About: I have owned dogs and cats for my entire life, so I know the day-to-day treatment that they need. I have also done sitting for neighbors, friends, and family. Professionally, I did animal care for various species of reptiles, amphibians, and fish, so I understand that every animal has different requirements and routines! I’m a natural caregiver and would love to make your pet feel loved and safe. I’m a recent college graduate living at home until I start my master’s program in August! I would love to fill all of this free time by spending it with animals. I am willing to care for pets as needs by each individual! I can pop in for 10 minutes a day or I can stay for a couple hours to give your pet the attention that he/she needs. I will do the basics (feeding, taking outside for bathroom, playing), but I can also administer medication and go for walks!

“She was very helpful! My doggies made a mess and she was willing to help clean out! She was very good with communicating and updating me; sending me pictures of my fur babies.”

“Amara was amazing! Even got my reclusive cat Soeren to come out for treats. Lily, of course, was her usual extroverted self and came out for lovies. So sad we only got to try her services once, but we will definitely recommend her to friends.”

“We needed help at the last minute and Jenna came through brilliantly! The dogs love her and everything was perfect on our return.”

“Heather did drop in visits with my pups, she spent time playing ball and making sure they had ample outside time. I would highly recommend Heather for your next sitter.”

“McKenna was awesome. We are to town just 2 weeks ago. It was so nice to find someone so loving for our 2 dogs and cat so we could join family at the lake today! Definitely will want McKenna for next time. Thank you!!”

“Our first visit with Sumer was great! She checked in on our two dogs while we were away for the day and sent us pictures! We will definitely be using her again.”

“Lindsey is amazing! We are so lucky to have found her. Couldn't imagine having anyone else in our home with our new pup. Very trustworthy and kind.”

“Zoe stepped in when I was in a bind and took extra special care of my kitties. Thanks, Zoe!”

About: As a dedicated college student with a lifelong passion for animals, I bring a wealth of pet care experience to ensure your furry friends receive top-notch attention and love. I have learned a lot about pet care through my volunteer work as a foster for dogs and cats and my work in pet-sitting over the years. I've cared for dogs and cats, providing everything from daily walks and playtime to feeding and administering medications. My flexible schedule and genuine affection for pets make me a reliable and enthusiastic choice for keeping your beloved companions happy and healthy while you’re away. Trust me to treat your pets like family! As a college student with 2-3 classes each weekday, I have 2-4 hours of class time per day, but my ample breaks and flexible schedule allow me to provide excellent care for your pets. I’m committed to working closely with you to ensure your pets receive the attention and comfort they deserve, fitting seamlessly into both my academic and your pet care needs. I am familiar with different temperaments in pets and I will work with you to maintain your pet’s schedule to ensure their comfort and safety.

About: Hi! I’m Alicia. I’m a second grade teacher and lifelong Fort Wayne resident. I’ve had pets my entire life, but currently have none of my own, so I’m looking forward to babying yours this summer! I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer them a quiet, kid-free, pet-free, low-stress environment to settle into while you’re away. I’m extremely reliable, caring, and patient. Whether your pet needs medication, a consistent routine, or extra time to warm up to someone, I’m happy to adjust to whatever works best for them (and for you). Whether I’m with them for a drop-in or overnight stay, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Plus, I love to take pictures and document our adventures, so you can expect regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. Feel free to reach out to set up a time to chat or schedule a meet and greet! As a teacher, my summers are especially flexible for drop-ins, daycare, and overnight stays. When school starts, I’m limited to before and after school drop-ins, but always open to schedule overnight stays at your house or mine especially on weekends! At my house, your pets will be the only pets in the home, so they’ll get all of the attention they deserve! My house is pet-proofed and I’m very committed to ensuring your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.

About: I am a special eduction teacher looking for summer and weekend work. I have always had a dog in my life, a cat too! Right now I have two puppies. Their names are Murphy and Poe ! I am on a teacher schedule so I have summers off. I also work for our marching band so I have a weird schedule in the summer but I am still available! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly pups! My pups love to play and swim! I have also puppy sat in others homes multiple times.

About: I’ve taken care of my aunt’s dog since I was little and then briefly lived with one until he passed. I was in charge of walking and feeding them and both dogs absolutely adored me. Now as I’ve grown up, my favorite animals are still dogs but I unfortunately don’t have any and I have the cutest little kitties. Hoping to get my serotonin boost from hanging out with your pups instead! I’m currently studying so I’m available for onboarding any day you need me to! I’m free to watch over them and make sure their needs are met since I am home all day typically. My yard isn’t fenced fully but it is mostly and your fur baby will have all the space to run around. I will be home all day to keep them company and make sure they’re happy.

Ellie C.Star Sitter
“I cannot say enough about Ellie! She is the biggest animal lover I've ever met. Even though I only use her for my dog, Ollie, I have seen her work with snakes, turtles, frogs, and even a stingray. Her speciality is rehabilitation of animals, so she has a ton of knowledge and experience. When she takes care of Ollie, she walks him, grooms him, and sleeps with him. He stepped on something once and she removed it from his foot right away. She also researches healthy foods and additional care for animals. You will absolutely love this girl and so will your pet!”
