About: I love pets! More than human most of the time. I enjoy talking to them and learning from them, and playing! Your baby will be in very good hands with me! I am a student and can only work part time. This kind of work is not only ideal for my schedule and financial needs, its an opportunity to make new 4 legged friends! I am not able to host any furry friends. But I can walk them around their neighborhood. Hang with them in their home with their owners are away. I've cared for many different breeds with many different needs and I am more than happy to accommodate for whatever is needed.

About: I have owned and cared for pets my entire life. I'm recently retired from a long career as a professional equestrian and horse trainer, and I'm excited to begin this journey of offering pet care services to the community! I have experience with all types and ages of pets ... from very young to very senior. I have experience administering medications, giving injections, and basic first aid. My lifestyle is active, and I'm happy to provide whatever exercise that your pet needs, whether that is a long trail hike, or simply walks around the neighborhood. And lots of love and snuggles of course :) I also have extensive horse experience, and limited experience with other livestock, and I'm happy to provide services for those animals as well. I currently work from home and have an extremely flexible schedule, which allows me to work around whatever your pet care needs are. I have a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle, so I can get to some of the further out Nevada County destinations no problem. I pride myself on being punctual, organized and reliable, and you can rest assured that your pet(s) and home will receive attentive and loving care. I am happy to take care of any additional tasks that you might need around your home while you're away (checking mail, taking out trash, watering plants/garden, etc. )

I’m available for pet care Monday through Friday, with the exception of 7:30 a.m to 8:30 a.m during weekdays while I take my kids to school and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, as I have class. I also have two kids, so while I’m open to evening visits after 5 p.m. and on weekends, they would need to come with me. As long as that’s okay with you and your pet, I’m happy to help during those times too! I’m flexible and always aim to make things work for both you and your animals. I provide all pet care in your home, where your pets feel most comfortable and secure. I’ll follow your routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, litter box or crate cleaning, and any special instructions like medications or favorite activities. Keeping your fur baby in their familiar environment helps reduce stress while you’re away. The yard is fenced 6 feet high and we have room for the dogs to play. My experience administering medication I am veterinary assistant certified I have been professionally trained to know how to administer medication, so the answer is yes, I am very comfortable administering medication. Charles will also administer medication if needed!
