“Erica was excellent looking after my cats, as well as watering my plants while I was away. She was really nice, friendly, helpful, with a great attitude. She seems to really care about companion animals and their people. I would highly recommend her!”

“Lily handled my cats easily and smoothly, no mean feat as my two cats are still negotiating their relationship and getting accustomed to one another. So I worried about leaving them with a sitterc but Lily handled them like a pro!”

“Mae was wonderful with my cat Apollo. Very communicative and spent a lot of time giving him yye love and attention he needs. She made sure I was comfortable with her kids coming over as well, and they were so sweet with him. The card at the end was such a nice personal touch. Will definitely ask her to watch him the next time I'm out of town.”

“Chloe was great - she sent very detailed messages and pics each day and the cats really seemed to like her. We came home and they acted like we hadn't even been gone (because Chloe took such good care of them). Chloe was lovely and we'd definitely use her again in future!”

“Anna was a great sitter for my two cats. She was patient with their needs and quirks. She made sure our shyest cat felt safe and comfortable. She provided excellent photo and written updates everyday. I highly recommend.”

“Glendon was absolutely amazing with my two fur-babies! My boy doesn't warm up quickly to people but I can tell by the video and picture Glendon sent that Copper was a huge fan too! Excellent communication, timely and very attentive to any requests/special needs of my pups! Highly recommend and will be using him again!”

About: I’ve had pets all my life – cats and dogs. I can’t imagine having a home without animals. Currently, I have 2 very loving German Shepherds and a cat. I’ve used Rover for years to find sitters for my own pets and now that I’m retired I’m excited to fill some of my time looking after other people’s babies. Since I’m retired, I’m open to a variety of schedules. Ideally I would like to avoid night visits but am happy to drop in anytime during the day. I believe all pets should be spoiled and loved unconditionally. During drop in visits, I will make sure your pets have all their needs met and do everything I can to comfort them in their owners absence.

“Justin and Eva were great. They showed up on time, cleaned up more than we were expecting and gave us plenty of updates on our cats. Our shy cat even started staying in the same room while they were there which is huge. I highly recommend them.”

“McKenna was a GREAT pet sitter. She was on time and did all the tasks asked and even filled the bird feeders. Best of all, Stormy was excited to see her each day for food and pets. Her photos were so appreciated and so well done. I really appreciated her daily updates.”

“Constance went WAY above and beyond for my fosters! She was patient and stayed over her time with Amelia who is a bit skiddish and reserved to help her get more comfortable. THEN!! Asked if she could help me pooper scoop!! I'm keeping her for all things dogs. Even offered her services at home with her dogs to help socialize my puppies!!! If there were 10 stars she would get them all.”

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life, dogs, cats, and even horses. I treat every animal as a part of the family and spoil them! I just graduated from UMA and am looking for something while job searching! I have two dogs of my own as well. I’m flexible and happy to work around your pet’s needs, whether it’s daily walks or consistent weekly care. I’ll make sure their routine stays as close to normal as possible. I live in an area with lots of land for any pup baby to run around in! It is secluded and has so many things to do. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with lots of love and supervision. In your home, I respect your space and follow your instructions carefully to keep your pet safe and happy.

“Brandon was great to work with and took good care of our cat. Our house was also in good shape and as we left it. . Quixo was happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. I would hire Brandon again and recommend him to others .”

About: I am a proud dog, cat and bird mom! I grew up on a farm with a variety of different critters such as horses, cows, pigs, goats, chickens, dogs, cats and more! I am a veterinary assistant and love the career I am in. I have worked in the profession for 9 years. I enjoy taking care of animals and especially those in need. I have many years of experience with foster care for both dogs and cat. I pride myself in taking care of your pet like they are my own. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats and 3 birds that I love dearly. I am a veterinary assistant and work part time currently. I have animals around me in every aspect of my life. I have a large house that is dog and cat friendly. My dogs love playing in our large back yard and are well adjusted to having new visitors and making new friends.

About: Hi, I'm Alex! I grew up around large dogs and have years of experience dog sitting and training for friends and family across all ages and breeds, as well as dogs with special medical needs involving medications, past trauma history, and assistance going up and down stairs. I have two friendly and cuddly cats at home, and someday hoping to have the right space and time to adopt a big floofy dog. My kitties are currently learning to come when their name is called and working on sensory training to feel comfy when I brush their teeth! All cats and dog sizes/ages are welcome, and I can't wait to meet your baby! :) My schedule: I am a speech-language pathologist currently working Monday through Thursday. I love my job, but missing spending time with animals. I am routinely available Fridays and Sundays. Per request, I can be available Saturday mornings or Thursday afternoons as well to check in on your furry friend! My home: I have a large, open concept home that is "baby proof" due to our two curious cats at home. If needed, our cats are comfy hanging out in our master bedroom where we have a screen door so they can still observe, if your dog isn't a fan of cats. If you decide to board with us, I only accept one family at a time. I want to make sure safety comes first, and this will also allow me to create a homey environment and give more attention! We currently do not have a fenced in yard (but hope to soon!). Aside from going on daily walks, if you are comfortable, I can link your dog to a run or a long rope, while supervised, to enjoy the outdoors as we have about an acre of open space in our back yard.

About: I have volunteered at my local humane society for 3 years, walking dogs and cleaning their kennels. I grew up with three dogs, and farm animals, and have always loved animals. I am currently a freshman at Umass Amherst, with availability Fridays, Monday and Wednesday mornings until 2pm, and occasional weekends. I am available to do check ups if given enough time to plan and respond! While I cannot house sit in my own house, I can in the client's home. I will follow specific directions given, and make sure the pups are fed, played with, and let out.
