About: My name is Shelby and I just moved to this area to be closer to family. I grew up in a household with dogs and horses and as an adult I have spent almost 10 years working professionally with dogs and horses. I also have 3 years of child care experience and I am certified in CPR and first aid. I have currently just moved to the area and will have plenty of availability. I commonly work seasonal jobs and while I am mostly looking to fill my time this off season I would be interested in work this winter as well Creating a relationship of trust is the #1 priority for me. I commonly start my day with a walk the fits the dogs need if they have alot of energy we start off with a nice long walk if it’s a lower energy dog we start off with a small walk and then after our walk play time is next on the schedule! I love to play ball with most dog and have my own ball and thrower but if that’s not an option I really cater towards the dogs individual needs and preferences.

About: I absolutely love all pets! They are the best companions to have around. Although I do not have too much professional pet care experience, I have been around all type of pets throughout my entire life. Growing up mainly with dogs since I was 8. I have done dog walking for a couple of people but due to not having a car (they were far from me) i was not able to move forward. I tend to create bonds with pets fairly quickly, as well as get attached. I would treat your animal as if it were my own and love it just as much! Speaking of my own pets, I do have 2 small fur babies. Baby is my 7 year old female chihuahua, and Sabrina my 3yo cat. They’re both such lovers like their momma! They are my babies!! As of right now, I am available M-F 6am- 11pm and 6am- 1 am on Weekends. I am always open to flexibility if needed on some occasions. Thank you, Lexus P. I currently have an open schedule Monday - Friday and would love to fill it with wonderful pets to spend time with, hopefully on a regular! I will always ask pet parents if there is anything that I should know about the inside and outside environment. Places your pet and I shouldn’t go, should stay away from, and what is acceptable. I always make sure to check that all outside fences and gates remain closed and while on walks make sure to keep a firm grip on the leash. I will never ever ever put my hands on your pet in a non loving way! They deserve to be treated like a living being. I am currently in control of my own schedule so I am open to being present with your fur baby(ies) when you need me to. Bringing their favorite toys and bed will be a huge plus! I find it allows them to become more comfortable/have a safe space that they are familiar with.

My schedule is very flexible outside of my daytime work hours. I’m available mornings before work, evenings/nights after work, and I have open availability on weekends. This makes me a great fit for early morning walks, dinner visits, overnight care, and weekend boarding or drop-ins. About: I have taken care of my own pup for around two years now, but have had experience prior in dog sitting a litter of newborn puppies and the mom. I am able to keep up with whatever routine your pet needs. I am available anytime on the weekends from Friday after 5pm to Sunday evening. About: I’ve always loved animals, and loved a medium sized dog in my home growing up for about 9-10 years. Since having him I’ve pet sat for friends, family, family friends as requested. I’ve watched dogs overnight and for up to 9 or so consecutive months, and I’ve watched two cats for 3 months. I’ve helped my mom care for her pitbull puppy and her pointer. Any pet I watch I will love as if they were my own; and if I’m coming for an extended stay, I make sure the house is nice, clean, and smelling good so the owner can relax as much as possible coming home. Happy to do walks, feedings, extended stays, I’m not the most experienced in grooming but am willing to get the practice in if the trust is there. So my schedule is primarily dedicated to pet care outside of daily responsibilities When in my clients homes I stick to their rules with their pets. So if dogs on the bed/couch are a no, I’ll respect that. My goal is to make my clients animal as comfortable as possible. I even like seeing them sometime before the scheduled visit to see how our chemistry is, though I haven’t had had any bad visits. In my home I’ll care for them in the same fashion. Make sure they’re feed, take them for walks (if they’re walkers), cuddle and make sure they feel loved.
