We would never leave them with anyone that we did not trust. It was great that Carmel arranged a meet and greet for us and the pups. We felt at ease when it was time to drop them off. Jackie was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we connected, she was incredibly communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. She kept us updated regularly and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, it was obvious how much she genuinely loved and cared for our dog, Amber. As pet owners, that’s the one thing you hope for, and Jackie exceeded every expectation. Amber was not just cared for—she was loved, spoiled, and treated like family. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog, which says everything. Jackie is trustworthy, reliable, kind, and clearly has a special gift with animals. I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. In fact, she’s so good that part of me doesn’t even want to leave this review because I’d love to keep her all to ourselves! 😊 But she deserves every bit of praise. David is a superb pet sitter indeed! I am always hesitant to leave my senior dog with someone new, but David went above and beyond to care for our little guy. He gave daily updates with pictures and videos…as well as made suggestions from the knowledge he has with dogs and especially some older ones. I will definitely book with David next time we need a sitter. He’s a really sweet person and a loving care giver. Five stars across the board!

We stopped over a week or so before so she could meet Kai and we could meet Angela. Angela is very kind and caring. Our little guy, Kai, immediately felt comfortable at her very clean and dog friendly home. We were so at ease leaving Kai with Angela. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I’m still sitting in my parking spot after picking up Penny because I just had to write this review before driving away… that’s how blown away I am. This was my first time leaving her with Vadim and Anastasia, and they made the whole experience so easy. The photos and videos they sent throughout her stay were constant and genuinely heartwarming. Cuddles, treats, pets, etc. I never once had to wonder how she was doing. Their communication is also exceptional. I travel a lot for work so having found them is a life saver. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to leave their pups!
