About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats in my home and have over 16 years of hands-on experience caring for pets. Animals have always been a big part of my life, from caring for cats to raising puppies all the way through adulthood. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all different sizes, breeds, and personalities, including Pomeranians, Labs, Anatolian Shepherds, and Australian Shepherds. I also have experience following strict care instructions, including caring for a cat with kidney disease and carefully maintaining their specific routine and needs. I work from home, which means your pup will have plenty of company throughout the day for potty breaks, playtime, walks, cuddles, and attention. I want their stay to feel comfortable and homey, like they’re part of the family while you’re away. We do have a toddler in our home, so dogs staying with us must be friendly, gentle, and already comfortable around young children. Safety and a good fit are really important to me, so I’m happy to do a meet & greet before their first stay to make sure everyone feels comfortable! I work from home full-time, so I’m home and available throughout most of the day to give your fur baby plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, walks, and cuddles! My schedule is flexible, and I’m also available for weekend and overnight stays. Since I’m home during the day, your pup won’t be left alone for long stretches and can settle into a routine that feels as close to home as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are really important to me. We have a fully fenced backyard for supervised potty breaks, playtime, and getting some fresh air. I never leave pets outside unsupervised. Since I work from home, I’m able to keep a close eye on pets throughout the day and give them plenty of attention. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, crate preferences, medications, and any house rules they’re used to. I also want you to feel comfortable while you’re away, so I’m happy to send regular photos and updates throughout their stay. We do have a toddler in our home, so I only accept dogs who are already comfortable, gentle, and safe around young children. I prefer a meet & greet before a first stay so we can make sure our home is a good fit for your pup.
