Highly-rated overnight sitters - Corapeake
“My family went out of town for Easter, and I was a bit nervous about my 1st time using Rover. However, Vania's kindness, competence, and daily "pup-dates" put me at ease. She is an excellent communicator, thoughtful, and we will definitely be using her in the future! If you need someone to trust with your fur-babies, look no further! Thanks again, Vania!”

“My dogs LOVE going to Shelly's. She pays a lot of attention to them and they come home exhausted. Shelly is very accommodating and always reachable. Great experience.”

“This was our first time leaving our puppy, and it seems that we weren't missed at all. James was very professional during the booking process, and was very thorough in making sure he understood everything he needed to know about Otis (who is very low maintenance, but I appreciated James' attention to detail.) I wish I had more to constructively report, but when everything goes exactly according to plan, all that remains for me to say is "Thanks, James!!!"”

“Maria & Matthew are the absolute best! We’ve used them twice and each time it gets better! Our dog loves his mini vaca at their house with his doggie friends. Their communication is incredible! Maria and Matthew are our go to sitters!”

“Had such a great experience boarding my pup with John! He was incredibly kind, communicative, and treated my pup like family. I got daily updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. Highly recommend John to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!”

“Courtney was absolutely fantastic! We were spending the week in OBX and needed a sitter for our nervous older dog and unfortunately could not meet ahead of time. Courtney had all safety precautions in place to have her dogs meet Porter one at a time and have him ease into the stay. Porter ended up having the best time ever and was exhausted on our trip back from so playing hard ? Courtney sent pictures daily and kept us updated with how he was doing. Porter can’t wait until his next stay!”

“Cassandra & Tradd have watched my sweet girl a couple times now and they have been amazing every time! My pup loves it over there and I get updates every day. Will continue to book with this lovely family. 🥰”

“ERIC Always provides a safe, fun and dog friendly space for my highly Anxious dog. He let's her snuggle up to feel safe and gives her plenty of space to run around and play with other dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM..I drive 20.miles just to use his boarding service.”

“Last minute decision of ours to leave town & they were accepting with open arms, even last minute! Wow. Roscoe had an amazing time, returned happy as ever & did not want to say goodbye! I definitely recommend their services and we will use them again in the future! Thanks so much guys!”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Armonee. My dogs first time with a boarder and she could not have made things easier for him and me. Her communication is top tier with regular texts, photos and concerns. She is caring, gentle and tailors her approach to fit the animals needs, like she did with my special needs senior dog. She treats pets like they are her own and it is obvious from the moment you meet her. I trusted her completely and will be rebooking with her in the future. Highly, highly recommend if you are looking for a safe and loving place for your pet. My dog came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for.”

“Shannon is a great dog sitter. It is obvious she loves animals and takes really good care of them. She sent pictures and updates regularly which put us at ease. I will definitely book with her again.”

“They handled my precious baby with the upmost care and caution. Even gave him an airtag collar during his stay with them because i forgot to put his collar on before dropping him off which made me feel much better about his safety. They sent wonderful pictures of him outside and playing which i appreciated as i’ve never had anyone watch him before, especially not strangers. i was delightfully surprised and will have him back in no time!”

“Marcia was very accommodating when we asked to extend our dog’s stay. We could tell our dog was well cared for and enjoyed her time with Marcia and her family. Recommend booking with her!”

“Lauren had great communication before and during. Thankful she was able to accommodate our last minute request. Highly recommend lauren. Thank you again and have a blessed holiday.”

“We loved Amanda! Duke had a great time spending time with Amanda, and she was so helpful and responsive from day one. We got tons of pictures and updates, and loved seeing what Duke was up to all weekend. Amanda was also really flexible with pick up and drop off times, which was so helpful to us when our flight was delayed 4 hours! We had a great experience and will definitely be using Amanda again in the future. This was our first Rover experience, and I'm glad we had this option for Duke who loves people so much and just wouldn't thrive in a kennel atmosphere. Thank you Amanda for taking such great care of Duke!”

“Sherry was great. I was scared to leave the pup with strangers but her home has a welcoming atmosphere. Obi seemed very relaxed and comfortable so I knew he was in safe hands.”

“Absolutely wonderful! My spoiled and picky old man stayed with Lillian and Timothy for the first time, and I could not have asked for better and more considerate care. They cleverly found ways to get him to take his medication when he was being fussy with his usual turkey wraps. And they sent lots of pictures of him enjoying walks, having cozy naps, and getting plenty of attention and love. 10/10 recommend!”

“Beverly was great with my baby while I was away for a week. Received many pictures and videos everyday and bathed her so she could come home clean 😁!”

“This is the second time we have used Jessica and will continue to do so. She gives thorough updates and pictures with each visit. Our babies are always happy and well taken care of when we return. I am so glad we found Jessica. We know when we leave our crew will be well taken care of and spoiled.”

“Kelsie did an excellent job while I was out of town for a week. My kitties experienced a bit more separation anxiety than usual, and ended up making a huge mess of the front room. Kelsie informed me of it immediately and was super understanding of it. Since I wasn’t around my phone during that visit and couldn’t tell her where the cleaning sprays were, she waited till I was able to tell her where the items were. Then came back the next day to further clean up the floors! One of my kitties is very weary of new people and she did great with making sure not to stress her out too much.”

“Sarah was absolutely amazing! She followed every instruction I left, respected my home, and truly went above and beyond. She brought her own toys to keep my cats entertained, which I really appreciated, and she kept me updated with excellent communication throughout the entire booking. I loved receiving the many pictures she sent because they gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my pets and treated them like her own. I came home to happy cats, and everything was exactly as I had left it. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I will definitely be booking with Sarah again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, and caring!”

“Christian did a great job with our cat drop-in visit. He was on time, made sure their water was topped off, spent time playing with them, and sent plenty of pictures and updates while we were away. It was obvious he genuinely cared about making sure they were comfortable and cared for. We’d definitely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.”

“Our kitty was so grateful for having Laura come in and care for her. By the end of the three drop in visits our kitty , who is very reserved around unfamiliar people, was playing with Laura. Laura did all the tasks we asked of her and also grabbed some packages and put inside! She was great!”

“Melody has done a great job of taking care of Victoria. We are pleased to have her. I feel very fortunate to have Melody and Matthew taking care of our Victoria”
About: I have experience working with animals of all breeds/species. I used to work for a boarding/daycare/grooming facility that was also connected to a vets office. I’m familiar with farm animals, dogs, cats, most small pets, and reptiles. I had my own horse for 17 years. Currently I have two German Shepherds who are both 4 years old- so I’m very familiar with working breeds! *I have experience with administering medications and animal first aid* I’m currently a stay at home mom and have full availability. More than likely my son will be with me for drop in visits- but for house sitting, arrangements can be made if necessary! With my two being a working breed we go on a lot of walks, and play a lot of fetch. But they also know how to be couch potatoes! Either way I can follow the lifestyle your pet is used to whether it be cuddles and lounging or going outside to play. I’m all about communication so pictures and daily check ins are something I like to provide!

“Our cat was well taken care of. Carolyn came on the days scheduled and gave fresh food, water and clean the litter box. Our cat was fine when we returned home. Carolyn did a great 3!”

About: Cat sitting is a calm and rewarding experience. When I arrive, I make sure the cat has fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. At first, some cats may be shy and keep their distance, so I give them space and move gently around them. Over time, the cats become more comfortable. Some will come up for attention, while others prefer to relax nearby. I follow their routine and pay attention to their behavior to make sure they are happy and healthy. Cat sitting is about being patient, respectful, and making sure the cat feels safe and cared for while their owner is away.
About: I've owned or help own several dogs. My family has 3 currently. I love animals so I volunteer for and ride horses, care for dogs and feed the feral cats in my neighborhood. I'm perfect for someone who needs a quick, cheap, consistent service. Currently available to walk or drop-in with pets from 2-5pm on Wednesdays only. I am a very good listener and a gentle handler. I instill some consistent walk etiquette but I am not a dog trainer! I am here to keep me and your pet walking and safe. I have a fenced in backyard and several parks nearby. My neighborhood is walkable. Your pet will never be far from water, food, space or comfort.
“Robert was amazing with my two dogs! He kept me updated with photos and took great care of them while I was away. They were happy and relaxed when I got back. Highly recommend him!”

“Skylar was great at communicating and responding quickly when booking for a sitter for our fur babies. She came to meet the girls first and both of my cats loved her from the beginning. She kept us to up the date with the girls and would send pictures all the time, which I loved. Would definitely recommend Skylar!”
About: I have been around dogs since I was little - helping my dad train hunting dogs, dogsitting for family & friends, etc. I am a lifetime vegetarian and animal rights activist. I am a full time student, and when I am not at my day job, I enjoy long hikes with my Beagle. Rover is a fun and rewarding way to incorporate work and play into my days off. I always view animals with the utmost respect and gentility. My household is very serene and I try to spread that wherever I go. I can ensure I will treat others' homes and pets like my own.
“We had a wonderful experience with Amber for our first time ever leaving our dogs to to attended to by someone other than family. She provided up with updates on her visit and pictures/videos daily. One of our dogs is slower to make new friends, and it was so sweet to see the progress he made during the week becoming friendly with Amber. Seeing my dogs were in such great hands definitely put my mind and heart at ease while we were gone. We will definitely look to use Amber again in the future when needed!”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Corapeake
About: I am a true animal lover. I have a level of empathy for pets that most people think is crazy. Your pet is part of your family and will be part of mine as well. I have a lot of love to give. I am more then happy to accept a million phone calls and texts because I know top care is important. I am patient and understanding and take the time to help with house breaking and learn new tricks. I use to breed Siberian huskies. That is one of the most energetic and mischevious breeds out there. I help with a local rescue in rehoming and donations. I am also actively involved with helping take strays to local vets and following up with owners. My family consists of me, my husband and our five children. There is always someone to give love and attention. We keep our own pets somewhat on a schedule and we play a lot in our back yard. I have a large fenced in yard and three very active dogs who enjoy to play. I also have 5 indoor cats. I can easily crate if needed.
About: As a stay at home and home school mom there is usually always someone home to love and play with our (your) animals. We have two daughters (17 & 15) and one son (10). *I’ve recently updated this profile to include the following: As an owner to two small dogs myself, I understand the worry and anxiety of leaving my small, fragile, pup, in the care of others who may have larger dogs coming and going where an accident can happen. I don’t like to take chances with one of my own, or one of yours getting hurt. Even by accident. I’ve recently updated my profile to only accept dogs up to a certain pound. This will help with my profile score, for the many dogs I’ve had to turn down. However, if you are a prior client, I will accept your larger dog (they’ve all been wonderful and fine because of my judgement at meet and greet) and in addition any future clients who have a small dog/big dog combo, I will consider a meet and greet to verify we would be a good fit and will make exceptions on a case by case. I will not be sitting for more than one family at a time. I’d like to advertise our service as a small dog oasis. We have tons of toys, treats, dogs beds, and love to offer to spoil and keep your little ones happy and safe. I know the peace and ease of mind I offer will stand out. I send pictures, and/or videos, daily, unless you ask me not to. I will also FaceTime you with your pet, upon request. * We have a 5 year old, 10lb Maltipoo, who acts more like an indoor cat, (sleeps a lot) and follows me everywhere, a 9 month old, 7lb, Malshi (Maltese Shitzu), who is a baby and wants to play with her toys all the time. We also have a 4 year old yellow lab, Sam, who acts like a lab. Aren’t they all full of energy? Sam likes to stay outside and loves his job as a guardian dog to our miniature goats. He comes in for freezing temperatures, over night to sleep, or heat advisories only. He’d rather be outside. All three get along with ALL animals, strays, neighbor’s yorkies’, neighbors dogs, etc. We have two acres of yard with a fenced in area that has a dog house, goat house, tree house, etc. which is where he stays. We are an animal loving family. No young kids that harm or hurt in any way. Your pets are guaranteed a “spoiled rotten” experience for sure. Schedule We are home most of the time. We let the pups run around and play inside. We prefer inside dogs over outside dogs, but will take the dogs outside many, many times to walk, run, and play. Just I inform us of their home habits of how often they like to go out. Safety, trust & environment- I am highly protective over the dogs well being. Safety and emotionally. We use leashes when walking/running your dog and to let them out to use the bathroom. Dogs are fed at separate locations to ensure no jealousy and fights. Not to mention stolen food and a hungry pup. The dogs we sit for sleep in the master bedroom. We sleep with the door shut. This is to ensure we can always have eyes and ears on your pup. No accidents or trouble to get into. They seem to like having the constant company around them, even if we are asleep, they know they’re not alone.

“Daisy had a great time with Cassandra and Tradd. She had a fun time playing with noodle and macaroni as well as their two children. Very thankful we found them and absolutely intend on reaching out the next time we are going out of town!”

“First time using this app, and I feel like this is a winner! Jane took WONDERFUL care of my pup, sent frequent update photos, engaged with her, and had very wonderful communication. This is an awesome first impression, thank you soooo much Jane! Will definitely be reaching out again.”

“The best doggie day camp available. Julie, her boys, the dogs, cats, etc. took the best care of my 2 month old Aussie. Even working on obedience and crate training. Highly recommend.”

About: Hello there! My name is Jessica & I have grown up with pets my whole life and have had experience with several other species which has included dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, and even fish. I'm even a fan of reptiles! I believe pets play a very important role in their human pals life and teach us so much about life and the kind of love that I have for my dog has taught me just that! Your pet(s) will find pals with my family & our dog Orie. Know that if you choose me to walk or watch your pet(s), they will be treated like a family member. Look forward to meeting your pet(s) and hopefully gain a new friendship through a mutual love for our animals.
About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I will take care of your fur babies just like I did mine and love them just as much. I am a college student as mentioned before so my current schedule is MWF and Tues and Thurs to be free after 11:15 am. However, I do live on campus in Norfolk at ODU so I can take business there as well but mainly for dog walking and pet sitting at your residence. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help snd be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)
“We are so appreciative of Ricardo and his family opening up their home for our dogs. Taking it slow and making sure they have a good time while we are getting settled into our new house. We get pictures and updates throughout the day and our dogs are so excited to get there to spend the day. Very grateful to have found them nearby to us.”

About: I am a dedicated pet lover with hands-on experience working at a professional boarding facility for a year, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. I also have two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m available any time, any day, and offer a wide range of services including walks, drop-ins, and boarding. I’m very reliable and always keep owners updated with messages and photos so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. Whether your pet needs playtime, structure, or just some extra love and attention, I’m here to help! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine since I’m available full-time and have a very flexible schedule. I plan my days around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they get consistent attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. Since I’m available any time, I can accommodate early mornings, late evenings, and last-minute bookings. Your pet will never be left alone for long periods, and I make sure they’re always a priority in my schedule. I provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s routine and needs. In my home, I create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets can relax, play, and feel at home. I follow their normal feeding, walking, and sleeping schedules as closely as possible to keep things consistent and stress-free. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their pet’s routine exactly as instructed. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care like administering medication if needed. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, affection, and supervision at all times. With my experience working at a boarding facility, I’m comfortable handling different temperaments and ensuring every pet feels safe and well cared for.

“This family was great with my pomchi! They showed my puppy nothing but love and she loved them in return! I had to book with them last minute and they were okay with it and very flexible with their time and availability. I would definitely book again! Thank you so much!”

“Rhonda was warm and friendly! It seems that Dakota had a very interesting visit with her. This was the first time we had him to a sitter. He came home exhausted and happy!!”

About: What sets me apart is the presence and care I bring to every interaction. With 15+ years of hands-on experience across a wide range of animals—dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs—I’m not just pet sitting, I’m attuning. I notice the little things: a shift in behavior, a need for extra cuddles, or when it’s time to give space. My calm, loving energy helps animals feel safe and understood. I don’t rush through visits—I show up fully, giving your pet the same patience and warmth I give my own. As a homeschool mom with a flexible schedule and a peaceful home environment, pet sitting fits naturally into my life. I’m home most of the day, which means your pet gets consistent attention, companionship, and care—not just quick check-ins. Caring for animals is something I genuinely love, and it brings joy and balance to our rhythm at home. Whether it’s daily drop-ins or extended stays, I have the time, space, and heart to give your pet the presence they deserve. Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in yours, my approach is rooted in calm, attentive, and loving presence. In my home, they’ll enjoy a relaxed, pet-friendly environment with plenty of snuggles, play, and quiet time—whatever makes them feel safe and happy. If I’m coming to you, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible, respecting their space and energy. Adventure-ready dog walkers - Corapeake
About: I’ve grown up in a home that has always had animals, so pet care has never felt foreign to me—it’s just been part of daily life. At one point, my family had 10 cats at once, which taught me early on how different personalities, medical needs, and stress levels can all exist under one roof. I have experience with animals across the spectrum, from easygoing to highly complex. I’ve cared for aggressive, anxious, and picky cats, high-energy and very barky dogs, as well as pets who need extra patience, structure, or medical support. I stay calm, observant, and adaptable, especially when care isn’t straightforward. My hands-on experience includes: • 10+ years fostering kittens, including bottle babies as young as two weeks old • Caring for ill, elderly, and special-needs animals, including those with mobility challenges • Supporting pets with trauma histories, OCD or stress-related behaviors, inappropriate elimination, and extreme touch sensitivity • Administering medications confidently (pills and liquids to cats and dogs) • Moderate experience with subdermal fluids and injections for kittens and cats • Caring for pets post-surgery, coming off anesthesia, or on sedative medications • Providing daily care for animals who could not walk independently or needed frequent monitoring and cleanups I’m comfortable with situations that are emotionally or physically demanding and don’t get overwhelmed when things are messy, slow, or unpredictable. My priority is always safety, consistency, and helping pets feel as secure and understood as possible. I am a part-time nanny with a very flexible schedule. I am available to walk your dogs, check on your pets, or stay with them in your home most nights. I understand the importance of finding someone you can trust to take care of a member of your family while you are away and want to provide the best care for your pets so you can truly relax. Having had a Chow Chow mix growing up, I have experience with both intense and anxious dispositions, and I know when to take a dog’s behavior personally or not. I am an easy going, adaptable care-taker, but I will also play as much as your dog likes! I will give them such good care, your pets will look forward to your next trip!
“Robbyn was excellent! She was reliable and responsive. She would answer my questions at all hours of the day. She allowed my dog to go at his own pace and even picked up on his little nuances like wanting to carry his own leash. Highly recommended!”

In my home, I create a safe and welcoming environment for pets by providing a designated area with comfortable bedding, toys, and plenty of space to roam. I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, walking, and playtime, ensuring each pet feels at home. I also have a secure backyard for supervised outdoor activities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the owner’s instructions closely to maintain the pet’s usual routine. I ensure their environment is clean, provide fresh food and water, and engage in regular play and exercise. I also send daily updates and photos to keep owners informed about their pet’s well-being. My goal is to provide personalized, attentive care that meets each pet’s specific needs, whether at my home or theirs.

About: Hi there! I’m a newly SAHM so I have a lot of free time on my hands and would like to bring in a little bit of income to be able to support our family. I’ve taken care of a variety of animals: dogs, cats, chickens, horses, pigs! Neighbors, friends, and family have all relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with their pets! I am always going to make sure your pet feels comfortable. Feeding, walks, playtime, and so much more! As a stay at home mom to my 10 month old daughter I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home. This allows me to provide reliable care, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention for your pet. I will make sure your pets safety is my top priority. I will introduce your pet to the new area slow but steady to make sure they are as comfortable as possible.

About: What makes me different is the level of care, patience, and versatility I bring to every animal I look after. I’m not just here to cover the basics—I focus on making sure each animal feels safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. I’m experienced with a wide range of animals, from dogs and cats to large and farm animals like horses, goats, and chickens. This means I’m comfortable handling different routines, environments, and responsibilities with confidence. I also have a strong understanding of pets who need extra support, including seniors and those with anxiety. I take a calm, gentle approach, move at their pace, and prioritize building trust so they feel secure while you’re away. I pay close attention to small details—changes in behavior, appetite, or mood—so nothing gets overlooked. Combined with reliable communication and consistent updates, you can feel confident your animals are in capable, caring hands. Animals have been a constant part of my life, and caring for them is something I take seriously and genuinely enjoy. I provide reliable, attentive pet sitting for families who want their pets to feel safe, comfortable and loved while away. Whether it is daily walks, playtime, medication, or simply keeping them company, I focus on creating a calm, lovable and predictable routine that helps them feel secure. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, cats with all different personalities, small and large animals who need gentle, constant care. I pay close attention to behavior changes, eating habits, and comfort levels so you always know how your pet is doing. Communication matters a great deal, so I send updates, photos, and notes to keep you connected. My goal is simple, to treat your pet like they are my own and make those time away as stress-free as possible! I provide loving, reliable sitting, giving your pet a safe, calm, and comfortable place to stay while you’re away. I treat them as part of my own pets. Keeping routines consistent and their environment peaceful.
About: My first two pets were 2 doggies at 9 months old. I had them for 17 years until they left for doggy heaven October 2024 and February 2025… I am not ready to fully commit again quite yet so decided babysitting and loving on others’ furbabies will help the healing. Work from home all week. Will be able to take care of them in home and overnight if needed! I will accomodate to all requests and needs. Will appreciate details such as age, allergies, health, likes and dislikes. Will treat your baby/babies like they are my own. Will walk them as I have a dog friendly neighborhood as well as a newly built dog park. The backyard is also fenced.
About: I have many years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I have a senior dog that I adopted in 2015 and in 2020 I helped raise a puppy from 8 weeks old. They were both raised with kittens as well. Through these experiences, I have learned how to care for different animals of different age groups. I currently work 9 am-5pm Monday through Thursday so I am available after 5pm those days. On Fridays, I am available from 8 am-1pm. I am available all day Saturdays and Sundays. I have a spacious apartment that is pet friendly and equipped with two dog parks and a lake with plenty of walking area. My pets are friendly and love play dates with new friends!
About: Caring for and loving dogs has always been a passion of mine! I have a relaxed and jovial demeanor that they seem to gravitate to. I’ve owned 3 dogs so far of 3 separate weights, so I know how to cater to dogs of different sizes and personalities. I currently live in an apartment with lots of open spaces nearby for playing and walking. I always treat pets (dogs and cats too) in my care as I would my own, which is slightly spoiled but still disciplined. If you give me your trust, I will bring your pup or kitty happier and ready for more playtime! However, I do request that owners with dogs with behavioral issues notify me about them up front so I may work with them closer one-on-one. I'm currently working full-time in the Navy every 4 days, so I can watch pets on my off time. Four days a week on and off. I care for pets by learning their personalities, likes and dislikes, eating preferences, bathroom needs, what motivates them (toys, food, attention) and go from there.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 12. I have raised poultry, had several breeds of birds, lizards, amphibians, and now the proud mama of three mischievous fancy rats. I’m a part-time pet sitter with a full time job that begins at 6pm and ends at 6:15 a.m. I’m on a rotating schedule that gives me every other Fri-Sun off. I do have some additional days off during the week, message me for details. If I am going to be boarding, I will walk and crate them if need be. There is a dog park on premises and a large park just a minute down the road. I walk my mothers chihuahua every day and allow my rats to free roam several times a day (they have their own room for this)
About: Hey, my name is Janna Reeves. I am located in Belvidere, NC. Trying to descirbe my passion and love for animals is unexplainable. Just look at how many animals I have! I got into Rover to build a customer base for when I can open my dream rescue and training facility. I love taking care of animals, no matter their shape or size. I know how important it is to leave your animals in trusting hands now and days. I’m an anxious mess when I leave behind mine. If I can give just the slightest bit of relief to you and your family while you are away from your furbabies, that’s my goal! I listen to instructions and am not aftaid to say my thoughts and questions, if any. I am always willing to accommodate your babies needs. I am willing to help my client and their family as much as I possibly can. Pictures and videos will be provided and you can even ask for more. I like to send updates throughout the day and I will send pictures as well. If any problems arise while they are in my care, you will be contacted immediately. I will treat your animals how I would want mine to be treated by others. I am currently working from home as a stay at home mom. Your pets care and needs will fit in to my schedule as if they were my own. I would care for your pets as if they were mine. I want your furbabies to feel like nothing had changed despite your absence. I strive to make sure they are comfortable and happy!
About: I recently moved back to Virginia after living in Upstate New York for a handful of years. In addition to my work experience, I also attended a veterinary assistant class which covered everything from small animals to large. I have always had multiple dogs and cats growing up and have worked on farms caring for horses, dogs and chickens since 2013. I currently work at a local Animal Clinic as a veterinary assistant full time so my schedule will work around my full time job. I do receive an hour lunch most days I am scheduled therefore, if you live close to Main Street in Suffolk I will gladly stop by for a potty break during my lunch on days that I work a long shift. I do require meet and greets before the first initial drop in, sitting or walk so I am able to meet you and your pet. I would like to know: •Your pets allergies •Your pets normal routine to keep it as normal as possible •Do they get along with other dogs or cats •Their habits (good or naughty if they have any) •Any training routine that should be kept consistent •Dietary needs Thank you for taking your time to look into my services! My schedule can be rotating, in order to align care appropriately. I appreciate detailed discussions in order to make sure your pets needs are met! I attempt to keep the environment and routine as similar to when the pet parents are home. Understanding that limitations may come, these limitations are expected to be addressed and agreed upon prior to official booking.

“We were definitely pleased with our pups staying with Megan while we were out of town. We received pictures and or videos each day with a comment letting us know how they were doing! Highly recommend! Thanks!”

“Kathleen was very responsive and accommodating to my pups needs. She had great attention to detail and my fur baby felt right at home. I would definitely recommend and use Kathleen again!”
