Upon messaging Elaine about her availability she immediately proposed a meet and greet. I was nervous Sepia wouldn’t get along with her own two dogs but it went wonderfully! Elaine and her husband were flexible with my tentative schedule and offered to host sepia for the night when I found out I needed to leave extremely early the next morning. With my crazy work schedule, I will 100% go straight to Elaine and Steven. Sepia clearly made herself at home ? and was spoiled with treats and endless love.”

About: Been a pet groomer for over 16 years! I’ve pet sat for clients before. I have also administered insulin to diabetic pets when pet sitting! I work from home so I’m around pretty much all the time. I will take afternoon walks. I like to be outside, in the evenings my family and I will be in the back yard playing. We have a pyrndoodle who Loves to play, we sadly lost our other family dog 3 years ago. We have enjoyed pet sitting. It has helped fill a void. We went this route because we saw how hurt our other dog was and we didn’t want to get a new dog and have the same thing happen to them. This has been a great way for our dog to have fun! I have a fenced in yard. We let our dog out 3-4 times a day, as well as a walk a day to help keep his joints healthy.

About: I started a small dog walking and pet sitting business when I was in high school. Since then, I continued caring for pets and have experience with a wide variety of breeds, weights, and ages. Throughout my experience I have learned skills such as dog handling/ training commands, administering medication, proper grooming techniques, and potty training. My experience has also taught me how to recognize behavioral signs that help anticipate any changes to their mood. I currently work from home full time so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I also have my own dogs so we have a regular outside and playtime schedule. I am born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to Chester, Virginia back in 2011 but now living in Colonial Heights, VA. I am trying to get a little more income to help pay for school tuition, so why not try to make money taking care of furry animals. I'm a dog lover! I've owned 3 dogs previously and understand we want the best for them while we’re away. They are our fur babies after all right? I will make sure to give them lots of play time and walk time as well as sleep time. Making them feel at home and loved. Daily frequent walks are a must as well as play time. Even though you would be away, I wanna make sure they have a great time with me and help them feel less lonely. After all, mi casa es su casa (: I do have a 4 year old female pit bull and a 3 year old male bully. They’re both very friendly, love to play & will be a great companions during your dog’s stay. Please remember to bring any dog bowls, food, leashes and any toys to make them feel at home and comfortable. In consideration, please bathe your furry one prior to house boarding or daycare. I have a 4 year old female pit bull & a 3 year old male bully that loves to play outside in our large fenced In back yard. They both have a crate that they can be in as well if your dog needs some separation. I can also crate your dog as well if needed.
