About: I have had the ability to have 2 small shelter rescue dogs, Neptune and Apollo. Neptune is no longer with us, but he and Apollo were both well trained and loved life. I have grown up around dogs and dog sat for several family members and friends in the past. I will make sure your dog is having fun and loving life when they are with me. I am currently a college student and have a very flexible schedual with most afternoon and evenings available along with the weekends. I do attend church for 2 hours on Sunday, but other than that I can be with your pet all weekend long. I check water bowls every hour and set alarms on my phone to make sure I never miss feeding time or medication. I play with your pets and take them on long walks when it is safe temperature wise to do so. Any medical concern will be run by the pet parent first unless a dire emergency arises, in which I will need preference(s) for vet(s) in the area listed ahead of time.

About: I grew up in a home that always had multiple animals. As an adult I opted for the ease of a cat companion. So I have never lived in a house without at least a dog or a cat. I have provided multiple pet services for friends, neighbors, and aquaintances including pet sitting, dog walking, drop-ins, and even picking up dog poo. I have experience in medication and emergency vet visits. I work mostly remote and some days go out on work appointments. Due to Arizona heat I can do walks from 7-9 AM and 6-8 PM. Drop-ins, I can do 7-10 and 3-9. I will speak to you about your pets normal day of activities. I follow the set feeding schedule and serve only owner approved pet food.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I am extremely flexible since I am in a hybrid program for classes, so all of my didactic/classroom work is fully online and accessible from anywhere and anytime! I do work Friday mornings from 8am-12pm and may not be available some weekends since I work every third weekend minimum. Otherwise, I’m completely flexible and will always try to work with you! I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.

About: If you're looking for someone to care for your dog as if they were their own, I'm the person you want. I absolutely love dogs and after losing my sweet girl Kenya after 12 short years, I have so much love to give. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have always trained them myself. I stay consistent and patient when teaching new commands or tricks, and of course, I always have treats by my side. Since moving to Arizona 10 years ago, I’ve rescued over 25 dogs off the street and helped them find new homes. I've recently retired early and I'm looking to integrate pet care into my daily routine. I like to stay active and would love to spend more time walking, playing with, and caring for dogs. I am happy to brighten a dogs day and to make a positive impact on the lives of others' furry friends. I am available for walking and in-home visits. Depending on your needs (or the dogs) I can offer a leisurely stroll with lots of stops for smelling or quicker paced walking or even jogging to get that energy out. I am also happy to administer care with provided instructions. I can be avaibale as a cuddly companion to your dog or a fun playing partner. I am also happy to help keep their brains stimulated with some beginer training sessions-some of my favorites to teach are "spin," "search" and "touch". About: For that “Your experience” section, I’d make it more focused on why someone should trust you as a sitter: I’ve cared for pets of all ages, from my dog Spencer, who I had for 11 years, to my one-year-old cat Summit, who I adopted from the Arizona Humane Society. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like my own. I love giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I could only care for cats because my roommates are comfortable with that.They do take care of themself in a way but I do have school online so it would be easy to watch your cute little fur ball critter! I treat pets with love and understanding. I understand when pets needs to eat and they need to play with their toys. And I enjoy giving them that!

About: We got our family dog when I was 3! I loved taking her on long walks/bike rides and brushing her hair in the spring. Throughout high school and college, I dog sat for neighbors, family and friends. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I work full time with occasional on call hours, but my typical hours end around 2:30pm, giving me plenty of time to spend my afternoon/evening looking after your critters. I do not work weekends, and would love to spend them with a furry friend. In my own home, I like to joke that my cats can tell time because they have a strict routine. I feed and change their water at the same time each day, and they let me know when I’m late, even by 10 minutes! I am diligent about cleaning their litter each day and mar sure they get enough love once all the household chores are done!

About: I have had my own pets throughout my life, all super high energy dogs, all the way to lazy cats. I know how to care for each animals personality. I am currently working for banner and on my days off I’d love to walk and check in on some pets as I adore animals. My schedule is not very consistent but it is updated on my profile for my availability :) At home I have a very high energy dog which we go for runs when it’s not too hot and we really enjoy the dog park :) Cosmo dog park and fetch in the water if a must for us! Long walks and runs are always in the plan too.

About: I am a very patient, compassionate animal lover with more than 25 years of personal pet ownership and sitting experience (both dogs & cats). I have 10 years of rescue engagement where I fostered 100+ animals that included care for sick, injured, scared, and skittish animals. I fed, walked, groomed, healed/trained the animals and provided medication as well as support for vet visits. I evaluated potential adopters and coordinated placements into the most ideal permanent homes. I also have experience (and a very big soft spot) for senior and disabled animals that need additional care and support. I am comfortable with providing required medication such as topicals, eye drops, oral chemo, CBD, etc., and any care that requires diapers, wheelchairs or other types of medical support. I recently moved to Arizona from Washington to be closer to aging parents. I do not currently work and my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to weekends and holidays, sitting at my place or at the clients home. I do occassionally travel but that will be noted on the Rover calendar as needed. The safety and security of the animal and the clients home is priority #1 for me. I have high situational awareness (at home or in public spaces) that is always focused on the well being of the pet. I currently have one Chiweenie that lives elsewhere, so pets staying at my house would have full run of the kitchen, living room and bedroom (with them never out of sight). There is access to a fully fenced yard from both the living room and the bedroom. They are welcome to sit on the couch if that is their preference. Also, sharing the bed here is totally fine. The typical home ambience is quiet and calm.

About: I have had pets of my own for as long as I can remember. Fish, cats, dogs, and a rabbit! I currently have three cats of my own, and I have experience caring for frogs, lizards, rabbits, guinea pigs, and dogs. I have been around many birds as well, and would be happy to learn more about caring for them! I work a part time job, but dedicate the rest of my time with my animals, or taking care of yours! If there are specific days you would need me to care for your pet, I always try to block those days and times off from work! About: Greetings fellow dog lover! I have been taking care of dogs since I was 6 years old and will love and care for yours like my own while you are away at work or running errands during your busy day. I will pay special attention to their preferences (and yours) for all drop-ins, day care needs, and walks, and will be sure your pups are as happy as they can be! I have special experience with Beagles, Pitties, German Shepherds, sighthounds in general, and herding dogs such as Border Collies, but love all breeds and sizes. I am also very flexible and understanding of the modern schedule, so if you need to cancel, it's no worries! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am able to work around your schedule and make sure your pup has the attention they deserve. My backyard is fenced, turfed, completely shaded, and has a mister fan. I also have a dog door and the back gate is always closed and locked. Inside is all tile and dogs are allowed up on the couch if they are allowed at home.

About: I've been caring for cats, dogs and birds since I was 11 years old . I would help my family and neighbors walk, feed, and bathe their pets! My favorite thing about caring for pets is being able to love and care for them. I love being able to spend time with pets because they are also able to provide you with vasts amounts of love! My sister and I love creating a positive environment for all pets ! I am currently working from home so I have plenty of time to care for your pets while I complete my work. I am also fully available weekends. I currently live in a house with a big backyard and multiple parks around my neighborhood. Perfect for playing in the backyard and for going on walks.
