About: I have always been a dog lover, and I am now the mother of two dog-loving children. Your dog will not be short on love, affection, and play in our home! I am available full-time four days out of the week. I am available to go on walks/hikes with your dog during the week and/or weekends. I would be available for overnight stays during the weekends. I have a fenced yard, and I can easily crate your dog if needed. Your dog would be welcome to come inside our home. Your dog would not be left unaccompanied or unsupervised in our home. For dogs with good social skills, I would also be able to take them to a dog park nearby. I’m currently self-employed and often work from home. I am available everyday, except Wednesdays, to dog-sit. I regularly take my dog on walks in the morning and evening with a couple of potty-breaks throughout the day. Cinder would love some company on her walks! We have a fenced yard they can go outside. We often take breaks to play and stretch in the house. There is easy access to water in the home.

About: My name is Destiny and I grew up caring for large and small dogs and cats. I have hands-on experience raising puppies and kittens from birth through adulthood. As an adult, I continue to care for both cats and dogs, including adopted shelter cats and my own Labrador Retriever and Standard Poodle. Both of my dogs are neutered, gentle and affectionate. My Standard Poodle loves to run and play and can be wonderfully bouncy, but he's also surprisingly nurturing and likes to make sure everyone is okay. My Labrador is basically Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh—a lovely potato who is particularly drawn to wee, scrappy dogs. I actively study canine behavior and learning. I train and participate in dog sports including obedience, scent work/nose work, agility, Barn Hunt and NASDA. I'm comfortable observing canine body language, following established training and management routines, providing enrichment, and adapting my approach to the individual dog. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy getting to know animals as individuals. I don't expect every dog or cat to immediately love me, and I don't force interaction. I believe comprehensive care starts with paying attention to what makes an animal feel safe, comfortable and understood. I work from home with a flexible schedule and control over my own hours, which gives me plenty of time to incorporate walks, play, enrichment, meals, potty breaks and companionship throughout the day. Our household is unusually quiet and relaxed. There are no children in the home, and my neighborhood is a peaceful residential area that's well suited to walks and downtime. Pets staying with me have opportunities for activity and engagement, but also plenty of time and space to settle, nap and simply relax. Because I'm home much of the day, pet care fits naturally into my routine rather than having to be squeezed in around a long commute or rigid work schedule. I believe pet care starts with understanding the *individual* animal. I take time to learn each pet's normal routine, temperament, preferences, training cues, feeding needs and anything that may make them uncomfortable or stressed. My approach is calm, patient and attentive. I don't force interactions, and I pay close attention to body language and changes in behavior. I follow owners' established routines and management instructions carefully because consistency can make being away from home much easier for a pet. My home is clean, quiet, child-free and low-stress, in a peaceful residential neighborhood. I want visiting pets to have a comfortable place where they can play and engage when they want to, but can also settle and rest without constant activity, noise or disruption. When caring for pets in their own homes, I bring the same approach: respect the animal's familiar environment, follow the household's routines carefully, communicate reliably with the owner, and leave things exactly as I found them.

“Mayra was perfect for taking care of Teddy. You can tell she loves dogs. Her two dogs were a treat for Teddy. He loved them and had a blast playing with them. She took him for a couple of walks which he gets so excited about. Teddy hates being alone so this was a great day for him. I highly recommend Mayra and will definitely use her again.”

About: Hi there! 🐾 I’m a lifelong dog lover, and honestly, I’ve never known life without a dog by my side! I currently have a sweet older Chihuahua who keeps me company at home. I know how much our dogs mean to us—they’re family! I love giving dogs plenty of attention, belly rubs, walks, playtime, and of course, lots of cuddles. I’m also very comfortable with senior pups and understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and little quirks. When your pup is with me, they’ll be treated like one of my own—with patience, love, and plenty of attention. I’d love to get to know your furry family member and help them feel happy, comfortable, and right at home! ❤️🐶 I do work full time and have a hybrid schedule. My job is flexible on what days I go into the office. This will ensure your doggie will not be left alone for long periods of time if I happen to be at the office. I have a fenced in yard where your dog can roam freely. We do have a pool but it has a safety fence around it so the dogs are not allowed in that section of the yard unattended. We also have a doggie door if your pup is small enough to use that for easier access to outside.

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life, as well as all sorts of other animals. I watch my sisters dogs on a weekly basis, and love to help others! I’m a fan of medium to large dogs, and I’m on time, with reliable transportation. I will treat your fur-baby with the same amount of love that I do mine! I’m currently taking a break from regular work, looking to babysit and pet sit for a few months to bring some joy into my life! I’m available weekdays anytime, and Sundays from 1pm into the night. Some Saturdays, can be flexible. I keep my home clean and well maintained. I open feed my own cats, and spend time with them whenever possible. I like to clean my littler boxes every day, and when I had a dog of my own, I would walk her 4-5 times a day, and play with her all the time. I love training, and engaging with animals. I’m happy to care for your pets however you see fit, as long as it includes lots of love!
