Monday through Friday, I work a 6-8-hour shift, but I schedule pet sitting and house sitting around my work hours & leave to ensure pets still receive plenty of care and attention. My greatest availability for full- time in house is: • Weekends & holidays • Monday–Friday: Midnight- 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM–Midnight.  I will always do my best to accommodate each pet’s routine and needs while providing reliable, attentive care. I have a checklist that I review with pet owners to ensure we cover everything as thoroughly as possible. This includes bathroom schedules, allergies, medications, the type of fencing or yard setup they have, whether pets are allowed on furniture, and if they are sensitive to thunder or loud noises (primarily so I can monitor them closely during storms or fireworks). I also ask about grooming needs, any injuries or hotspots to watch for, veterinary contact information, and the nearest emergency vet in your area. While I’ve never had to take a pet I was caring for to an emergency vet, I believe it’s important to have that information readily available in case treatment ever becomes necessary. We’ll also discuss any limitations they may have, as well as whether they’re allowed to go on rides, walks, swimming outings, or even enjoy the occasional pup cup 🩶 I also like to review each pet’s daily routine and preferences with owners to help keep their care as consistent and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll ask about feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, sleeping arrangements, favorite activities, and any behaviors or sensitivities I should be aware of. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, loved, and stress-free in my care while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are being treated like family.

About: Hi there, My name is Melissa and I work from home which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. l am a very active person who absolutely loves all sorts of fur babies, especially dogs and cats. I enjoy having the ability to interact with them on a daily basis. I currently have one fur baby of my own, Roxy (13 yo Jack Russell), but I have been around all types of animals since I was little, and I can't imagine my life without them. About: I've taken care off two dogs before inside my home and other persons home. I still do inside my home but only for small dogs. About: I have been an animal lover & owner my entire life. I've always had a dog along with the occasional hamster, cat, guinea pig, lizard, hermit crab, rabbit, bird & fish. I love animals especially dogs. I am very comfortable with large breed dogs as well as smaller dogs too. I like to think the bigger the dog the more loves & cuddles you get.🥰 I've volunteered for rescues over the past 10 years & have fostered both dogs & cats. About: I LOVE DOGS!! What more can I say? I have had dogs in my family, of my own and taken care of family dogs practically since I was born. I've been around dogs of all shapes and sizes and love all of them, no matter what! I have had experience with special diets, dog walking and even diabetic dogs (using diabetic test strips and glucometer). About: My family has had 2 dogs since I was 10 and two cats since I was 14 which I took part in caring for. Four years ago I also got a cat of my own! I have been fortunate enough to also care for pets from different friends and families while they’ve been away! So, I have a lot of experience feeding, playing, cleaning up after and caring for cats and dogs of all different breeds! I am currently in PA school so I have class from 9-5 Monday through Friday but I am free to help before and after school and on the weekends! About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. I would help family and neighbors and then grew to not just a job it has came to something I love and thrive to do. I am now 33 years old and I strive to help others with their fur babies so they are never alone and taken care of. I own my own farm so my pet care starts at 6am to when I go to bed. I have some much time through the day I I want to help others with their pets/animals. I do not watch others animals in my home only due to our farm animals.
