I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I make it a priority to keep them comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, crate routines, basic medication administration, and giving extra patience and attention to dogs with specific needs. So I will be available most days in the summer to care for your pet. This includes spending time with them, walking them, etc. I have 15 acres that your pup and I can explore. Mostly wooded, and does have a small creek. Your pup will get the opportunity to relax and enjoy the ability to either Lounge in the grass in the backyard or go for a walk through the woods.

About: I am in school to become a dog trainer. I’d love to have more experience working with dogs! I’ve been around dogs my whole life! I’d love to help care for your fur babies! I also work at Lead your K9 in Orwigsburg as a dog trainers assistant! I am currently doing online school and working part time. My other job is very flexible so I’ll be available any day of the week! If I have a list of what you want me to do, I will 100% follow it. I pay very close attention to detail and I will make sure your dog is well cared for! My dog is on a strict diet and I make sure to follow it no matter what. My fur baby has tons of toys and puzzles and lick mats, he has more stuff than I do!

About: Served four years as a veterinary tech, currently in the Accounting Industry and working remotely. I must pass Federal background checked annually for my position. Six years worth of volunteer service through multiple animal rescues. Currently a "dog mom" to a lively Bernadoodle; along with ducks and chickens. About: I gave been around dogs and cats for 16 years! My neighbors, family members, and friends always relied on me to take wonderful care of their pets! I have a part time job, but if you let me know ahead of time I will not schedule myself to work and be available to take care of your pets. I always let my dog out and walk him, make sure he always have water and food. I love to walk dogs and make sure to watch for other pets to see if they are friendly or not.

About: I am 24 years old and am looking for extra work this summer. I love animals and I have had dogs my entire life ranging in sizes. I’ve had pugs and a shih tzu as well as a black lab and a cane corso. I also have had several cats so I’m equipped and comfortable with them as well. I have multiple different handling experiences with different dogs with different temperaments. I have also taken multiple handling and training classes with a dog trainer. I prefer the smaller dogs but love them all and would give your pets the best experience. I love dogs and cats and am excited to get to know you and any of your pets. About: I spent my youth training to be a vet and fostering dogs. I learned a lot at vet school, namely that I couldn't ever deliver the final act of compassion. So, I turned my attention to my true passion - caring for dogs! I have been dog sitting for over 15 years and I love it. Every new dog that I meet reminds me how much I love dogs. I am flexible to the needs of every dog I care for and will make their experience with me as similar to their home life as possible. I have two dogs of my own, but they LOVE meeting new dogs to play with. If your dog is not as keen to new friendships, I can separate them all with ease. I have only one hard line, I need to meet you and your dog before the stay. I have learned that it is the best way to ensure your dog's comfort in their stay. I did not always adhere to this and I have seen some very stressed out fur babies. I want your fur pups happy and healthy as much as you do! Thank you for your consideration. I work from home so, I will be with your dogs all day. If we have any grocery trips or daycare drop offs, they will be crated for those brief periods. We keep our dog-less activities to a minimum during pet stays. We have no fence and our dogs run off-leash. With your dogs, I will walk them leashed because dogs (like children) test boundaries. We also go to creeks and hikes very often, and your dogs will join us leashed (if you approve).
