“Alexander was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous at first. I have a Great Dane and she is my animal child so, like any pet parent, you want the best for them. My dog was very hesitant at first because she was on guard and protecting her home. I left treats at the door just in case. Alexander was so patient with her and feed her treats to gain her trust. As the days went on, the "check-in" photos made my heart smile. I could see London letting her guard down her guard and that was all because of how sweet he was. I will certaintly use him again!”

“Breckyn was wonderful! She provided us with daily notes and cute photos of our cat, Shakira, while we were away. We’d could tell that Shakira was pleased as well because when we arrived home, she had zero complaints and looked well fed and taken care of. We’d love to be able to use Breckyn again when needed!”

“Great communicators and came home to 2 happy dogs, Will use them again.”

“Annemarie was very thorough with updates and went above and beyond for our cat who was feeling under the weather right before we left for our Christmas plans! Definitely recommend.”

“Haley helped us out when we were in need of regular help for several weeks. She was very reliable and sweet with our girls - they got lots of quality time!”

“Kristin was an amazing cat sitter! One of our cats was dealing with some health issues before we had left, Kristin was very attentive and was there twice a day to give him his medicine. Very detailed updates and tons of cute pictures! We truly feel like she cared for our cats like they were her own. 10/10 recommend!”

“I’m so lucky to have found Sule! She is great at communicating while she’s spending time with Mia and sending the best pics during her visits. You can tell she loves my fur baby as if Mia was her own. She is genuinely a great person with a big heart. Don’t pass her up on this app. Your pet will LOVE her”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, but I currently have 1 cat named Stella. I have a deep compassion for caring for animals (and people) and will keep your fur babies safe and happy. I have experience with special needs dogs (visual impairments, complex medical requirements, tripods) and my sister is a Vet Tech, so I have a vast knowledge of how to care for animals of all conditions! I work in the clinic M-F but have a 1/2 day on Wednesday. Can stop by in evenings and have more availability on the weekends. I am happy to do whatever I can to make your pet feel the most comfortable in your absence. If you have any specific requests please ask!

About: I have never come across a stranger. I love all sorts of animals and take extra care to make sure they know I am safe and a friend! I work a hybrid full time 8-5 Monday to Friday but I work remote Monday and Friday and here almost all weekends! I can make myself available as needed! I have a fenced in town home back yard area with two very friendly corgis. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and love visitors! Very welcoming!

About: I've had both big and small dogs all my life. Currently, my wife and I have two labradoodles - a 70lb male named Toby and a 55lb female named Peppermint. I've cared for old dogs who have no idea where they are and trained some of the hardest and most rare behavioral problems like Dirty Dog Syndrome out of a new puppy. Some context: When I first got Toby, he came with an incredibly rare behavioral problem referred to as Dirty Dog Syndrome. It's very rare and many vets don't even know about it. Dirty Dog Syndrome is when a dog loses their natural biologic urges to stay clean in a given circumstances. Some dogs will lay down in their own poop. (Believe it or not, that's different than rolling in deer poop for them) In Toby's case, he'd pee on himself in the crate, while laying on the floor or even while walking. Initially, we thought he had some kind of health issue, but after extensive visits and blood tests, the vet pronounced him perfectly healthy. He was 9 months old when his brain relearned "cleanness" from his own pee - it took about 6 months of waking up every 1-2 hours to take him out to potty at night (like a newborn child) and between 2-3 baths NIGHTLY to keep him clean of his own urine. Mind you, this was in grad school. Toby is completely Dirty Dog Free today and we thank him for it. :) I work remotely so I am very flexible in care schedule. Aside from synchronous meetings, I am free to drop by pretty much any time of day. It really depends on the service being offered. During a typical drop in visit, I would stop by, provide fresh water and food (if necessary) and take out your pet out if needed. Sometimes I will play/cuddle with them - if they are in the mood for it as well. :)
