“I come to charlotte twice a year and always in the need for a dog sitter for at least one day while I’m here for the white water center and she helped me feel completely comfortable with my baby boy In her care, she was responsive, accommodating and seemed completely confident in handling multiple dogs at a time! Would recommend her”

About: Hi! My husband and I are both hybrid workers, so we’re home often and have flexible schedules that allow us to spend quality time with the dogs we watch. We live in a two-story home with no kids or pets of our own, which means your dog will have a calm, quiet environment with plenty of space to play and relax. Since there aren’t other animals or distractions, we’re able to give your dog our full attention, lots of love, and care tailored just to them. My experience with dogs goes back to when I was 3 years old, and had my first family dog that I grew up with like a sibling! From that moment, I always treated dogs as part of the family. I rescued my second dog while I was in college from a shelter, and I also spent many years pet sitting for my neighbors, which was truly a dream job because I got to spend all day long playing with dogs. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience, gentleness, and routine they often need—whether it's administering medications, helping them up stairs, or just giving them a peaceful spot to nap. We work full-time, but have hybrid schedules where we work from home most of the week. We make sure to rotate our in office days so one of us is always home. We are able to provide potty breaks every hour! For exercise, our neighborhood is suitable for long walks. We also have a yard where we can play with your dog, as well as several nearby trails.

“Absolutely wonderful. We needed someplace to keep our boys while we went to the Whitewater Center. Daisy's place was just down the street and mad everything so easy. Great communication, flexibility, and took great pictures. 10/10”

“Katie was the absolute best! She sent tons of pictures and videos of Beans throughout the day. She has a lot of fenced in land for him to play and run which was wonderful. I would recommend Katie to anyone and everyone!”

“Jovie is anxious and sometimes takes a bit to warm up, but she seems to be comfortable with Jessica! Very glad to have found her, will definitely book again in the future.”

About: My husband and I are both home most days of the week. Your dog will get loads of attention with our huge fenced yard and playing with our own dog. In addition to play time in the yard, we also guarantee at least 1 walk a day (weather pending). We have a Pitbull/Boxer mix who is somewhere between 5-7 years old. She loves playing outside and running around, but most of the day is pretty chill. We have watched many other dogs before and she has done great with them. If she needs a break from other dogs, she’ll go hide out in a bedroom for a bit. Our own dog is allowed on furniture and is not crated, but we will ensure your dog follows rules that they are used to. We do have a 18 month old baby who does great with our dog, but we would only want to take dogs that are confirmed ok with children. We are open to a meet and greet before taking on any new dogs in our home. For walking and drop-in services, I may have to bring my son occasionally. He would be in a carrier for the walk/drop-in. I work from home Monday-Friday and my husband has a hybrid work schedule that is always changing. We have a fenced yard and our dog goes outside at least 4 times a day for potty breaks. We go on a nightly walk, about a mile long that your dog could join for. Because of our baby, we don’t leave the house often so there are seldom instances where your dog would be left alone. We have a fenced yard and a playful pup of our own. She loves to run around in our yard with other dogs. Our dog is allowed on the furniture and is not crated, but we are open to taking crated dogs! We take leashing very seriously. Our own dog is a runner so we are very careful when opening doors and going on walks.

“Lauren was amazing! She took GREAT care of my Goldendoodle Tobi. I found her last minute and she was so accommodating! I can’t say enough good things about her! I will book with Lauren again and again! ❤️”

About: I have over 20 years of pet care experience. Pit bulls, boxers, Dalmatians, rottweilers, corgis, chihauhas, American Eskimo, daschunds, beagles, border collies, I have taken care of them all! I have two dogs, a beagle/blue heeler mix named Leo and a small beagle mix named Mona. I am comfortable with any size, breed, age, or energy level. I am available for overnight boarding and daycare throughout the week. I work from home, so your dog will never be alone. Your dog will be treated like one of my own (which is really really well)! During our visit, we will play with toys, walk or run, enjoy a good brushing, perhaps some fetch, and lots of petting! I only accept one dog (or family of dogs) per booking to ensure a safe and stress-free stay for your pups. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I am able to fit in multiple potty breaks, walks and cuddles throughout the day. Your dog will never be out of my sight (unless we’re all sleeping). I have a large fenced in yard (6 foot privacy) to play fetch or run around. There is also plenty of space inside to lounge or play. There are multiple ways in my house to separate dogs if they need quiet time away from my dogs or their siblings or prefer to eat alone.

About: I'm a new mom with a flexible schedule at home, so I'm ready to spend some quality time with new furry friends. We currently live with two black cats, Valentin and Tina. They do well with dogs. My husband and I love dogs and cats equally, and I prioritize their well-being above everything. I have taken care of pets before for family and friends, but never as an ongoing job, so I'm quite excited to meet so many new furry friends! I will happily walk/jog dogs and play as much as cats want to (they're the boss). Whatever the specific needs are for any individual pet, I will happily meet them. I am a stay-at-home mom, so my schedule is flexible. I can care for dogs or cats while I also care for my child, or my child can be looked after by family while I take a dog out for a walk. I make sure the dogs feel safe and have access to water at all times. I take them to the fenced backyard and allow them to sniff around and recognize the area. I make sure I place a snug harness to walk them and avoid escapes. For cats, I always have them separate from my own cats. I have dedicated the guest room just for them, where my own cats can't access it. I place a cat tree and toys, a litter box, and water, and assess how they are feeling to see if I should give them space or interact.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes for over 15 years, starting when I was just 10 years old. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets as if they were my own. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, and those with special needs, and I’m comfortable giving medication when required. My fenced yard offers plenty of safe space for playtime, and I enjoy long walks to keep pets happy and healthy. Whether you need daily visits or overnight stays, I’ll ensure your furry friend feels loved, safe, and cared for. I’m available every day of the week, offering full flexibility to care for your pets whenever you need. Whether it’s early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or last-minute requests, your furry friend will always have my full attention and care. I have a secure fenced yard and one friendly beagle who loves meeting new friends. Safety is my priority — I can crate your dog if needed, follow any feeding or medication routines, and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved at all times.

About: I have 1 Westiepoo and 1 cat. I work from home and keep an eye on them in my office at all times. They receive plenty of attention throughout the day. I will care for them as if they were my children ☺️ Work from home and am a homebody so I will be around all the time to give them lots of love and attention. If your furry friend is the anxious type, our home is very peaceful throughout the day. I have a fenced yard big enough for lots of running and plenty of playing. We love walks around our neighborhood and provide lots of attention to our pets.

About: My dog is 18 now so I have some experience with a senior dog. My neighbors and friends ask me to dog sit on every vacation they take. I love hanging out with all kinds of dogs. Ive been caring for pets on rover for about 4 years now. Ive taken care of about every dog type now and its been an amazing learning experience. Building trust with both the pet and pet parent is why I continue doing this. I care for pets with patience, cuddles and play time. You know what is best for your pet and I will go above and beyond to make sure your pet is taken care of! I'm currently working full-time at a library M-F. And I can stop by for lunch :) I understand that not all dogs can be left alone for 8 hours. So for those clients; Saturdays and Sundays would work best! You know what's best for your pet, and I would take care of them the same way you do. I love to ask questions to figure out what kind of care your pet is used to, so I can be consistent with that while you're away.

About: As a child and all throughout my adult years we always had animals in the house. They bring so much joy and comfort, often in times we didn’t know we needed it. I love all types of animals. I don’t mind any size or breed, they will all be loved the same. Leaving and trusting your pet with a stranger can often be scary, for both you and the pet. Which is why I make my visiting pets feel right at home by providing them with a large yard to run and play fetch, plenty of belly rubs and daily picture updates, leaving you with the comfort and security knowing your pet is being well cared for. I look forward to meeting you and your fur-baby!

About: I have cared for my own and others pets since I was a kid. Friends family & neighbors have relied on me to feed walk & bathe their pets, and so can you ♥️ I currently own my own art business so I can arrange my schedule to fit whatever needs necessary. The only time I need to be gone is when I take my kids to and from school every other week. I have a back yard that is fully fenced in. I live on a dead end road with very little traffic on an acre of land. I have a great neighborhood for walks and I have a fur baby of my own that will keep yours company! His name is canyon and he’s 3 1/2 years old, he’s a corgi/Australian Shepard mix, full of energy and gets along with most dogs.

“Marissa was great! She was able to sit for my two dogs very last minute. She kept close watch and care of them and they had a great time playing with her and her adorable golden retriever, Hudson. Would definitely recommend her to a friend and will definitely use her again when we need a sitter!”
