Whenever my family/friends need someone to take care of their pup I’m the first person they call. They have relied on me to walk, play, bathe, cuddle and even take their pets to dog parks. “Our initial meeting with Greycy was under a unique circumstance. Our daughters' dog Roo was staying at another host home when Roo was having a difficult time getting along with the other dogs at their home. Our entire family was out of town and DogVacay linked us with Greycy as she was prompt in response in that she was available to care for Roo for the remaining of our vacation. She was incredible in even volunteering to go pick up Roo at the other host home!! Greycy was constantly in contact with my daughter with messages and pictures reassuring her that Roo was happy and having a great time at his new host home. The situation that occured with Roo not adjusting to the original host home and us as a family across the country not being able to go pick him up, personally made the situation pretty stressful for us for a bit. About: Hi, I’m Salim! I’m a local artist, writer, dancer, yogi, and lover of Mother Earth who’s on here simply because I love to connect with and care for animals and was looking for an extra source of income. Originally from Miami, I graduated from Bard College back in 2018 and through a serendipitous series of events found myself living in the Hudson Valley for some time. After a decade of living in New York, I’m back in Miami and ready to meet some local pups and kitties in need of care. I figured this was as good a place as any to meet some animals while at the same time helping others with their pet care needs. Each pet has their own needs and quirks so I focus on adapting to the needs of every animal I work with. My schedule is fairly flexible and I can promise all the attention and affection they deserve when I say I’m available. I have had two dogs over the past couple of years, including one that I raised up from puppyhood for a friend. Im fairly active so I can definitely keep up with the best of them (I hope).
