This was my first time hiring a petsitter so I was already nervous, but my sheltie Piper does NOT like strangers so that added more stress. Jaina worked with us to have a few (loud) meet and greets with Piper to familiarize herself with her. My genuine passion for animals and my lifelong dream about having my own dogs finally came true when I welcomed my own pups into my family. Beyond caring for my own dogs, I volunteer with a local animal shelter for a “Dogs Day Out” program where I take shelter dogs on outside to provide socialization, exercise and enrichment. These experiences alone have strengthened my understanding of dogs with many personalities and needs, allowing me to provide compassionate, attentive, and reliable care for every pet I get to meet. :) I work in the emergency department, so my schedule varies, but my partner and I live together so generally when I am not home he is there, and vice versa. When I’m not at work, I will spend all my time with your pet, taking them on walks, to dog parks, to get pup cups, etc, whatever you as the owner allow or prefer! I have a fenced in yard at my home, so dogs can be off leash to exercise, use the potty, and play time. During their stay in my home, they are welcome to be free roaming, not in crates, unless owners would prefer crates.

“Debra was amazing! The dogs loved her and she was very attentive to them. I received pictures throughout the weekend and everyone was just chillin. She even had to deal with a really bad wind storm over the weekend with power going in and out but she stayed with the dogs all weekend which I really appreciated. She also took extra time to clean up a bunch of branches and sticks that were blown down in the yard. And she left the house in great condition! Will definately have her back!!”

“My dog, Bogey, is a nervous goldendoodle who has a hard time trusting people. He also has separation anxiety. I was very cautious about who would be watching him overnight. Donavyn was very patient with Bogey and earned his trust quickly. He was not only great with our dog, he was very respectful in our house and cleaned up after himself and about. My schedule is very open due to the fact that I just left a pet grooming job where I didn’t feel very much comfortable and couldn’t fit into my day to day life Since I don’t have anything other than getting my son to and from daycare that needs my attention, your pet will have all of my undivided attention to care for all their needs! I also have a very large yard for them to either burn energy or just relax in the sun.
