About: I have taken care of pets since I was 10 years old. It started of as me watching cats for my neighbor, then ballooned into sitting for friends’ and family’s dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, chickens, and turkeys! I currently have 4 rescue mutts of my own, so I’m great with handling multiple dogs at once. I also have two human kids, ages 14 and 10, and a wonderful husband who helps me run the chaos at our house :) I have experience with young pups who are still training to seniors who just need some quiet time and snuggles. I also have experience with medication administration (injectable, oral, or topical). I am skilled in the care of reactive dogs and dogs with bite histories. It takes a lot to scare me off!! Big or small, I’ll watch them all! I’m currently a registered nurse working in NY on a travel assignment on weekends, but I’ve just taken a work from home job so starting in mid-December I will have good amount of availability. I also have openings on most holidays/weekends. Please see my schedule or send a message to inquire if I am available for whatever service you may be looking for! I don’t have all availability posted, so just reach out if you think I’d be a good fit! Your pets’ safety is always my number one priority. Because two of my dogs are dog/stranger reactive, all care must be done in your home/neighborhood. I feel this is also beneficial to pets because they will be in their own familiar environment. I will always ask for a meet and greet prior to taking on a job because I want to make sure that I’m a great fit for you and your pets. I like to gather information about your pet, get a feel for their schedule, and also set expectations so everyone is on the same page. I will try to maintain your pets’ schedules as closely as possible to help keep the stress at bay. I will also be respectful of your property and your neighborhood. I will leave everything just as I have found it. If hired for drop ins, I can also get mail, water plants, feed fish, take out trash, etc. if needed. Just ask! I know how hard it is to find someone that is trustworthy enough to take care of your beloved pets, but you don’t have to look any further. I’m your lady!

2. Alexandra C.

About: I've been an animal lover and pet parent my entire life. I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages, including young puppies and kittens. I'm responsible, attentive, and your kitties and pups will want for nothing with me! I have watched pets for friends and family many times over the years, so I am very adaptable to the different needs of pets. I have offered everything from walks to house sitting, whatever is needed. Just let me know your routine and I will provide that for your fur babies. I am attending school but my work is mainly online, with only one class time a week on Tuesday evenings. Other than that, I am entirely available whenever needed to care for your pets.

4. Ashley S.

5. Sarah M.
About: I have two dogs of my own. One is a 12 year old Pomeranian shih tzu and the other is a 9 year old German shepherd. I currently work Monday to Friday 7am-3pm. I am available any evening or any time on the weekends. I can do multiple visits if needed. I have a fenced in yard and love to let the pups play and hang outdoors on a nice day. I love rewarding my pets with treats and they always get bonus treats for cuteness! I will treat your pet as my own and ensure that you have peace of mind while you are away!

6. Gregg G.
“I've know Gregg around 22 years. I've known him to be an avid animal lover, especially dogs and more recently cats. He used to house sit for us in the early 2010s and this included giving injections to our diabetic cat as well as taking care of our home, cats and dogs (and even a hamster). I trust him greatly with my home and pets and think he is a kind and honest individual and loves to cater to the needs of animals and humans. He will be great at this i believe.”

7. Diana & Gladys F.

“Diana has been so wonderful with my anxious pup. Laila has warmed up to her new human friend quicker than she does with most new people. She also gives her her medicine which is a huge relief. I am a nightshift nurse so my schedule is super bizarre but she is always quick to respond to any requests I ask which is helpful for planning purposes. Thanks Diana! Xoxo”

8. Emili W.

“Scheduled on short notice and was amazing to work with highly recommend.”

9. Kendra V.
About: I have loved and taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a kid, whether it be a common house pet to a reptile. I never grew up without a dog in the home and have personal experience caring for and training family dogs. Animals are more family than just a pet to me and I am pursuing a veterinary career because I have always believed so. My current full time job only requires I work Friday to Sunday so I have day and night available dedicated to your pets needs Monday through Thursday! I have a decently sized yard that is unfenced but has a lead to allow your dog to roam safely and supervised away from the road. I have a kitten that does well with both cats and dogs as he has been socialized with both. I have a large dog that is great with cats and friendly with most dogs though he will be kept separate to assure every pets safety unless requested otherwise!

10. Kimberly A.

Your dog will never be unsupervised and there are no other pets in my home. I do have an open yard that depending on each dog, we can play there!

15. Natalie W.
About: I have spent my entire life caring for pets and love animals. We currently have an indoor dog and 2 cats, all rescue pets. I’ve also previously had bunnys, birds and reptiles. I have worked as a pet sitter / dog walker on and off for the past 30 years. I do have a 17 year old daughter who also adores animals, we call her the pet whisperer! She loves helping care for animals, when possible. I do have reliable transportation with all wheel or four wheel drive at all times, your pet will not be forgotten about. I do prefer to work with animals that have been spayed or neutered but have worked with those that have not been. I am currently a stay at home mom and hope to remain in this capacity. That being said I am available most days and times! For pets visiting my home we have a large front and back yard, tho not fenced in your pet will be on a leash outside at all times.

“Amazing with animals Takes really great care of pets She's very loving No matter what the animals, she loves them as her own. Understanding of the animals She makes sure that they are taken care of no matter what. She's very patient, doesn't force animals to like her. But at the end of the day, they are best friends. I would trust her 100% with my animals”

19. Ryley W.
About: I've had several dogs growing up into adulthood. I currently am employed as an EMT full-time 2 days a week, and a dog dad. My job allows me to see various dog behaviors, and how to deal with animals when they are stressed or in distress. As an animal lover myself, I know how hard it is to leave your loved one behind while away. I am trustworthy, respectful, and responsible; with credible references. I am currently looking to sit/walk during my off-time which happens to be about 5 days out of the week. I would be available anytime: morning, noon, or night. I have a larger dog named Bear. His name speaks for itself! He is 100 pounds of pure love for anything he sees. Bear is special and will give your pet space if need be. His previous best friend was a 6 pound Chihuahua! I have a small backyard if need be, but usually I will walk around town with a bag for cleanup.
