For active dogs, I can offer long walks, hiking trips, and plenty of playtime, ensuring they’re exercised and entertained. I am self employed and manage my day to day schedule with lots of flexibility. I am happy to coordinate my schedule to accommodate you and your pet's needs! When caring for pets in either my home or a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and fun environment that caters to each pet’s specific needs. My home is fully pet-proofed and provides cozy spaces for lounging, sleeping, and playing. I ensure that pets have access to toys, beds, and safe areas to explore. I follow the pet's regular feeding and potty schedules to keep their routine consistent. I take time to learn about their habits to make them feel at home. Depending on the pet’s needs, I offer regular walks, backyard play, or indoor activities to ensure they stay active and happy. If the pet is anxious or shy, I provide a quiet space to relax and make sure they feel secure with gradual introductions to new surroundings. In your home I maintain the pet’s normal routine, from feeding and walks to playtime and bathroom breaks. I ensure their home is kept tidy and comfortable for both them and the pet parent. Many pets feel more secure in their familiar environment. I take care to create a calm atmosphere by minimizing disruptions and ensuring they have their favorite toys, bed, and comfort items. I offer tailored care based on the pet’s unique needs, whether that’s medication, specific diets, or behavioral routines. Just like in my home care, I update the client regularly with pictures and reports, ensuring they are always in the loop.

About: I am a proud dog, cat and bird mom! I grew up on a farm with a variety of different critters such as horses, cows, pigs, goats, chickens, dogs, cats and more! I am a veterinary assistant and love the career I am in. I have worked in the profession for 8 years now and can't imagine doing anything else. I enjoy taking care of animals and especially those in need. I have many years of experience with foster care for both dogs and cats, specializing in pregnant shelter cats. My dogs, cats and birds are my life and I love them with all my heart. I look forward to meeting many new people and their loving pets. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats and 3 birds that I love dearly. I am a veterinary assistant and work part time currently. I have animals around me in every aspect of my life. I have a large house that is dog and cat friendly. My dogs love playing in our large back yard and are well adjusted to having new visitors and making new friends.

About: All throughout my life, dogs and cats have been members of my family. I think an animal companion is essential to good living. I have cared for dogs of all sizes, from teacup poodles to great dates and dogs of all ages. Each pet is unique and I am prepared to take on their unique needs, including but not limited to medication administration, special exercise, and massage. Additionally, I am very good at reading a dog. Each dog has their own space and introduction needs, I promise to abide by them so your dog is comfortable with me from the get go. I work for myself as a photographer so I have lots of time to work with your beloved pet. I am available Monday - Friday from 8 am to 6 pm for check-ins and walks. I take photo sessions during those same times, but it is all first come first serve and I am happy to work with you to make sure your needs are met when they need to be met! You can count on me to not only cover the basic necessities such as watering, walking, and feeding but to go above and beyond for your pet's care. I believe communication is of the utmost importance when it comes to taking care of family members, and let's face it, our pets are our family. You can rely on me for regular communications, updates, pictures, and anything else you may need. I have a reliable car that is great in winter, so I will have no problem getting you.
