Why not me… I have 4.5 acre ranch with two kennels to house boarding dogs as well as guest rooms inside of the main house for dogs who need more human contact with an at home feel.

About: I genuinely care about pets and see them as members of my family. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I work full time from home so I am here 24/7. Your pet will not be left alone while they are with me. I currently let my own dog out every 2-3 hours so they will get plenty of potty breaks. Pets are allowed on the furniture and I will provide you with photo updates whenever you would like. My only two legged child is 12 years old and is great around pets of all kinds. He does go to school through the day so is only home in the afternoon. I am able to crate your pet if you request it, my home is clean and offers a safe environment for your pet. Your pet is free to sleep/ play on the furniture and will be accompanied by my 3 year old dachshund/shi tzu mix

About: I was raised in a rural area with 10 acres of land, and we have always had pets. I've always had a furry child; there has never been a moment in my life without one. I've had the pleasure of raising a variety of dogs throughout the years, as well as two cats. I now have a well-behaved, two-year-old black Lab named Jake. When he was just a tiny puppy, I started training him. He continues to pick up new skills despite having many masteries. I have given Jake all of his training and skills, and even though I have some training expertise, I am not a certified trainer. Jake and I spend a lot of time exercising because we enjoy being outside. Some days, we take a quick lap or two around the block, and others we go for a lengthier walk on the trails! I am a rule-follower, and your pet's health, happiness, and safety are always my top priorities. I am available for drop-in visits (bathroom breaks and feedings), walks, and baths (no grooming). If there is any way I can assist you with your furbabies, kindly let me know! I work three days a week at my full-time job and go to college full-time. I spend a lot of time at home and have time for walks, exercise, baths, and drop-in visits for potty breaks, feedings or check in on your fur babies. I am currently unable to accept any pets for boarding or home-sitting for more than a few hours due to my work and academic commitments. Your pets will be treated the same way I treat mine: as members of the family. At times, my Jake virtually owns the home! While I do let my baby sit on my furniture, I will always abide by your house's pet-related rules. Just make sure to let me know what they are so I can make sure we're acting properly. Currently, I am not available at this time for pet boarding. I do charge for pet baths and it's arranged by weight. Rover only lets me set one price for all and I don't charge one price for all dogs. Please message me if you're interested in having your pet washed and ill tell you my price based on their size/weight.

“This was our first time using Rover. We used him for a daycare day at his home. Ian came to our house for a meet and greet, then we brought Sadie there for a 15 minute meet and greet and then the next day she stayed with him for the day. Seemed like it went well. I was very impressed with Ian’s explanation of the process and his experience in the field. We will try him again, perhaps for an overnight or multi day.”

About: We are new to Forney and just bought a beautiful house. The house has a very shaded backyard, the tree covers over half of the space. The backyard is fenced with tight wooden slats. We both have a lot of experience with pets of all kinds, from dogs and cats to lizards, parakeets, turtles and hamsters! We have two young kids, a toddler and a baby. Looking for friendly dogs and cats to pet sit, board or walk. We don’t have any pets currently so we can give all our love and attention to yours! We only take one pet at a time so that we are able to give them the care that they deserve. I am a stay at home mom and my husband is a nurse who works 3 shifts a week. We have plenty of time to take care of your pets. We have two little boys who love animals but can be overwhelmed by bigger dogs so we only look after small dogs and cats. Because of the kids, we accept pets after 8 am and before 8 pm. We have a fully fenced and half shaded backyard. Our house is comfortable and welcoming to pets. As we have small kids, we are looking for kids friendly pets to look after. Our house is childproofed and can be kept pet proof as needed.

High-energy pets receive engaging play and mental stimulation, while seniors or sensitive dogs receive slower, confidence-building interaction and low-stress movement. For cats, there could be wand play, chase-and-capture sessions, window or bird watch enrichment, brushing (if enjoyed), and calm social time on their terms. Between activities, I prioritize rest and normal household rhythm so no one is overstimulated or unsettled. I also maintain the cleanliness of pet areas and keep the home secure and lived-in (for overnights/extended stays).
