About: I love dogs and have taken care of our family dog. I understand how precious they are and how they deserve to be treated with compassion and love I'm newly retired and would love to provide love and nurturing care to your sweet furbaby! About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. I will treat them as if they were mine9. I have two small dog that does fine with other dogs. My yard is fenced and secure. I believe dogs belong in the house since they are part of the family.

They are free to roam the house and go on the furniture. I love sending lots of pictures and updates because I know how difficult it is to be away from your "baby". If your pet has any special bedding or toys, feel free to bring them along with you so your pet can feel even more at home. I look forward to spoiling and loving your furry family member while you're away. I live only a few miles away from the Norfolk International Airport and am only a few miles away from the entrance to I 64. I am very close to downtown Norfolk and Ghent. I currently work early morning from 6am-12pm. so I’ll have time to play with them and show them love. As well as take them potty as needed. I can easily crate your dog if need be I have a small apartment but lots of areas to move around. I also house bunnies.

About: Ever since I was young animals have played a huge role in my life. From my first dog to the mini zoo I have today. I am familiar with many breeds of dogs and cats as well as reptiles and recognize each one has its own characteristics and personality. Whether it's a walk, play time, or just someone to keep your pet company, I will appreciate and enjoy my time with them. I am a stay at home father of two. I am available most days. I have been working with pets for the past 4 years M-F with the occasional weekend visits. I love what I do and I take pride in my ability to befriend all pets. I believe each and every person has a responsibility, when they take on a pet, to give it the best life with a loving owner. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 4 lizards, 2 turtles, and 4 fish who all get attention suited to their needs and desires while also being attentive to proper and healthy care.
About: I absolutely adore dogs! I’ve had dogs for as long as I remember so I’m very experienced with them. I did a lot of dog-sitting as well as a kid and still help out with my friends dogs as well. There will always be someone in the home to care for the dogs. My 16 year old daughter is also home and can let the dogs out too. She has grown up with dogs her whole life as well. I have a fenced yard and an easily accessible walking trail behind my house. I have crates if needed. Dogs are a part of our family and I treat them as such. They are allowed on furniture and beds. If you don’t allow dogs on furniture I will respect that as well.
