“Bridget was amazing!! Came and picked up pups, sent lots of pictures and updates, and very friendly/responsive. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again ♥️”

“I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my Milo. Meet and greet went great and I had no reservations with leaving him there for the weekend. She sent pictures and videos all weekend that showed he was having a great time with her dogs and family. I really don’t think he wanted to come home!”

“Beth was excellent! This was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Beth (and her sweet little dog Gracie!) and will be sure to reach out to her again when needed. Thank you so much, Beth!”

“Eddie always has the best time with Tami and her family! He comes home happy and shows so much excitement the next time we head their way as we are driving to their home. Best choice!!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 8 years of hands-on experience in animal rescue. I’ve worked in kennel environments and currently serve as an intake coordinator for a rescue, giving me extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. In 2025 alone, I fostered 45 animals, so I’m very comfortable handling a wide range of personalities, from shy and nervous to high energy pups. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pup and provide them with the care, attention, and exercise they deserve! I get off work at 3 most days so afternoon walks are best. I am a very active person so i am always walking with my dog. I have a dog friendly dog and a fenced in yard, i do not plan on having dogs in my home but can possibly if necessary.
“They were amazing and great with our dog. She’s 100lbs plus and from photos, she made herself at home with the everyone and enjoyed herself! We will be booking with them again for anything we need to do with our dog.”

“Michelle and Christy are the best! They are attentive, loving, and show so much care to our dog. We feel comfortable knowing that he is in a safe space and are so thankful for the service they provide!”

“Kristen was great at taking care of our pup while we were traveling. Kristen is very thorough and took time to understand the needs of our dog. She was great at communicating and sending updates!”
“We enjoyed seeing our senior dog outside playing with other dogs in Eloise’s care. She has always provided the best care and makes sure his routine is followed. He’s a happy pup when he comes home.”
“Karen was great with our dogs Bella and Brandy! She was very friendly and responsive and sent us lots of updates and pictures during our vacation! We will definitely use Karen again for future trips!”

“Erin was fantastic with my dog, Max, this weekend! She provided daily updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Max was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout his stay. Erin was reliable, communicative, and treated Max like her own. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter, and I would definitely book with her again.”

“Kona LOVES being at Danielle’s! She has plenty of friends, pets and room to run around. Danielle is also very good with updates and extremely communicative. Sometimes I fear Kona loves it there so much, she doesn’t even want to go home 😅 I don’t ever have to worry about Kona when she’s with Danielle”

“Magda was absolutely wonderful with our puppy! She shared tons of photos and kept us updated the entire time, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She spent lots of time outside with Penny, taking her on walks and doing activities to keep her happy and engaged. Penny can definitely be a handful at times, but Magda was so patient, gentle, and kind with her. You can tell she truly loves what she does. We would recommend her to anyone.”

“Anna was amazing! She took my 5 month old husky Storm in very last minute, very same day as I had decided to go on a last minute much needed trip to Michigan to visit a friend. (Random fact: I’ve had little to no social life raising a puppy and a human child LOL.) I even decided to stay an extra day beyond my booking and she was completely okay with that. She also kept me updated with lots of photos and videos. I’m a first time user of Rover and I’ve never let anyone dog sit my pup before overnight (got her at 7 weeks), so I am so blessed to have found someone like Anna on the first try. She will be my go to sitter from now on and I will definitely recommend her for all pup related needs. Thanks Anna. Storm and I love you! :)”

“Renae was super friendly and helpful. This was my first time using Rover for Sammy and I will continue to use this service. Renae gave me updates throughout the stay which was very reassuring. Sammy was able to play with Renae's pup which was very nice for him to have a friend instead of being alone at the pets hotel.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Custer Park
Bridget was wonderful with our three pups. Feedback was often and appreciated as this was the first time boarding for the youngest dog and nervous mom. Our dogs loved being with her and loved her expansive yard. She was able to handle our feeding schedule and meds without issue. Dogs came home tired and happy!

I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my Milo. Meet and greet went great and I had no reservations with leaving him there for the weekend. She sent pictures and videos all weekend that showed he was having a great time with her dogs and family. I really don’t think he wanted to come home!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kacey took the best care of Minnie. I could feel her love for all dogs when we met and she loved on Minnie all weekend. We had some care trouble on the way home so the pick up time was later than planned and she was gracious and understanding. Thank you Kacey!!!

Many sitters in IL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
