About: I have a deep well of patience, understanding and affection for your pet. When I am interacting with a dog or cat, they recieve my sole and loving attention. I can't wait to meet yours! I am a retired teacher so I have a lot of management skills and am supremely responsible. I am a retired teacher so I have a ton of time. I am moving from managing teen agers to having loving interactions with pets. I am a single woman in my 50's with no pets of my own, so I am very available to care for your animals. Since I have been back in the USA after teaching overseas for years, I have taken care of and house sat for many people who were pleased with my services. I would love to get to know your animals and make them feel safe and secure while you are gone!

About: I've been a pet lover since I was a kid. I started with frogs, lizards and snakes, and graduated to cats and dogs. Until I was able to have dogs of my own, I spent over 10 years pet-sitting for friends and family, volunteering in animal shelters, and have even worked in 2 seperate doggy daycares. My MO is always long walks and lots of attention. I have 2 dogs of my own, a cumulative 17 years of pet raising experience. I have experience caring for sick pets and administering medication both orally and subcutaneously. I've had my pups since they were young and would consider them very well trained. If you're looking to work on certain behaviors, I can absolutely work on that during their stay. I have a fenced yard, a safe neighborhood for long walks, and for longer stays, expect your dog to enjoy a nice hike! I mostly work from home, so your dog(s) would never be alone and would have access to my fully fenced backyard whenever they want. During the week, I can do a long walk during my lunch break, and another after work. Weekends I tend to go hiking, so if your pup enjoys nature, they will for sure have a great time. My yard is fully fenced, and I have 2 friendly dogs. Safety is paramount, so dogs would be supervised while in the yard together. If your dog requires a crate, I have both a plastic and soft sided kennel for indoors.

About: Few people love animals as much as I do (I am constantly, endearingly, reminded that I'm the crazy dog/cat lady, lol)! I've had them my entire life and not only do I volunteer with a local rescue, but I hope to someday open my own ❤️ Until then, I've been actively pet-sitting for years, just now joining Rover. I guarantee walks and pics every day, am experienced with medication distribution, special diets and specialized needs such as high anxiety, aggressive, high energy and more. I live on 5 acres, have a fenced backyard, two extremely large dog runs and two outdoor kennels with attached dog houses, which we call our "doggy hotels", for lots of play and outdoor time (not for sleeping in...they sleep in the home 🥰), when weather permits. I've worked in the law enforcement family for the last 17 years and am now fortunate to work from home, so your pup will rarely be alone. Any questions? Please do not hesitate to ask!! About: 7 years ago we rescued the best boy! This started my journey of fostering and learning more about animal rescues and how to get involved. I’ve volunteered at a animal rescue where I worked in their doggy daycare and worked with small and large dogs, as well as fostering puppies and helping with the cat room. I also have experience with dogs with special needs, and lots of patience! About: I am working with my partner wanting to help those with their children that need help. We have 2 beautiful little girls, one 4 year old Chihuahua and one 5 year old beagle lab mix. While I'm out working my partner is at home and we would be taking care of your babies together. We also have a 6 year old son that adores playing with the dogs. We are more than willing to answer any other questions, as needed. I can take care of babies any time if the day, I am currently sharing my time with 3 fur babies and my son. About: My Mom and I have a Multipoo, we adopted her last year and I just love her! I'm a proud Auntie to Gator (German Shepherd.) I've been a dog-lover since I was a child, I had a toy poodle for 17 years who passed away peacefully back in 2013. I have experience walking, playing, bathing, loving, and administering medication to dogs with special needs or at advanced age. I have experience caring for a well-fed chocolate lab while house sitting for a family friend for up to a week at a time, as well as a one year old mastif who had a special diet and needed his jowls wiped. I have also cared for my sister's rescue boston terrier who has experienced trauma. I'm a gentle person with a calm demeanour who loves to take pups for walks, and can command with a firm tone if needed. I can drop by most evenings and weekends, sometimes do overnight care if available. Currently I am going to grad school and I have a part-time schedule in the summer. I would prefer to only provide care for your animals in your home, I will always do my best to make it a safe environment and situation for all. I'm in grad school and also work in the schools, looking for a part-time job this summer, schedule will be more finalized in late June! I can't have other animals in my home and would not bring my dog to your place. However I take care of the spaces I am in and treat them with respect.
