“I highly recommend Kathryn!! She went above and beyond for our puppy Draco’s first doggy daycare. She made sure to check in many times throughout the day and send lots of pictures. She even took him to the dog park to hangout! We will definitely be booking with her again when needed.”

About: I’ve grew up with dogs and have taken care of them All My Life Basically! They Provide An Unconditional Love & Deserve That Unconditional Love Back! Although I currently don’t have any dogs of my own, I sure do enjoy the company of family Members & others dogs. Loving them, walking them, Cleaning Up After Them, Bathing Them, & Also feeding & playing with them ! Animals Are Family & What Is Life Without a Wagging Tail?! I’m currently working from home so I have plenty enough time to play & care for your fur babies! I Do onboarding in my home whether It’s For A Few Hours, all Day , over night or for a few nights! I Love to update parents on their fur babies with pics and videos to show how they are doing as I know some dogs get separation anxiety from being away from their owners! I do not have a fenced in yard but I would love to take your dogs for walks to enjoy the fresh air and potty! I do not have any animals currently living with me so I don’t mind them not being in a crate, if your dog is crate trained and would prefer them to be in it certain times that is also okay with me.

About: I’ve cared for and loved the pets of family members and friends for about 6 years. I love getting to know each new pet and giving them plenty of love. I am fully a stay at home parent. So I can dedicate most of my time to your pet. I have plenty of time for walks and play. I have a cozy home, I allow pets on furniture and in bed so they will be comfortable and safe. I also have lots of sunlight so they will feel free and not closed in. I have my own doggy named Prince to keep your pet(s) company as well.
About: I decided to join Rover because my friends always contact me to take care of their pets and they say I should make a job of it :) I’ve also been a personal assistant to two families, which included staying with and checking in on their pets on a daily basis and while they were away. I’ve had a few clients over the years where I’ve taken care of their dogs, cats, rabbits, goats and other farm animals. I’ve helped run a small farm as well so if you have horses or other animals that need looked after, I’m all in! I have a college degree and manage a restaurant now. I’m very responsible, handle stress well, and have always taken my obligations very seriously. I’m trustworthy and always on time. That’s part of being a business woman :) Besides that though, I truly love animals and I’m very fond of dogs, cats, and horses. I’d love to help you out so be sure to get in touch! Fortunately, as a restaurant manager, I get to create my own schedule so I enjoy helping out families with their pets in my off time. If you need me to take your dog(s) for a walk, stop by to play with your pets, check in, potty breaks, or spending the night, let’s discuss what schedule you need. I’m very flexible and can also help with any special needs you may have such as giving meds or cleanings. Just leave me instructions and I will be sure to follow those and any other guidelines you may have. Keeping your pets safe and entertained will be my priority. I’d love to send you pics and check-ins to offer you peace of mind while your away.

“Jessica was amazing and my dog Donut loved her! Her experience with pets made me feel so comfortable to have her watch my dog that has a health condition. She offered when we arrived if I wanted updates throughout the day or wait until the end and I really appreciate her thoughtfulness in asking. Looking forwards to her hopefully watching him again in the future!”

About: I've spent my whole life surrounded by animals—caring for everything from playful puppies and cuddly cats to bunnies, ferrets, and more. I’ve fostered kittens, helped them grow strong and social, and supported pets through every stage of life. What started as helping family, friends, and neighbors has grown into a true calling. I have experience with pets of all ages, medical needs, and those requiring special attention—like blind or deaf animals who need extra patience and care. Whether it’s daily check-ins or last-minute sitting, I treat every pet like family—because that’s how I’d want mine treated too. I work from home and I make my own schedule. So, tons of time for walks, play-time, bathing, and cuddles. Missing your fur baby? No worries! As a fur mom, I know how reassuring it can be to get updates, with pictures and videos, while being away from your babies. I have 2 pups and tons of toys that will keep your pups entertained, and space they can retreat to if they feel overstimulated. I live close to trails for enjoyable walks, for the pups that are properly safeguarded with prevention and vaccines for a walk through the woods. I have plenty of kitty toys and scratchers for my kitty friends, so they can have fun and keep their nails in tip top shape. My fur babies have a calm and safe environment, and we’d love to share that with your fur baby.

“Our pup is experiencing some separation anxiety and so we weren't sure how he would handle a day at a sitters. Mckayla and Christian took such good care of him. They sent lots of pictures to reassure us that all was well with him. Thank you for your great care of our puppy! Note: only reason we are not repeat customers is that we live 7 hours away and were just briefly stopping here.”

“Kelly was a great sitter for our beagle! He spent a fun day with her and her family and came home happy and tired. She is very attentive to anything he might need and was wonderful to work with. Overall a great experience!”

“Shanna is an amazing sitter who I trust to watch and enrich my 3 month old puppy. She’s very prompt about responding and is a great communicator about pick up and drop times. She is a certified dog trainer, so I know my dog is getting the best care. She asked me about what I want my dog to learn and what skills he already had. And then reinforced them! She had my dog toileting outside in a day or two. Shanna also went above and beyond in my mind when she got my puppy some edible chews because he was teething. I offered to pay, but she wouldn’t hear of it. Truly an amazing person who clearly just loves dogs. And my pup clearly agrees! He was excited to see her after the first day and every day since he has readily jumped into her arms. He comes home tired and in general more responsive and calm to my commands. Shanna’s about a 20-30 minute drive out of town for me, but she is TOTALLY worth it. I would say she is the top tier of any dog sitter I have ever had. This is definitely who you want to watch your dogs.”

“Went to Fairmont for work and didn't want to leave my pup at daycare in DC for so long. Tracey was AMAZING!!! I may be the biggest worrier on the planet, but she put my mind at ease within an hour. Got so many pictures and videos of all the pups playing and eventually being worn out. Even learned that mine likes cats (I had a suspicion). About: There's nothing more wonderful than the love of a dog! I had previously primarily used Rover to find quality sitters and now my schedule is allowing me to return the favor. I'm a nurse and currently working on my Doctorate, so much of this time during this period in my schooling is spent studying from home, allowing me a very flexible schedule. From experiences seeking out sitters for my own dog, I know it is incredibly important (and sometimes challenging) to find someone trustworthy and reliable when life gets busy. I grew up with a number of dogs in our house and have translated that love over the last decade into dedicated involvement with foster/rescue organizations. I have experience caring for all dogs, from litters of new puppies to senior dogs and those with special needs. Some dogs I've cared for are experiencing their first taste of a home, and it couldn't be more rewarding to make them feel safe and loved while working on leash skills, potty training, baths, etc. I am happy to accommodate you and your pet's preferences--I understand the importance of routine, consistency, and willingness to accommodate a pup's specific needs My schedule is very flexible during the day allowing for frequent potty breaks, multiple walks, park trips, and plenty of attention/playtime. My senior girl Lilo loves having visitors, and we are happy to welcome another dog into our home!

About: Hello and welcome! My name is Erika. I have an almost 3 year old who loves dogs and has wonderful dog manners. I also have three kitties named Tortellini, Raiden and Lil Miss. I am a SAHM and looking to get my dog fixed! I love loving on and catering to your animal(s)! Long walks and vigorous play time are a critical role in my canine care routine. As always I pride myself in having the utmost respect of your already set routine with your loved one, and try to make the time spent with your animal flawless! I have been working with animals for 15 years and have a load of experience handling all sorts! Having worked at Waynesburg animal hospital, PVSEC emergency unit in Pittsburgh, Nemacolin woodlands with the wildlife academy and Pittsburgh zoo in the educational department. I have unwavering confidence in caring for your pet! Catering to their needs, and yours too! For owners interested in overnight stays or doggy drop off! A tour of my living spaces, accommodations I provide and cages are provided upon request.

“Emily was amazing, responsive, sent pictures throughout the day! Plan to book with her again if needed!!!!”

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, having grown up with them my whole life, from senior dogs to playful puppies as young as 3 months old. I’m passionate about both cats and dogs and love taking them on runs or treating them to a sweet snack. Whether it's a leisurely walk or an active outing, I’m dedicated to providing fun, loving care for every pet I sit! I have classes until 3 PM most days, but I’m flexible and can adjust my schedule to accommodate pet care in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I’m committed to providing reliable and loving care for your pets whenever you need me! I offer pet care primarily in my client’s home, as I prefer the pets to stay in their familiar environment. I have a fenced-in backyard, but since I live on a busier street, I find it’s often better for pets to be in a quieter, more comfortable space. If your pet is friendly, I also have a dog who loves to play and is very sweet. My home is safe, but for senior dogs, there are a few stairs, which I can work around to ensure their comfort. I’m flexible and always prioritize your pet’s safety and happiness!

About: I have had animals all my life ranging from horses, dogs, and cats. I have raised Siberian Huskies so have experience with high energy breeds and puppies and have rehabilited a lot of abused animals. I have four dogs currently and a few horses. Your animals will be happy and safe with me. I come with a law enforcement background so your pets will be protected and safe with me and you can have a trust worthy person so you can have peace of mind while you are away. I'm currently on leave from work and recovering so looking for something to occupy my time. I love animals and animals are already a part of my daily routine. I will follow all directions you give me cause you know your pet best. Not only will I do just the basic care but I will also give your pet some companionship and love while you are away.

“I immediately trusted Caitlin to do what's best for my dog.”

About: I have had dogs & cats my entire life—all shapes, sizes & colors. I am passionate about providing loving and attentive support to pets of all kinds. I have experience administering medications, watching puppies, caring for seniors, you name it! Most notably, I pay close attention to those special pets who may need specific care. I am dedicated to making each pet's experience enjoyable and stress-free. I believe every pet deserves the best, and I will always strive to provide that with the utmost compassion and professionalism. My schedule is pretty flexible since I’m a student. I only have class on Monday-Wednesday leaving my schedule open almost entirely. I also have time those days too. I understand that some pets need fed on a certain schedule or let out more often than others. My open availability allows me to provide that. I understand the trust needed to allow a "complete stranger" into your home. I promise to make sure as though you and your pet don't feel as if I am a stranger. That being said, I prefer always meeting you and your pet before providing care. I will also treat your pet, and your home, as my own. Giving them and it the utmost care and respect.
