My mom had to accompany her partner to an out of town medical facility, immediately after he received a surprise terminal diagnosis. She was very worried about her dog. Auburn picked Ginger up, took great care of her, sent regular pictures and updates, and dropped Ginger off after my mom got home, late at night. We had a wonderful experience with Donna & Will caring for Daisy Mae and Huddy Buddy Hank for 12 days. Donna was recovering from a fall and in rehab during much of our booking, so Will provided most of the day-to-day care for our pups. He was absolutely amazing with them. From the very beginning, it was clear that Will genuinely loves dogs and enjoys spending time with them. Daisy Mae and Huddy Buddy Hank quickly settled into his home and grew very attached to him. They loved sitting in his lap, curling up on the bed, and following him around wherever he went. It was obvious they were receiving plenty of affection, attention, and love. Their home is incredibly dog-friendly, featuring a wonderful fenced backyard, a doggy door, and two very well-behaved dogs that helped our pups feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully set up with dogs in mind, and we could tell our babies were happy, safe, and comfortable throughout their stay. The greatest gift was the peace of mind we had while we were away. For 12 days, we never had to worry because we knew our dogs were being cared for like family. We are so grateful to Will for the exceptional care he gave Daisy Mae and Huddy Buddy Hank, and we wish Donna a continued smooth recovery. We would gladly book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for loving, trustworthy care for their pets.
