“Frankee come home happy and tired! Annie was kind and responsive and available for a last minute request. There were other dogs at Annie’s house so Frankee had plenty of opportunities for play.”

“Giezell is wonderful! My dog Bailey ran right in and after awhile felt at home. He had his treat and dinner as scheduled and she also sent pictures and videos which is much appreciated. She’s contentious and excellent care with Bailey. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend!!”

“Amazing!!! This was our first experience and Maria was so great and communicated the whole time. She sent pictures and even sent us home with some doggy art!!! Saint barely wanted to leave, which is a great feeling to have when you’re picking up your loved pup. We will definitely be back and refer others to her in specific!!! If there were 100 stars that would be our rating!!!”

“Wendy was so kind with my baby and helped make sure he adjusted well. She showed so much care and my baby came back as happy as can be. She was also so understanding when we needed to switch our pick up and drop off times. Thank you so much Wendy. Would definitely book again!”

About: We are a retired couple who recently lost our dog Olive to cancer. We would be thrilled to have other dogs in our lives. We have had dogs for 30 years and have lots of experience with caring for them. We have a small and large parks near our home and we love to walk so your pet would get walks in and lots of love. Because we are retired we would be mostly home with your dog only occasionally to leave to do shopping or Doctor appointments. Basically we are home. We have a fenced in yard and would love to care for your dog. We have had dogs for many years and know how to care for them
About: I'm a very responsible and fun loving dog mom to my own senior Maltese. Other owners say bringing their dogs to stay with me is like going to Club Med. Looking to spend quality time with my senior dog and other babies as much as I am able to. I would care for your dogs as much as I care for my own. I have a fenced yard and parks in the area. This is a very dog friendly community. Regular potty breaks and walks are the norm for my house.
“Krystal and Doug provided a clean, home enviromant for our dogs. They treated our 2 dogs like their own. We brought 2 large~medium size dogs for them to watch. Our dogs sniffed around a little and fit right in shortly after they arrived. They walked our dogs and played with them a lot. From the picture they sent us, our dogs looked comfortable and relaxed. They got plenty of walking and play with their family and their pet Olive. I would not hesitate to send my dogs there again.”

“Briana welcomed us and Coco with open arms!!! We received photos throughout the day, which gave us a sense of calm and relief. Coco was happy and played with her new fur friend, Duke. We are looking forward to future bookings. Thank you!!!”

“Mayra was perfect for taking care of Teddy. You can tell she loves dogs. Her two dogs were a treat for Teddy. He loved them and had a blast playing with them. She took him for a couple of walks which he gets so excited about. Teddy hates being alone so this was a great day for him. I highly recommend Mayra and will definitely use her again.”

“Our first experience with Rover daycare services & Cynthia!!! Cynthia provided pics, videos, and updates throughout the day. We never had to wonder how our pup was doing in a different environment with new human and fur friends. We are so grateful we learned about Rover and, most importantly, Cynthia made our initial experience a wonderful one for our pup.”

“Our experience with Ceudi was great. She took great care of our dog for the day. He is on regular meds and she gave it on time and kept us posted as well. He seemed happy and comfortable with her and her family. Would definitely recommend her.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of love, patience, and personalized care I give every dog as if they were my own. I understand that every pup has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, so I take the time to make sure they feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away. I have experience caring for puppies who need extra attention, structure, potty training support, and plenty of playtime, as well as senior dogs who require a calmer environment, medication administration, slower walks, and gentle care. I’m attentive to body language, behavior, and individual needs, which helps dogs quickly build trust and feel comfortable with me. Whether your dog is energetic and playful, shy and anxious, or older and needing extra patience, I provide reliable supervision, lots of affection, consistent communication, and a clean, stress-free environment. My goal is not just to “watch” your pet it’s to give them a positive experience where they feel loved, secure, and excited to come back. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work part-time and mainly from home, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I’m able to maintain a flexible schedule for walks, potty breaks, feeding times, playtime, and cuddle time, while also making sure each pet sticks to their normal routine as closely as possible. Since I’m home most of the time, pets are rarely left alone for long periods, which helps them feel comfortable, safe, and less anxious while their owners are away. I truly enjoy having animals around and make their care a priority in my everyday life, giving them lots of love, patience, and one on one attention. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. Since I work part-time and mainly from home, I’m able to give pets plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Dogs staying in my home are welcome to roam freely and relax comfortably in the house rather than being confined, helping them feel more at ease and at home during their stay. I can also crate dogs if requested by the owner or if it’s part of the dog’s normal routine for sleeping, feeding, or downtime. I always prioritize safety by carefully monitoring interactions, maintaining a calm environment, and following each dog’s specific care instructions, routines, dietary needs, and comfort levels. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, stress free, and well cared for while giving owners peace of mind knowing their dog is in good hands.
About: I have several years of hands-on experience caring for my own Beagle, who is friendly, well-socialized, and accustomed to living with people. Through daily walks, feeding, training reinforcement, grooming, and routine health care, I’ve learned how to provide a safe, structured, and loving environment for dogs. My home is a clean, smoke-free single-family house with a secure fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and relax. I only accept a limited number of dogs at a time so that every guest receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, quiet naps, or extra cuddles, I’ll follow your care instructions carefully and provide regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I have a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, so my background is closely connected to health, medications, biology, and careful observation. My training has made me very attentive to details such as changes in appetite, energy level, behavior, hydration, and daily routine, and I am comfortable following detailed care instructions, including medication schedules when needed. This scientific background naturally carries over into how I care for pets—I tend to notice small changes, keep routines consistent, and take safety and wellbeing seriously. I have a flexible schedule and spend plenty of time at home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I already care for my own friendly Beagle and provide regular walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I am available for boarding on both weekdays and weekends, with flexible drop-off and pick-up times. My home is clean, quiet, and dog-friendly, with a fully fenced backyard that I specifically designed with my dog in mind. I wanted him to have a safe and comfortable outdoor space for potty breaks, playtime, exploring, and relaxing, so the backyard was planned to be both secure and easy for dogs to enjoy under supervision. I understand how important routine and a comfortable environment are, especially when a dog is staying somewhere unfamiliar. Dogs are never left outside unattended and always have access to fresh water, cozy indoor spaces, and plenty of attention. I treat every dog like part of the family and communicate regularly with owners through updates, photos, and videos. Please let me know about your dog’s daily routine, feeding schedule, potty schedule, energy level, personality, and any medical needs or behavioral concerns. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I prefer dogs that are friendly with other dogs since I have a male Beagle at home. My home is clean, quiet, and pet-friendly, with a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy supervised outdoor time. I have a friendly, well-socialized Beagle, so I understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable and maintaining a consistent routine. As of September 2026, there are 1,268 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Daisie. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Daisie commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
