is clearly a natural dog person. After a quick introduction to exchange all relevant information, she helped us make a quick exit while distracting the pups. She was flexible with times so we could take a day of our camping trip to spend a day at the beach. We received a few pictures and had no concerns during our day apart. After letting her know when to expect us back, she prepared our pups to be ready and they were waiting on the porch for us so we could quickly pick them up and get back to camp. I would recommend her to anyone needing similar doggy day care in the area.”

About: As a fur mom i know its hard to leave your pup. But i got you, I will surely send pictures/videos to give you updates and peace of mind while you enjoy your vacation. 😉 I'm a registered nurse that works 2-3 days a week and so im free most of the time. But it would be better if giving me heads up a 3 days to a week early if not i try to make it work my schedule. I'm a pawparent as well to a 4 years old male siberian husky very playful and energetic. I live in a dog friendly apartment with balcony. I can give your dog a long walks if requested. I stay at home when i know i have booking for boarding.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and familiar environment for them. I follow your routines exactly as you outline them — from feeding instructions to walk times to any training cues your dog is used to. I keep doors and gates secured, monitor their body language closely, and make sure they always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. Trust is extremely important to me, so I communicate clearly, send updates/photos, and treat your home with the same respect and care I treat your pet.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for over 25 years. Since I've retired, I wanted the opportunity to watch dogs on a more regular basis. I love dogs.. They say, a happy wife is a happy life.. In the same vain.. A happy dog is a happy household. My dogs are my family. Any dogs I am entrusted to take care of will be treated as an extension of my family. They would be loved and given free reign of the house. My first priority is the welfare of any dog I am taking care of. While you are away, you will be sent daily updates about your pet. I will follow your instructions as to the care of your dog. Your dog will be well cared for.. My priority is the welfare of your pet. I look forward to hearing from you. I'm retired so my schedule is flexible. Dogs are welcome to stay for a day or any extended period of time. All breeds are welcome. I have a fenced in back yard and care for all dogs as if they were a member of my family. I abide by any specific instructions the owners have.

About: I grew up on retired farm land, so I gained lots of experience raising and training several dog breeds, all sizes and ages. We rescued and fostered several dogs, cats, and rabbits over the years. As an adult I started fostering dogs and rabbits myself. Until recently, I was fostering primarily dogs. I have 2 shepheards and 2 pitbulls permanently placed in my home, as well as a dwarf rabbit. 2 of my dogs are trained and registered as service animals. I have a very adaptable home with lots of indoor/outdoor play space, as well as space to be separated as needed. I are very particular about keeping our food and water bowls clean with washing every day. I am happy to love you fur babies! There is rarely ever a time my pets are home alone. They all free roam and coexist peacfully, so I have a very calm house usually. We have a go out/walking schedule we follow to ensure proper exercise, as well as a secure feeding routine. My fiancé works full time, so I am the full time caretaker of the animals. Stranger pets in my home are introduced calmly and carefully, as to maintain a safe environment for all. Higher energy dogs meet my shepheards first, calmer animals meet my old boy first. My animals stay leashed infront of guests until a calmness has been reached. I have separate feeding bowls for all animals, water is communal as to resist territorial behavior. If calmness can not be reached, I have space to separate any unrully animals as needed. As a stranger in another animals home, I aproach very calmly and happily to respect their space. I am very adaptable to understanding and applying a feeding/walking schedule. Play time is always important, and my favorite part of the day! Lots of play time and pets are given to fur babies.
