About: I love each animal as if they were my own. I have experience in taking care of cats and dogs of all ages. I have patience, compassion and a lot of love to give to animals. I am flexible with anything. I have experience in dog walking, house sitting for families with fur babies and having dogs stay at my home when their owners are away. I have a fenced yard and two dogs who live at home currently with me, a 12 year old Cocker Spaniel and a 4 year old Catahoula Australian shepherd mix.
About: I was raised in a rural area with 10 acres of land, and we have always had pets. I've always had a furry child; there has never been a moment in my life without one. I've had the pleasure of raising a variety of dogs throughout the years, as well as two cats. I now have a well-behaved, two-year-old black Lab named Jake. When he was just a tiny puppy, I started training him. He continues to pick up new skills despite having many masteries. I have given Jake all of his training and skills, and even though I have some training expertise, I am not a certified trainer. Jake and I spend a lot of time exercising because we enjoy being outside. Some days, we take a quick lap or two around the block, and others we go for a lengthier walk on the trails! I am a rule-follower, and your pet's health, happiness, and safety are always my top priorities. I am available for drop-in visits (bathroom breaks and feedings), walks, and baths (no grooming). If there is any way I can assist you with your furbabies, kindly let me know! I work three days a week at my full-time job and go to college full-time. I spend a lot of time at home and have time for walks, exercise, baths, and drop-in visits for potty breaks, feedings or check in on your fur babies. I am currently unable to accept any pets for boarding or home-sitting for more than a few hours due to my work and academic commitments. Your pets will be treated the same way I treat mine: as members of the family. At times, my Jake virtually owns the home! While I do let my baby sit on my furniture, I will always abide by your house's pet-related rules. Just make sure to let me know what they are so I can make sure we're acting properly. Currently, I am not available at this time for pet boarding. I do charge for pet baths and it's arranged by weight. Rover only lets me set one price for all and I don't charge one price for all dogs. About: Growing up with animals all my life, I shared my love with my own kids by volunteering with our local shelter and rescues with my kiddos. With over 200 foster dogs, many of which were puppies, they are naturals and know much about pet care. We have 2 small dogs and 1 cat (inside/outside) of our own who are also accustom to other animals through our home. For care in your home, I can come by up to 4 times a day - walk, feed, water, potty breaks and play/cuddle. When at my house, I work from home, so potty breaks, walks and outside time are frequent. A typical day around here consists of potty breaks first thing and meals distributed in the morning. However, if you have a different schedule, I can accommodate that. At your home, we will start with time outside, then feed/water as needed, cuddle and play, and always go back outside for potty time before departure. We can also follow any instructions you might have. At my home, I have a very large backyard (several acres) that is currently partially fenced. While I am working on a smaller fenced area for our guests, if needed, I have a 50' lead where your dog will be fully supervised but allowed to run, play and sunbathe. Also, we will go on leashed walks.
