About: I love dogs and have enjoyed working with them in many capacities since I was a child and formally for over 15 years. I am a Canine Good Citizen evaluator and have spent years training loving companions. I am certified in Canine CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross and undergo annual recertifications to stay current on the latest first-aid procedures. I also have experience administering both oral medications and injections. Before your pups stay, we have each family fill out a form for their furry companion. This helps us get to know them better in order to make their stay easier. I have no breed preference and are familiar with handling working canines.  Your pup is welcome in our home, and our couch is open to your furry pooch.  However, I also understand there are dogs who prefer to be outside and are not easily accommodated indoors. I also have covered outdoor runs for those families who still need a vacation but whose pups enjoy more fresh air and natural surroundings. I am happy to accommodate each family's preference. No matter what, canines are treated to lots of exercise and playtime. I wake up and start the day off with morning let out. After each group has been let we come back in for feeding. Morning feedings normally allow for 30-45 minutes before letting out again for a potty break. They are brought back in, crated, and pups are rotated out for play inside throughout the day. I let out every 2-4 hours through the day or more if needed. I do have the option to add on trail walks for those who have social canines who are good with other dogs and people (I will not be introducing them to others but it is a requirement to the trail). In the evening we normally do the last feeding at 7 pm followed by yard play and starting to settle in. Last potty break is at 10 pm. Note: Although I am at home full time I do on occasion leave our home to run errands. Your dog can be left alone for up to 4 hours (max). If this is ever the case your pup will always be crated and secure. For your pup's safety They are never given free rein while unsupervised. I take the safety of your furry companion very seriously. Canines are let out for potty breaks every 2-4 hours (or as needed, if required more frequently). I have a fenced-in yard so your pup will be safe during potty breaks. I do not allow companions from other families to play with each other. This is a safety measure. Your pup can be under a lot of stress when you're gone and I want to make their stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. This doesn't mean I will not be playing with your pup ourselves! I love playing fetch, puzzle games, and even tug with them. I do allow for several outings in the house throughout the day so they can get plenty of one-on-one attention inside as well as extra pets. I have 5 acres that are attached to the national preserve. If your furry companion is social and enjoys walks, I have several trails I am happy to take them on upon request (weather permitting). All outings are on leash only.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 13. I am relied upon by friends, family, coworkers to walk, feed, bathe and love on their fur babies while they are away. I am a full employee who works from7:20-4:30/7:45-5 during the week and 9-5 on the weekends at the NC Zoo. I have an hour lunch during the week so I can check on your fur baby, unfortunately on the weekends I do not have a break to be able to come love on them. I greet them every time I walk through the door and make sure to give them lots of love throughout the day. I make sure they live their best life, like a human person

About: I have multiple years of in house boarding, leashed walking, and boarding kennel experience. I love to run and am available to take the most active doggos of 5k jogs, guaranteed to get out all of that energy and have the best naps after. I've cared for toy to extra large breeds as well as puppies and senior pets. I have a rescue pittie named JoJo, so bully breeds are my favorite, but any day caring for an animal is a great day! I am self employed and live a nomad lifestyle. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate pets that need more attention and care. I also offer running with your pet, best for high energy doggos. Having your pet stay in their home while you are away is the best way to keep them happy and at ease. I attend to their routines just as you do and ensure you have plenty of updates of how they are.

About: Ive taken care of animals for 2 year at a dog daycare, friends and family have relied on me, to walk, feed and bathe their pets… I’m currently not working, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! We can go on leashed walks throughout Lake Thom-A-Lex Park or throughout my residential neighborhood. When staying at my house your dog will get plenty of tender, love, and care. They will have oodles of attention and fun. My goal is to tire them out so when it’s time to go home to you their ready for bed. I work from home so I will provide 24-hour supervision to your dog. I appreciate active communication and will provide regular updates and feedback on your pet. I welcome the same. I am a very responsible person, who is very reliable and understanding, I will accommodate the specific needs of both you and your dog. Working with Rover I have had the opportunity to care for an even greater variety of fur babies. I understand that dogs are part of your family and I would love to care for them as if they were part of my own. I have experience with dogs losing their sight and hearing.

About: I've had animals most of my life from puppies to pound mutts and full blooded and senior dogs. I make sure to encourage play and positive training. I currently work from home so I spend lots of time with family pets, old roommate animals and friends pets. Lately it's been waking up to 3 small dogs my parents have. I make sure to follow any rules stated by the original owner. It can range from crate training, socialization, cleaning, walking or using the client's home.

About: Available full time to watch your babies. I love dogs and I have always had 1or 2 myself. My husband and myself have bought an RV and we live in it in a campground but we do have yard space and lots of space for walking your loved ones. About: I've had dogs all of my life aging from newborn puppies to 13 years old. I have trained multiple puppies basic commands like sit, come, speak, and lay down. I can also work on potty training or just play and love your dog. I currently stay at home with my 8 month old baby and the sweetest fur baby. I sometimes have to go to our chicken houses but I can crate your dog for at most an hour or they can venture out with me! I live back off the road on a chicken farm. We have a very long driveway I can take your dog for a walk on. Also, we have a big yard so they will have plenty of room to run and play. I do have the ability to crate your dog if need be.

About: I have lived with pets my whole life, animals have always had a special place in my heart. I will make your baby feel at home and would love you watch your furbaby My work schedule varies every week but I have a pretty open schedule and can work around my job! As long as I have notice I should be able to accommodate your needs. The safety of my pets come first but they are very loving and welcoming. I take your pets needs very serious and will do everything I have to, to make them feel welcomed and loved.

About: My family has always had cats and dogs but we have also owned chickens and ducks. I trained all 3 of my dogs and have even had friends ask to help training their dog (basic obedience training). I’m currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to spend with your babies. Monday and Tuesday I am always available. Wednesday and Thursday I am usually available all day if not, I am only available anytime before 3pm. Friday and Saturday I am available anytime before 3pm. I’m usually unavailable on Sundays When house-sitting I will regularly take them out in order to use the potty and make sure they always have fresh clean water. I’ll also make sure they are fed accordingly. When walking I will take them on long walks to ensure all your pups energy is being used. Lastly throughout the whole time I will provide lots and lots of love.

About: Hi, I’m Haley! I’m 23 years old. I helped my mom for about 3-4 years with her dog breeding business so I know a lot about dogs. I’ve helped from delivering puppies to administering medicine and everything else you could think of. I grew up having goats, chickens, and a pig. I’m just a big animal lover! I feel comfortable watching a dog or cat of any age. It would be a pleasure to watch your fur-baby! Thank you for the consideration, have a nice day! I am open any day to watch your pets. The only reason I wouldn’t be available is if I’m out of town, or I’m taking a personal day. I will take them out several times throughout the day to potty and get some exercise. Water will be left out and food will be given at the times the owner desires. I do know general first aid for a dog, if they get injured.

About: What sets me apart is most of my animals are rescues that I took in under my wing just like I would your fur baby while your away. About: I've always had a special place in my heart for dogs, my childhood dog was my best friend and she was treated as a human! Since I am about to graduate I have a lot of spare time and am available almost always! I don't have a job so your dog will be my main priority!! I am not available on Wednesdays around 10am-1pm, but any other time I am free!
