We’re passionate dog lovers and share our home with our fun-loving young Lab/Golden Retriever mix, who’s always ready for a play session or a good nap buddy. Your pup will enjoy supervised outdoor time in our large, open yard—perfect for sniffing, stretching their legs, and enjoying nature. Inside, they’ll have a cozy, clean space to relax and be loved like one of our own. Whether your dog is playful and energetic or prefers a quiet cuddle, we’re here to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy during their stay. We only take a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure each one gets personal attention and care. Daily updates and photos included—we know how much you miss them while you're away! Let us be your dog’s home away from home. 🐶💕 With our flexible schedules, my husband and I are home at different times during the day, so your pup will always have someone around for care and company. We treat every dog like part of the family! Your pup will enjoy a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of love, playtime, and relaxation. We provide supervised outdoor time in our large yard, cozy indoor spaces for naps, and plenty of one-on-one attention. We maintain your dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and preferred activities. Daily updates and photos are always included!

About: I would love to take care of your fur babies in our ‘pups paradise’! I live just a few minutes West of Sioux Falls on 20 acres! There is plenty of room for your fur babies to run, play & enjoy some time in the country! I have tons of experience caring for critters of all ages… from young to elderly… low energy to tons of energy…. and the super social to not so social. I love them all! I am currently working from home which allows me the opportunity to take extra special care of your four-legged family members. This includes time outside & plenty of play time! I have a very large, fenced backyard where your pups can run and play! Whether they are social and enjoy playing with others or appreciate a little more solitude, I can adjust the space to meet their needs and keep them safe & comfortable while you’re away!

Evenings and weekends my husband helps with our toddler so my availability varies with my sidekick in tow but if your dog is comfortable with little kiddos, I’m happy to help any time! :) In my home, most dogs know they’re being dropped off and I like to provide time and space for them to explore the house and then introduce them to their new furry friends in the backyard. I feed our dogs separately and this also allows me to monitor food intake and is safest for adding a new pup to the mix. If I have to run an errand during the day, my small dog feels more comfortable in his crate but my big dog is trusted to hang out in the house. I’m happy to do whatever you feel is best for your dog should I need to leave the house briefly. When I care for dogs in their own home, I’m focused on respect and safety. It’s your house, your rules. New dog, new cues. :) You are trusting me to not only enter your home but to care for your pet. I take that seriously.

About: Our entire family loves dogs and pets. We love to welcome new friends to our house! My children love to be around other dogs and help out. We are a homeschool family and so we are home all day with plenty of people around to give attention to your pet. We are flexible to times and days. We live in the country and do not have a fenced yard. We are happy to use leashes to help your get outside for bathroom breaks, walks and playtime. We have a golden retriever who loves dogs.

About: I’ve lived my entire life with pets of some kind. Dogs and cats. I have had my own dogs for over 10 years and have never let one I don’t love! I work from home all but one day a week so I am home with my dogs all day and am able to let them out, feed them, snuggle them whenever they need! I have a fenced yard and 2 smaller dogs that love making friends. I am home all day but one a week so am able to make sure they are attended to with all their needs!

Whether it's playtime, walks, or just some company during the day, I’m happy to step in and make sure your pets feel loved and comfortable while you're away. Most of my work is remote, so I’m home a lot and can give pets consistent attention throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, which makes it easy for me to work around your pet's routines—feeding, walks, meds, etc. When I’m staying in someone’s home, I treat it with the same respect I’d want someone to treat mine. I keep things tidy, follow your instructions, and make sure your pets feel safe and at ease. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and caged animals since I was little. I also worked at Petco grooming for a few years. We have 2 Chihuahuas of our own, 2 Sphynx and an Axolotl. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible and open most days. Just let me know what you need and we can work it out! I will care for your pet in your home how you request me to. In our home we are very careful to not let our animals out loose, we take them on a leash if they aren’t in the yard and kennel our dogs when we leave.

About: I love all animals but dogs have a special place in my heart. I grew up with two Schnoodles (schnauzer-poodles). I helped train one of them including potty training and tricks like sit, shake, roll-over, and spin. I hope to one day foster dogs who need homes. I also have experience caring for cats and birds. I just graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center nursing program. I will begin my career as a nurse in Sioux Falls starting in July! I will let you know what days and times I am available! When caring for pets, their well-being is my top priority. I do this by ensuring a safe and happy environment. I always make sure they are getting lots of playtime and love while their owners are gone. I will feed them according to their needs and give lots of potty breaks.

About: I've had dogs my whole life. I've lived with schnauzers, retrievers, a shih tzu, a border collie, and an Old English Sheepdog, so literally everything from 5 pounds to 100 pounds. I love how loving and optimistic dogs are and I genuinely enjoy caring for them. My puppy George enjoys dogs of all sizes. I also have cats and enjoy their distinct personalities. I don't take it personally when a new cat doesn't trust me. I DO take it as a challenge. I currently have 3 cats - 2 very chill indoor cats and 1 not-at-all-chill outdoor cat. All three of them are used to dogs. The chill cats actually like playing with dogs. I have had a diabetic cat who required insulin. My sheepdog had arthritis and needed assistance getting up as well as medication with his meals. I am experienced at giving medication to wary pets! I work 8-5 with a lunch hour. I am available for dog walking in the evening and weekends. I find caring for pets to be relaxing. I have a fenced in backyard. I enjoy long, slow walks, which gives dogs plenty of time to smell everything! I prefer a harness to ensure a dog doesn’t slip out.
