“Adrienne was fantastic with our cats, while we went away. She took great care of them and was extremely reliable and responsive. Many thanks Adrienne, we will definitely be reusing your cat sitting services again!”

“Gavina, once again, took care of our critters and property wonderfully. She is professional with a perfect touch of humor. She somehow taught our cats to take selfies. She cares for our home and furry and feathery family so that we can travel stress-free.”

“thanks Poulette! Very friendly and very tidy! Helped me out when I needed it the most! Also helped me fix my security cameras that decided to take a dump and fall off the wall! Thanks again!”

“Christina was amazing! She was understanding and patient with my anxious pup, and capable of handling my dog-reactive one. I always worry that my roughhousing, loud dogs will be too intense for people, but Christina's experience proved to be a perfect fit! I would definitely recommend her as a sitter :)”

“April was absolutely amazing!! She was so sweet with our kitties, sent amazing pictures, and even did additional cleaning to keep their areas clean. We could not recommend her more!”

About: Hello my name is Ashly. I am an animal lover that has completed several vet tech classes at yuba college. I own one dog, a pig, and a few chickens. I would love the opportunity to care for your furry family members. I am a mom of two. I can help out 7 days a week. MUST provide dog food for your pet for each stay unless you plan to hand me cash to go to the store to grab food for the duration of your pet's stay. My fence is a secure 6 feet high chain link fence. I am willing to check in on your furry family members, unable to stay at your home, however I am able to stop by every 1-4 hours depending on distance.

About: I’m a huge animal lover of both cats and dogs! I’ve had experience training puppies and also caring, walking, crate training, and maintaining a healthy feeding schedule. I’m open any day of the week at any times and I’m able to come house sit. Most animals are comfortable in their own home so whatever works best for them. I will ensure a safe environment for your pet whether that be crating your pet, keeping a close eye on your pet, and providing them play as a healthy distraction as you arrive.

About: I grew up here in Northern California with many different loyal pet dogs. After high school I joined the Army and got out of active duty in 2017. Long story short I moved to Alaska with my pet dog from Yuba City where I learned to be a dog musher and she learned to be sled dog. I’ve worked for various different high level sled dog kennels, thousands of different dogs, thousands of hours with dogs, thousands of miles with dogs, and even spent a year working at an Athletic & Longevity Canine Research Facility under the mentorship of some of best veterinarians and scientists. My knowledge and experience in general canine medical care, psychology, and training is advanced. I currently work from home & have a flexible schedule. I open to the special needs & care of your beloved pet from all ages. Each pet is individually unique when it comes to specific pet care, so I will work diligently with owners to best understand their pet. I have 1 spayed female 8 y/o Shepherd/Husky mix who is well tempered, a lead sled dog, well socialized to keep your pet company(friendly with both dogs & cats). I have a dog door that leads to a fenced in backyard. Regularly scheduled feeding, walks, & bathroom breaks.

“Catie is the best! She is so kind and thoughtful! She is on time, responsible and loves my fur babies when I’m gone. I highly recommend her and personally can’t imagine having anyone else!”

“Gretchen is the best! I don’t have enough good things to say about her. I would have her back anytime and highly recommended her. She has a warm and kind heart and is completely trustworthy and honest.”

Even though animals can’t speak I love to get to know all animals different quirky personalities. I currently work part time but still manage to provide love and attention to my big love bug doberman, and my two cats who love cuddling and chasing around laser lights. With a notice in advance I would love to watch any animal(s) that you will put your trust in me to watch and take care of. As an animal owner myself I want to make sure my animal is happy and comfortable. Always making sure my animal never is hungry or thirsty. Letting out my dog before he has to beg to use the bathroom outside. Attention is 100% key when you take care of an animal, especially if you’re not the owner. So trust in me and i’ll keep your fur baby(ies) safe and happy. :) <3

About: I have been around and taken care of animals since I was a child. I’ve always been told that I “have a way” with animals. My family and friends rely on me to take care of their fur babies while they’re away. Also, I just really want to spend time with your pets. Just don’t tell my cat. I am currently working full time but I only work 3 days a week. So that gives me extra time to do other things. I get my work schedule a month in advance. I am pretty flexible and am willing to work with your needs. I will not be able to bring your pet to my home because I live in an apartment and I don’t think my cats would like that very much. However, I am able to go to your home or a park nearby. Whatever is needed and best for your pets wellbeing.

Dantoni cat parents share their Rover experiences
This was my first time using Rover and I was so happy with my choice of Gretchen as my pet sitter. She did drop-in visits for 6 days with my kitties and was great with communication about the visits and sending pictures. She gave them fresh food and water and a little play time/snuggle time, and did the litter scooping/changing. She also brought in the mail and watered the plants for me. She was also very easy to communicate with in advance of the sitting. My kitties were happy to see me when I got back, but did not seem at all stressed from the experience. I will definitely use Gretchen again the next time I need a pet sitter!
