About: Hi! I am a licensed veterinary technician whose passion has been pets and animals my whole life! Before I was an LVT, I worked at a well known doggy daycare and boarding facility while I was in college. Even before that, I would pet sit for friends and family. I have experience with dogs, cats (I’m a crazy cat lady at heart), pocket pets (guinea pigs, rats, hamsters), farm animals, and the occasional snake! I’ll love your fur babies like my own! I currently work in Portland Tuesday-Friday 7:30-6pm. I would love to take care of your pets outside these hours if that fits their lifestyle! I have reliable transportation to come to your home and take care of your pets! I will follow any specific directions you have for your pet, their safety and comfort is my priority. I am knowledgeable on animal behavior and will treat them as if they were my own pet to make sure they get the best treatment! At this time, I cannot take pets into my own home.

About: I am very attentive and enjoy playing with them. I will treat every animal if it were my own. I also continue my education on dog care so to provide the best experience for your dog. To add..I am also experienced with cats as well. I feel I am a responsible person that would make sure all my clients and their pets needs are met. I also respond to phone messages and emails promply to make sure you concerns are addressed as soon as possible. I also make sure Pictures and videos are sent throughout the stay to Mom and or Dad. I can give potty breaks as much as needed as well as walk or just play with to fit the needs of your furr baby. I am very attentive to your pet. Love playing with and walking them as well as just chilling on the couch with them. I am also very attentive to their feeding needs and will follow strict instructions of owner.

About: I've always had a dog throughout my entire life. At this current moment, I have 28 pets which include 1 dog, 1 bunny, 1 goat, 2 goats, and 23 chickens. During some weeks throughout the year, I take of my neighbors' pigs and ducks An extremely ambitious individual who absolutely adores pets. I grew up on a farm with multiple animals. I have a massive dog named Benny who is full of energy. I was a college runner at Hofstra and can take on dogs of all sizes. I can take of your pet(s) walking needs and nutritional needs. If needed I can stay overnight with your pet to make sure he gets all of his bathroom breaks, water, and food!!

About: I've had dogs all of my life. All of my dogs I rescued, Rosco from North Carolina, Athena from Puerto Rico, Otis a Maine resident (my other half best friend) ,Piglet from Georgia and Thia from Saint Thomas. I've always had a love and special way with dogs. It's all about time and patience they are 4 legged kids. Ive introduced a senior dog who was not fond of other dogs to his new sister and they lived happily in the house together. I've had alot of experience with senior dogs dealing with hip issues and mobility. I am also a pitbull mom so I know all about their attitude. I have went through obedient school and have learned alot and plain on continue training not just for my self but for the dogs we have to be trained just as much as they do. I'm currently working 7 to 3 M-F but have time at night and on weekends in my daily schedule that I would love to fill and what better way then spending with animals. I treat my pets as if they are kids because they are my kids! I'm a dog mom. My dogs have a fenced in back yard they always run around in.

“We have always had family or close friends take care of our three precious Shih Tzus (Cocoa 17, Winnie 8 and Tobi 2) so finding a professional dog sitter was a little scary at first. I made contact with Liz (through Rover) and we set up a meet and greet at our home so we could all get to know eachother and decide if the arrangement would be a good fit. Liz introduced herself, told us about her background and experience taking care of different breeds of dogs/animals. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how genuinely sweet she was to our little babies. She ended up spending a couple hours at our house which was nice, mostly getting to know each of our dogs and their very unique personalities lol. We also spent time going over everything from likes, dislikes, playtime, bedtime routines and most importantly mealtime/feeding routines. Liz was there at dinner time so we were able to over the measurements and all of the different types of food we use (it can be confusing at times). We gave her a tour of the house, outside yards and she asked all the right questions that I didnt even think about asking (being new to this and all). I felt very at ease after she left and confident we made the right decision hiring her. While away, Liz sent us updates, pictures and communicated any questions she had. All three of our dogs were so happy, well fed, exercised and most importantly LOVED while Mom and Dad were away. On the day Liz left she made sure the dog's morning routines were all completed, she gave them some extra love, left the house spotless and even started the dishwasher. We highly recommend Liz and hopefully she will have availability the next time we are in need!!!! Thank you🥰”

Marissa was firm in who was in control, but loving to jot hurt feelings. She provided regular updates and together we got through some tummy issues to make it where I got back home. The house kitties, who were not part of her duties other than to accept snuggles, adored her as well. At one point she was surrounded by 2 dogs and 2 kitties touching her at once! When we got back, as excited as my dogs were to see me, they also looked around me to see if Marissa was there. My animals tell me all I need to know about a person, abd they adore her. Nishat truly went above and beyond for our 12 week old puppy and not only took great care of him but also took great care of our house while we were away for a week. Our puppy had to take different medications and had many needs that we were nervous about but Nishat put our minds to ease and met all his needs and I was amazed at her knowledge, care and treatment of our puppy and our place like they were her own. She sent us updates every day to let us know how he was doing and it was so clear to us that he was in good hands, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. She was so responsive and present and it was by far our best experience on Rover. I really can’t recommend Nishat enough for anyone looking for a sitter. We would not hesitate to hire her again.
