About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have also grown up raising birds, cats, and rabbits. I had my first pet-sitting business when I was just 11 years old. I am a current dog and cat mom. I aspire to be a dog trainer and have my own business one day. I have successfully trained my own dog in a variety of different skills and I am eager to gain even more knowledge to work towards my career. I have 3+ years experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and all temperaments. I also have experience working with dogs with special needs. I just moved to the area and I am currently looking for a full-time position in the animal care field. In the meantime, I am looking to find work through Rover to stay caught up on finances. I do plan to continue using Rover for side-work after finding a full-time job. I also believe it could help me gain experience towards my career goals. My schedule is very open at the moment. I take my dog on walks every evening and have training sessions for an hour every day. Since I live with other people currently, I can only pet-sit in clients’ homes. I do have a very friendly 5-year old doodle who loves to play with other dogs, so I can always bring him along to keep your pet company. I follow my clients’ instructions to the tee whether regarding potty schedules, feeding schedules, bathing, walking, playing, training, etc. I can also do any additional services if need be while caring for your pet at your home.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. About 10 years ago I decided to Foster dogs. After a few years I started working with medical dogs from the shelter. I also enjoy happy go lucky pups and adult dogs. A friend suggested I work with Rover. After reading up on their services it was clear this is something right up my alley. The dogs I babysit will have inside and outside time but no more than their family requests. In the past I did adoption events at various locations for an Animal Shelter and was able to get to their needs that I have put in place. Working with Rover has given me the opportunity to meet more 4 legged friends and their families. I am available for up to two dogs. I offer a discount for stays over 7 days and discount for two dogs. I no longer foster and treat my yard for safety. I would love to be there for you while you are away. A typical day starts with potty time and a romp in the yard. Then inside for water and food. Usually another trip outside to do their business again. Then inside or outside to play. I have a bowl of dog food and 💦 out all the time My Rovers are rarely put in a kennel unless they are chewers or the family requests that they need to be at bedtime only. Other than that I have few rules. I just want your baby to be comfortable and happy. I do work part time but I have someone in my home 24/7. I know dogs prefer a private home and not a kennel. I rarely kennel a dog but let the owners dictate what they prefer. The dogs spend very little time outdoors. I have a fenced in yard that they can wonder around or stretch their legs with a healthy run. I can provide a warm environment with lots of love

About: I have been a dog/cat/house sitter for my family and friends for over 20 yrs. I will take care of your pets like my own I currently have a lot of time on my hands. I had to say goodbye to my dog last year and wanted to help other owners with theirs until I’m ready to adopt one of my own. That’s going to take some time. I’m I will have a lot of fun with pet(s). I enjoy going to the park or a hiking trail or staying in the backyard. They will be cared for and receive many hags and kisses. I understand the importance of a routine for some pets and will do whatever I can to keep them safe and happy.

About: I’ve done dog walking and drop in visits in the past working with dogs, small critters, and cats. I have about 2 years of experience with dog walking and drop in visits and haven’t had any complaints that I know of from the pet owners that I was working with. I understand the body language of both dogs and cats and I’m able to respect the pets boundaries and know how to access a situation. I also used to work at the animal shelter for a bit! Currently I don’t have a job other than Rover so I have the time to take care of your pets and my schedule is pretty open. I have 2 cats and I take care of them by feeding them wet food 2 times a day and dry food throughout the day and I also scoop their litter boxes and play with them. I’m very respectful of clients homes and respect the rules they have in place for their home because everyone’s care for their pets and homes are different.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I’ve got my first one when I was 5 years old. Throughout the years, I’ve gained a ton of experience taking care of all dogs. As an owner of 3 dogs (2 small. 1 large) I’ve definitely have had my fair share of doggy cuddles, play time, walks, and lots love! I’m currently working part-time, so I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule. I am a student, but because my class schedule is very spread out, I have lots of free time to take care of any furry friends! In your home, I will implement any rules you have for your dog. About: I have been around animals my whole life. I grew up with several dogs, cats, bunnies. I currently have a pet ferret who means absolutely EVERYTHING to me. I’ve previously worked at a vet caring for all animals and it’s something I truly enjoy and love doing. Right now my availability is OPEN. If there is a certain day that is not listed please reach out as anything can change and I might forget to open the day on my schedule. Pets are my everyday life and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I’m very reliable and trustworthy. When an animal is my in care I take care of them just as they were my own. My preference is in the comfort of the pups home, it’s more comfortable for them.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was a teenager. Pets that belonged to my sister to pets that have belonged to my neighbors. I have experience feeding and walking dogs. I'm currently in between jobs at the moment, but that'll change in a little while. So, take advantage while you can. Of course, when I do get a job, I'll still make time to care for your pet! About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs from all ages puppy to senior. No two are the same. They are all beautiful in their own ways. I am very flexible and dependable. I have two dogs of my own. And have dog sit for strangers and family alike. Strangers are just friends we haven't met yet. I can offer an array of services from basic drop ins and walks, to feedings and overnight stays at my place or yours. I am flexible and willing to work with you to find the best option.
