About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I was raised around them from the time I was 5 years old and started learning how to care for the animals around me. I have a Husky of my own that is my bestest friend and a big baby that is super spoiled. I would love to make your pet feel just as loved with me as they are with you! I work from home so I would be able to provide optimal care for your fur baby. I also have completed vet assistant school and have worked as a volunteer at the humane society multiple times throughout my life. I am currently working remotely so I am able to take care of your pets really whenever. I am pretty open to any schedule that you may have!! I can easily crate your dog if needed, I also have a 4 month old husky puppy to keep them company that is extremely friendly and loves to play.

About: I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends and family, including walking, drop-in visits, and overnight pet sitting. I’m comfortable with animals of all sizes and energy levels, from playful puppies to relaxed seniors. I currently live with and help care for three dogs (ages 1, 3, and 12), so I’m very familiar with managing different needs! I work part-time hours, so my time is pretty open overall. My schedule is set for each week, so my availability will be posted well in advance. I make sure to keep a consistent eye on animals even if they seem to be low maintenance. I have medically complex cats myself, so I am comfortable giving medication or other medical treatments include IVs. I also have two dogs so I am comfortable with caring for multiple pets at a time. I can work my schedule to your time. I am local to downtown Greenville and happy to travel. I will follow instruction to a T so that you feel comfortable knowing your babies are in good hands. “Kerstin was wonderful!! She stayed in our home for a week with our 5 cats and was better than I even expected! This was my first time using Rover and meeting Kerstin. Usually a family member will drop in to feed our cats but I really wanted someone who could stay there and maintain the cats routine. I picked Kerstin because of her great reviews and she really lived up to those reviews! She got to know each cat and sent pics and updates of what the cats did everyday which I loved! While we were gone we felt comfortable and grateful to have Kerstin there looking after things. When we got home the house was clean and sanitized, she brought in the mail, the bed was made with clean sheets and she even ironed pillowcases along with some other special touches and gifts for our kids. She’s a genuinely good person who does a great job! We’re super happy and will definitely use her again!! :)”

About: I’ve been around dogs if all sizes my whole life. I currently have two of my own, one being a puppy. I worked this past summer at a dog groomer/ boarder and it was a wonderful experience. I like to think that I am good with all kinds of animals except any kind of creepy crawly. I am currently in high school but I do nothing outside of that. My weekends are completely free and so are my afternoons unless I have some sort of homework which is rarely. I won’t be doing at home services but if I did, I have a big yard with a smaller portion fenced in. I have a Great Dane puppy who is skittish at first around other dogs but never aggressive and eventually warms up. I also have a 4 year old chiweenie who absolutely loves other dogs. I also have a pet pig!

In your home, I’ll follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any house rules. I’ll keep your home clean, secure, and respect your space while providing your pet with plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important trust and communication are, so I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos while you’re away.

“There are many dog experts who believe they know what’s best for dogs and do things their way. Then there are dog experts, who love dogs, but will follow the way you want your dog to be handled. Rachel is the latter. Rachel took great care of our Harley (at the tail end of recovery from knee surgery). Rachel followed our feeding, walk schedule, and recovery routine for Harley. She inquired first about doing things with Harley that were not previously discussed. Since our return, Harley has been happy and continued on with her daily routine as if we were not gone for a week. We will definitely ask for Rachel when needed in the future. Rachel also left our home as we had left it before we went away. She is extremely responsible, in addition to being extremely caring to dogs.”
