We did a meet and greet before boarding to make sure everything was a good fit, and Lady, who is normally a very anxious dog, seemed super comfortable right away and immediately started exploring the space. Arlen sent daily pictures and was very accommodating throughout the stay. My flight was canceled the day I was supposed to pick Lady up, and Arlen truly saved the day by being flexible and able to continue accommodating her. Her home is very clean and she has separate areas for the dogs in case someone doesn't get along with someone else.
