“Kristopher was kind enough to agree to look after our pup at the last minute. Our pup seemed very comfortable and Kristopher was quite conscientious since we had mentioned Leia had just been spayed and couldn't jump or run around a lot. Really appreciate Kristopher's willingness, communication, and professionalism”
2. Bailey C.
“Our two dogs had a great 1-day stay with Bailey and her sweet lab, Caliope. She carefully introduced our dogs to Caliope and her cats, and we received regular updates and pictures throughout the day. They had plenty of opportunity for both indoor/outdoor stimulation and relaxation. We also appreciated that she was communicative and flexible about pick-up/drop-off plans. We would recommend working with Bailey and would gladly rebook with her in the future!”
3. Jessica H.
“Maisie had such a good day with Jessica, and came back tired and happy. Jessica sent sweet photos and let me know throughout the day that Maisie was doing well. She made me feel very comfortable leaving my puppy there for the day. I definitely recommend her. Thank you so much!”

7. Robert D.
“Robert has watched both my lab retrievers many times. Sometimes for an hour and sometimes all day. Both my boys love Robert every time they see him and they’re exhausted when they come home at the end of the day. Robert puts all his energy and effort into any dog he watches. He’s very calm, and very comfortable with dogs. There isn’t anyone else I’d rather watch my boys.”
8. Alex L.
“I felt that Alex took care of our puppy like it was her own. He was tuckered out at the end of the day and got to meet other farm animals, which was great! It’s a great opportunity for us to socialize our puppy, in a safe environment. Definitely will continue bringing our pup to Alex!”
9. Justin & Eva M.
“This was my first time using Rover. I am so happy I chose Eva and Justin. I was visiting Umaine with my daughter for orientation and needed last minute care for my goldendoodle. Eva and Justin were amazing with communication and taking care of Luna for the day. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them in the future when up in Maine.”
10. Shmerl B.
“Alice had a great day and I got a few videos thru the day showing her palying. She can't wait to go back and play again with her new friends!!”
11. Brandon T.
“Brandon took excellent care of our pup. In the days leading up to our appointment he confirmed with us and confirmed our expectations with great forethought. He was at our meet up location early and waiting outside for us on our return. We received a text and picture update during the time he had her. He had an easy way with her and she seemed comfortable with him right away.”

About: With over 13 years of hands-on pet care experience, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment for all pets. I’ve had the honor of working with a variety of animals, from cats and dogs to a multitude of farm animals and even some small exotic pets like birds and ferrets. Whether it’s managing a high-energy puppy, caring for senior dogs with special needs, or providing gentle support to shy or anxious pets, I feel confident and well-equipped to handle each unique situation. I’m also happy to accommodate any special requests you may have, including training, administering medication, and behavioral support. My schedule is quite flexible, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pets. I work part-time at a farm on Tuesday evenings for a handful of hours. I’m also a student with mostly online classes, so I can manage my coursework remotely, giving me a lot of freedom to adapt to your pet’s needs. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for your beloved animals, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home. I take a calm and structured approach to pet care, helping to create routines that put pets at ease. I prioritize their well-being, stay attentive to their health, and respect each pet’s unique personality and needs. From daily walks to feeding routines, playtime, or cuddles, I’m here to ensure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved whenever you’re away.

14. Erin D.
About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a little kid and helped my parents at my uncle’s farm. I truly love all animals and enjoy their individual personalities. I have experience dog/house sitting dating back to 2000 in the Camden area. Since we moved last year, I’m looking to meet new clients and help you with your furry loved one in the Waterville area. I worked in animal hospitals in my early 20s so I have a great wealth of knowledge to draw from in many areas (but not exotic pets, as none of the veterinarians I worked with had that as a specialization.) I’m currently working from home doing some freelance work and have many opportunities to go for walkies. We are currently without a dog in our home, and I’m looking to get out more. Any pet I take care of is treated as if they’re a member of the family. I believe in spoiling pets with love, but keeping the boundaries of the owner so as not to undo any training. Reinforcing good behavior is always a priority.
15. Nancy B.
“Nancy was friendly, calm and welcoming to the dogs. We went rafting and she even delivered the dogs back to us, which we ended up really appreciating! Thank you, Nancy!”
16. Tiffany K.
“Tiffany and Kyle were so accommodating. Coco was very happy and she wasn’t ready to go home yet as she was having such a great time with their family of two leggeds and four leggeds. Definitely recommend them!”
17. Erin P.
“I travel out of town 4 or five times per year for a week at a time and highly recommend Erin Perkins as a dog sitter/walker. I utilize her services many times and have always been more than satisfied with her performance. Her knowledge of pets and some farm animals is extensive and she at times has had to give my dogs medications. She was very comfortable with administering the medications and gave the medications with no issues. My 3 dogs have always been walked, fed and very happy when I get home. As a bonus, she checks in everyday to let me know how they're doing and sends me a picture!! 5 out of 5 stars!!”

About: The last seven years I have worked at a few different doggy daycares in New York City! During that time, I was also petsitting at home for multiple pups. Coming from NYC, I became very good at navigating the crowded streets with a "pack". I moved up to Maine almost six years ago and have been caring for animals of all kinds ever since, but dogs definitely hold a special place in my heart. I opened Rebels Homestead a few years ago (find me on fb) and have an array of animals such as horses, pigs, goats, chickens etc…all of which are a ways away from the house and not reachable by the pups In my home, we have a fenced in yard and 3 acres of open land. I do not allow dogs to be off leash outside of the fenced in backyard. My home is located very close to the Bangor City Forrest and I love to go for long walks there if the weather is nice. I try to keep dogs on the schedule they are used to when they stay with us, i.e feeding, potty breaks, etc... I have a very open schedule being a stay at home mom. Your pup will receive endless attention and lots of love from all of us! We have a secure fenced in yard and do not allow dogs off leash outside of that area. We are extremely good about teaching our son what is appropriate behavior around animals and what is not. He has learned so fast and continues to enjoy all our visitors. (Dogs and baby never left alone)
19. Joan O.
About: The sole caretaker of 2 cats and 1 dog. Providing playtime, treats and necessities. My dog is extremely friendly and loves making friends and playing. I currently work from home full time during the week. I have flexibility during the day to provide care to my personal animals and others. I have a friendly dog that gets 2-40 minute play times at the local tennis court or baseball field. He loves going on rides as well. He gets fed twice a day with meals better than my own. Occasionally requires an undesired bath.
20. Matt M.
“Matt was absolutely amazing with Freya! Highly attentive in taking her on long walks! I’m really glad I chose an outdoor enthusiast to hang out with my best friend today! He comes highly recommended!!”
