About: Hi there, My name is Melissa and I work from home which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. l am a very active person who absolutely loves all sorts of fur babies, especially dogs and cats. I enjoy having the ability to interact with them on a daily basis. I currently have one fur baby of my own, Roxy (13 yo Jack Russell), but I have been around all types of animals since I was little, and I can't imagine my life without them. I would love to include more animals in my life by helping you take care of yours from drop-in visits, dog walking and more! I believe in positive reinforcement training versus negative reinforcement, which supports an animal’s overall well being. My goal is to make sure that your dog is fully sated from our walk so that when you get home you have a relaxed doggie! Having had more than one dog of my own in the past I am experienced in walking multiple dogs at a time, so if you have 2 or more dogs that need daily walks I am up for it! About: Well first of all, I’m a retired Corrections Officer of 25 yrs. I’ve always had a love for animals and their well being. And wanted to work with animals of all kinds.( Especially dogs). I am retired from corrections and have a lot of time on my hands. I would love to spend this free time working with animals. I have two dogs of my own and have always owned dogs and cats. About: I've had animals in my life since I was 10 years old. I've been a dog trainer, groomer, sitter and many more tasks all dealing with animals from cat to dogs to horses.
