About: Hi! I'm Nieves. I have been caring for animals all my life. My pet sitting experience includes many breeds of small, medium, and large dogs and cats. I have also taken care of rabbits, turtles, fish, and many kinds of reptiles. I understand how hard it is to care for pets when you are busy with work and life's responsibilities, that's why I am dedicated to devoting my time and energy into helping you care for your pets in the best way possible. Your pet is also welcome to come to my house. I am willing to have them on my bed, couch, or bed of their own- whichever you prefer. I have a large yard and two acres of unfenced land. I would be happy to take your pet to the vet, monitor and administer their meds, and take care of them and love them as much as you do. About: I had pets all through childhood and now I've got 4 dogs and 8 indoor cats plus some chickens and ducks. We also have 2 children who adore animals. My skills with pets is heating what they are saying and getting on their level, or giving them space o If needed. I am on short term disability due to medical issues of the autoimmune variety so I am home all the time! I can let dogs out when needed and play with cats. I have lots of availability. I have a fenced in backyard for the dogs (6 foot high wire fence), crates, kennels, rooms that can be shut off from the house, etc. Our animals can also be sectioned off if necessary for the stay.

While my yard is not fenced, I always take dogs out on a leash for fresh air, bathroom breaks, and walks as often as needed. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or a quiet place to relax, I’m dedicated to making sure your pup feels secure, cared for, and happy during their stay. I also share my home with a small, quiet cat who keeps to her own gated-off area, so your dog will still have their own peaceful space without feline surprises.

I've had pet cats, dogs, mice, birds, Guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, chickens and others. They've always been a big part of my life. I'm very attentive and empathetic and love to know everything ahead of time and I always send regular updates and photos. My boyfriend and I live together and he often enjoys helping care for them. He's is very kind hearted and loving and just all around a great guy I'm at home full time right now, I live next to a park with a walking trail and many side streets where I and other people regularly walk their dogs. If I'm not at home my boyfriend is and vice versa. I always make sure my pets have fresh food and water / clean bowls. Water change 3× a day. I like to make sure that they have their food and water station all set up, and their bed and toys set out right after they come in the door so they feel at home. I also note care details down and keep everything in mind. I send updates regularly and lots of photos. I'm attentive and empathetic too! Having an animal next to me while I'm having family time makes my place feel cozy and homey ❤️ I always double check with the owner about what their pets can and can't have and I also know a lot about what's good and bad for them.

About: People say I am an animal whisper. Specifically pets. However, I don’t consider myself a whisperer. I call it RESPECT. I treat any animal like it’s my own (I have 5) and I get on the same level with the furry friend (both literally and intellectually). And yes, people may think I’m weird because I talk to the animals out loud but I believe animals who are living organisms (like people) get RESPECT! I currently work part-time. But that won’t stop me. I have 4 days off usually through out the week. Depending on my schedule I’m going to provide services on my days off of my part time job. If a time will not work for both you and me then I will make a priority to try and arrange a time to provide a service as soon as possible. I will walk your furry companions as long as you would like. If it’s really hot out no matter if it’s a short or long walk, I can bring a container and a thing of water as well as during the walk. I will provide rest breaks in the shade. Pet sitting I will play with them, make sure there food is always available (clients preference) and if they need to go out I’ll be happy to take them out.

I know some dogs can go unleashed, but I do NOT let them off leash while in my care. I apologize for this, but I will walk them on a leash as many times as they like!
