About: Hi, I’m Tessa - I run T’s One Acre Bark & Breakfast! 🐾 With one acre to play on and a cozy home to relax in, I give every pet safe, loving care. I’m Pet First Aid & CPR certified, have completed a course in Veterinary Assistant training, and am trained/certified in Fear Free™ - Leaders in Animal Wellbeing. While studying Fear Free, I have learned valuable information regarding dog body language, stress signals, and how to create a calm, positive environment for each pet. This means I use gentle handling, reward-based interactions, and stress-reducing techniques to make sure your furry family member feels comfortable and cared for at all times. My goal is to provide not just a safe place, but one where pets truly enjoy their stay, whether they’re here to play, rest, or cuddle up for some quiet time. We love visitors of all walks of life; seniors, puppies, and everything in between. We’ll treat your pet like one of our own and keep you updated every step of the way ❤️ In addition to boarding and daycare, I also offer drop-in visits; perfect for pets who feel most comfortable at home. Whether it’s potty breaks, mealtime, playtime, or a little extra love while you’re away, I’ll make sure your pet’s routine stays on track and they get the attention they deserve. Beyond errands needing to get done or going to town for appointments, I am always home. My husband assists in care when he is home as well. We have a lovely dog of our own - so they are always in our schedule with potty breaks, play, eating times and everything in between! Our acre is fenced and ready for exploring, relaxing, and playtime! We also have three children that are eager to shower your family member with an abundance of love and attention.

About: I believe the best thing about pet sitting is offering pets the same love and attention that their owners give them. I am easy going, very reliable and will follow all instructions for your pet’s care. I care for both domestic and farm animals. ❤️ I’m retired so my schedule is flexible. That makes it easier for drop in visits. When I stay over, I may need to leave for an errand but I will be at your home as expected. I respect your privacy and will care for your home like it is my own. I depend on repeat bookings so you can expect the best service!

About: My wife and I have a combined experience of 14 years taking care of all kinds of animals. We see them as family. We were a former care coordinator for our local humane society before moving to Oregon and take looking after your family very seriously. Don't like a male in your home? No problem we'll arrange for my wife to present instead. We work together for you! After the passing of our dog we wanted to start Rover in memory of our Chewy we have 2 Cats and 1 small Senior Dog that would be isolated in our master bedroom to give your family member the space and attention they deserve! We can work all hours. My wife and I have very open availability to make any schedule work! Let us know what you would like! We have an apartment, with spare bedrooms, experience with puppies, kittens, sick animals, and special needs animals. (: If you want someone that knows what they're doing we're here for you!

About: I love all critters and have an especially soft place in my heart for the elderly and/or disabled. I started by volunteering for neighbors friends on trips or working 12 hours shifts, just to stay busy, and it was awesome to see how my daily visits helped their overall health over time. Visiting with critters is always the highlight of my day. I move slowly, carefully, speak softly, so my energy is a great fit for older or anxious animals. I love them all, and every step. Greeting, walking, playing, chilling, pets and massage, special diets, and I have no problem helping administer medicine or any extra special care that is needed. It would be an honor to be of service for you and your fur baby :) I am flexible and available, single, no kids, and also a home care worker. I only work 4 hour shifts, so pet care can very easily fit in and around my other work schedule. When I meet you and your pet, you can show me the care routine, and I will confirm that I understand every step. What works well is if the supplies are visible and steps are also written down and left somewhere I can refer to if needed. I will take photos to either text or email you while I am at your home with an update for each visit.

About: I have a dog and three cats, I do school online and have a very open schedule. I grew up with animals and babysit frequently. I’ve watched rabbits to horses and everything in between. I am currently in school and have a very open schedule. I am able to come and stop by or watch overnight. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. I have fostered a wonderful environment for my pets at home. My dogs fully trained on and off leash. He has excellent recall and trust with me. My cats are all free range in the house and we have gates put in place so they can have their own space. While watching others pets I am very proactive and careful of where I bring them and watch them carefully.

About: Their fur babies will be treated just like they’re part of my fur family. I will follow any special requests that we work out. Plus I worked with a dog rescue so I have access to tons of information if I need to receive new knowledge on something. I live in Oakridge so I also have access to local hiking trails and have a decent knowledge of local water areas that are safe and wonderful for pups of all ages and sizes to enjoy. Their fur child will have plenty of one on one attention from me, they will not feel left out or unloved. I will keep you in the know if your fur baby is behaving ill. I’ll even take plenty of pictures of them enjoying their time and share them with you. I am currently on temporary disability due to surgery. I just had so I’m unavailable at this time but once I have been released to do light stuff around the home, I will be able to take on some clients again. If there’s any safety concerns, we can discuss what they are and what we can do to address them. We are currently trying to save up to get our fence redone to ensure that there are no issues with your baby getting loose.

“Alyssa and Eve watched our dog for a week at our house while we headed out of the country on a cruise. I can’t say enough good things about this pair but will try. Most importantly our dog was loved and well cared for throughout the visit. They followed all our instructions to a tee, fed her on time, made sure she got her medicine, took her on many walks and played endless games of hide and seek and tug of war. I was very grateful for how accessible Alyssa and Eve were throughout the stay. If we ever needed to get in touch with them they were quick to reply. They sent frequent updates, videos and photos letting us know how things were going. And sometimes, things don’t go as planned and in those moments, Alyssa was quick to come up with a solution to ensure our dog was taken care of. Finally they took great care of the house and left it exactly as they found it. We are very picky when it comes to our dog sitters and are so grateful to have found this pair. We already have Alyssa booked for three future pet stays so safe to say we are fans!”

In a client’s home, I always respect their space and follow their instructions closely, from feeding schedules to favorite walking routes, to keep things as familiar as possible for their pet. I also send regular photo and text updates so pet parents have peace of mind knowing their furry loved one is happy and safe.

“We are 100% pleased/satisfied with Megan’s care of Dude. He weighs 100 lbs and will jump on people and get mouthy when he meets some people. He eventually calms down, but depending upon the person it can take awhile. Megan quickly got him under control. She was loving and was able to get him follow her commands. She happily came to meet him before her stay with him and easily walked him. We were very comfortable with him in her care. In addition she is a wonderful human being who is actively involved in her community. I enjoyed meeting and talking with her.”
