I left instructions, due to my dog having some issues. They seemed to follow them and hopefully he kept to his routine, which made it easier on them as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Don't be held back from not being invited into the house. In this day and age I would not want everyone I didn't know running in and out either.
