About: I have had dogs all my life! From a little girl I have always loved dogs and can never not have a dog. Since I was young, neighbors and friends have asked me to take care of their dogs. I have always enjoyed taking care of dogs and meeting new dogs. I am a full time teacher but would like to work part time walking and taking care of dogs during the week and on weekends. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
