About: Hi my names Amadi. Thanks for taking a second to check out my profile! I have a little over 15 years of experience in training dogs, helping with socialization skills, and general caretaking. Currently I work from home, a light schedule as I’m testing to obtain another specialty license. In my daily life I used to foster dogs for a rescue. Most of my fosters came from very rough beginnings and had many social and/or anxiety issues but we have been able to overcome them💙 With that being said I totally understand how some dogs are unsure of new people and I’m 100% willing to take the time needed to get to know your fur baby. I do currently have an iguana in his own enclosure and I have extensive reptile knowledge and I’m willing to assist with those as well. I currently have a light schedule that I work from home, so I am available for a lot of pet care needs. I do frequent bathroom visits play, and meal time. I am 100% about safety first. I will not accept any new dogs that will put anyone else in jeopardy. Although I have experience in housing a large number of dogs from my time fostering out in Goochland, and my time working in a doggy daycare, I do not wish to take on a large number of dogs at any one time.

About: We love our fur babies and have been fostering dogs and cats for years. Every dog becomes a member of our family while they are here! Our furniture is pet-friendly and we have a fenced in back yard. We love to go to the park and hike with our dogs when the weather is pleasant! 🐾 Health & Vaccination Policy 🐾 For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, I require that all dogs are up-to-date on the following vaccinations: • Rabies • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) • Bordetella (kennel cough) Puppies must have completed their full vaccination series appropriate for their age. I may request proof of vaccinations prior to your booking, especially for boarding or daycare stays where pets may be in shared spaces. Additionally: • Dogs should be free of fleas, ticks, and any contagious illnesses • Please let me know if your pet has recently been sick or exposed to illness • Pets showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, etc.) may need to reschedule for everyone’s safety I truly care about creating a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for every pet. We love walks, so a well behaved dog is always welcome on our walks with us. The children in my life are also dog lovers and will be happy to snuggle, play and dote on your fur baby, too. I have a fenced in yard, a pet friendly home and I have a large crate, if needed. For anxious dogs, I have the space to keep your fur baby apart from other animals in my home.

I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, scheduled walks, outdoor play, and one-on-one attention. Dogs are cared for on a structured routine that includes activity, feeding, and designated rest periods to keep them balanced and comfortable. I’m able to maintain a calm, organized environment where dogs receive reliable care, attention, and structure every day. I provide care in a structured, well-managed home designed for safety, balance, and low stress. As an owner of 5 dogs, 3 different breeds who are trained, I know what dogs need to thrive, feel loved, and thrive socially. While dogs are treated with love and attention, this is not a free-roam environment. I operate a crate-structured system that allows each dog to rest, reset, and avoid overstimulation while also keeping all dogs safe. In my home: • Dogs are comfortably crate trained • Dogs are crated during rest periods, overnight, and when unsupervised • Dogs are rotated for safe, controlled interaction • Dogs are never left to freely roam together without supervision This setup allows me to safely care for multiple dogs while still providing individual attention and a calm atmosphere. For safety: • Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs • No history of biting or unsafe behavior • Dogs must be able to remain calm when confined • Collar or harness is required at all times This environment is best suited for dogs who are used to structure, routine, and boundaries.

About: I've cared and been around pets and dogs of all breeds all my life. My family has always had dogs so I have experience feeding, grooming, playing, walking, administering simple medication, and basic training. I'm a mom of 7 that works part-time, with little ones in school, so I have the means, time, professionalism, and drive to play and care for your four legged family member, when your unavailable to.... And your able to rest assure that they are well taken care of :) When caring for pets I am able to visit and care for them in their natural setting.... About: I have taken care of pets from a very young age carrying for dogs and cats and even horses, rabbits, chickens, goats and more where I grew up in the country. Most recently I pet sat regularly in Woodlake for several families including senior pets on medication and special needs pets, overnight sits in the home and taking care of multiple animals for a week at a time. I am compassionate and kind and will follow whatever guidelines you already have in place for your kids to not back track on training. I'm currently available full-time to help your pets be happy while you're away. My schedule is flexible for boarding, drop-ins, walking and more. We have two friendly dogs that will help keep your fur baby company if so desired. Otherwise they can be separated if need be in different areas of the home or crated away from one another for down time.

About: I’m 66 but I’m a young 66 year old women. I’d be honored to take care of your pets! I’d take care of them as if they were my own! I’ve had pets all my life (cats, dogs, and etc) I’m currently available at all times and everyday! I have my own transportation. I can always leave at any time to do a drop in for your pet! We have plenty of space to host your dog, including a fully fenced yard where they can safely play and explore. We currently have two cats and a Golden Aussie of our own, and we grew up surrounded by animals such as Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas, Poodles, and more. Because of this, we are very comfortable managing a multi-pet household. If your pet has any allergies or special dietary needs, we are happy to accommodate them. I work remotely so I am able to spend more time with my dog during the day, and he gets to play in the yard for the majority of the day. About: I will take care of as if my own. I tend to get attached and fall in Love fast with furry friends. It’s actually called baby kitty syndrome. Like when you want to squeeze them so hard you will hurt them. Lol I need something to do with myself and make a little extra cash. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits all my life. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. So I won’t be able to lift more than 25lb max. I’m new to the area so this will help me to get out of my house and do something. I actually watch pets to get my fur baby fix and for a place to stay, specially when I travel. And im usually solo on my travels I will stay in your home to make things as stress free as possible for your fur babies. I will follow all your instructions and love them as my own

About: I am a retired military vet i served in the Army for twenty one years. I have cared for dogs my entire life. No matter what size the dog is I can handle them. They call me the dog whisperer. Most times people ask me what did I do to make the dog relax. I have a really soft caring voice, that is very tusting I will care for cats but I don't have as much experience with cats as I do with dogs. I will also care for other animals if needed I also have knowledge to house train puppies. I am fully aware of how to treat a older dogs with medical issues. Bottom line leaving your dog with me is like leaving them with family I work part time. I don't work weekends or holidays. I will have more than enough time with your fur baby. I'm home most days. About: Hi! We’re Colorado and Utah natives who ended up in Charleston, SC, for PA school before my husband’s job in orthopedics brought us to Virginia. We’ve fallen in love with this area and with raising our daughter here! Our 11-year-old beagle, Julia, is the heart of our family. She was our first baby, and I remember someone once telling me that when you have a child, you won’t love your dog as much anymore. I couldn’t disagree more! Julia is everything to us, and our daughter calls her “sister.” ❤️ I grew up with a dog who was my whole world, and I come from a family of dog lovers (my mom has THREE beagles!). When Julia was a puppy, we used Rover in Utah to meet other dogs and take them hiking with us. We’ve always loved having dogs in our lives, and we’re excited to welcome some new furry friends into our home here! You’ll often find us walking or scootering around CW with Julia, and if you hear a beagle chasing squirrels, there’s a good chance it’s us! We also have a fenced yard for sniffing, exploring, and I also work from home, so I’m around most of the day to keep your pup company and give them plenty of attention, playtime, and snuggles! We’re thoughtful about size, breed, and temperament because Julia’s comfort and our daughter’s safety come first. Our daughter loves dogs and is gentle and sweet with them. Julia’s best friend is a Goldendoodle, so we have a soft spot for those curly-haired cuties, too! We especially love sweet, easygoing older dogs, and we’re happy to consider puppies as long as they’re potty-trained. We do require a meet-and-greet before booking to make sure everyone gets along and feels comfortable. We know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. We’ve had a bad pet-care experience ourselves, and it really crushed us. It made us realize how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your fur baby. We want you to feel good about where your dog is staying and know they’re being treated like one of our own. Julia has Cushing’s disease and takes medication every night, so we understand the importance of keeping up with routines and giving medications as directed. My husband is a physician assistant, and we’re comfortable administering routine medications, too. Most of all, we want your pup to feel at home here, whether that means playing in the yard, going for walks, or curling up for some snuggles. We’re happy to send photos and updates while you’re away because we know how nice it is to see your dog happy and settled. We can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! 🐶
