About: With a lifetime of experience caring for animals, I bring both reliability and genuine care to every pet I look after. I currently have two rescue tuxedo cats (one with only one eye and nearly blind) and a well-loved flock of 25 chickens, and I’ve spent the past five years dog sitting for friends and neighbors after many years of owning dogs myself. I’m very comfortable with different personalities and routines. I’m attentive and genuinely enjoy all animals. I will always make your pets feel safe and cared for with walks and plenty of playtime! I just retired after a 22 year career in marketing to watch my first grandchild part time- which gives me extra hours to help you with your pet care! I’ve always loved animals, they’re not just pets they’re family, full of personality, and such an important part of our lives. Every animal is different, and I enjoy getting to know their little quirks, routines, and what makes them happiest. Being trusted to care for someone’s pet is something I truly value, and I treat that responsibility with the same love and attention I’d want for my own. Animals are a big part of my everyday life. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. Whether that’s going for walks, playing, or just hanging out and keeping them company. About: My love of dogs started when I rescued my first dog. Since then, I have acquired a load of knowledge not only in how to care for them, but also how to train them. I can provide mental and physical stimulation for your furry friend and bring most of my own equipment - I can also use the tools your pet is most familiar with. I can assess your pet to determine what your pet may need for stimulation, make suggestions for daily care, and learn at least some of their body language. My dogs and I are always interacting whenever I'm home, but most of our intentional fun/training happens outdoors daily. This includes both training and walking. I also help some of my friends train their dogs whenever our schedules allow. I believe your dog should ALWAYS be in training and you can make almost any situation a training opportunity. Your pets can be treated as my own and/or according to your specific instructions. Do you have multiple dogs that need to be separated? No problem. Can your dogs be together but need to be supervised so tension doesn't continue to build? I got you covered there too! Does your dog pull too much on walks, need to learn how to act in-doors? I can work with your dog on those things as well in addition to other things!

I currently have two dogs - a lab and golden and a huge fenced in yard. I currently am at home all day! So free majority of the time and my days are very flexible if need be! About: Hi! My husband and I own a farm in Amelia, VA with horses, sheep, chickens, and our cats and dogs. I have two rescue dogs of my own and am a complete animal lover. I work in the agriculture sector with a flexible schedule and my husband works from home full time. My schedule allows me to be home with your pets as often as they need. I have been house sitting for over 15 years and absolutely love being able to love other people’s pets like my own! My house also has a fenced in yard, and is great if your pets want to come stay with me as well. I have experience with dogs, cats, most exotic pets, horses, and any barnyard animal you could think of. We are also very experienced in senior care, and often foster for our local shelter so are used to a lot of different behaviors and dog personalities. I am available for pet sitting and farm sitting. My husband is also very experienced in animal care and works from home full time. Our dogs spend most of their day snoozing with my husband while he works. Drop in clients can expect their dogs to be loved on and cared for as desired for 30-60 minutes per drop in.

I have 10 years of experience taking care of my own pets (cats and dogs!) and friends and family have trusted me to feed, play, and meet their dogs needs while they’re away. I work part time and am saving up to go back to college in the Fall, so until then my availability is pretty open to help. Whether its early mornings, nights, or weekend stays, I am flexible when it comes to my schedule and value consistent communication when changes come up. I have reliable transportation and can accommodate last minute needs or plan for more structured, longer care. At the moment, I prefer to take care of pets in the comfort of their own home since I don't have a big enough space to invite your pets into. About: I have been taking care of my own dogs since I was young and love to be around all animals! I used to nanny for a family with 5 kids and they had a wonderful dog that I always helped to care for! Feeding and taking him to the groomers and vet appointments…all things that I was lucky to get to help with! I also used to care for 2 cats (both needing to take medication) and a bull dog on a daily basis! I have a Jack Russell (that just passed away) myself that I had for about 10+ years and no kids do she was my only fur baby! I have recently in the past year gotten a brand new puppy named Sugar! She is a beagle/terrier/lab mix and 25 pounds of Adorableness! She is so sweet And absolutely my little girl, as she follows me everywhere and tries to be wherever I am, and always under foot!!! She’s a little skittish and still all puppy at eight months! So I am no stranger to puppy needs at all! I also have Bella, who is a pit/beagle mix and she is a little over a year and a half old! She is 60 pounds of crazy but happy and smart and always at my husband side! What a love bug! But remember, with pets, there is no personal space! Lol I love pets of all kinds and will care for them as if they were my own! Snuggles are free!!! I am currently a part-time private nanny, to a bunch of different families who may need care for their little ones day a week, and my schedule is always changing from week to week so my availability will always be changing. But,I will try to keep my Rover calendar up-to-date as I hope more of you reach out! The plan is is turn this into a full-time gig so I will have probably more availability as time goes on towards the end of this year, but I’m hoping to find some regular clients that will book with me on a consistent basis!
