“If I could give Carmel more than 5 stars, I would! This was my first time leaving my dog with Rover as my normal dog sitter cancelled last minute before my vacation. I frantically booked Carmel (based on reviews) and I will be using Carmel from here on out for dog sitting/dog boarding. She was so nice in allowing a meet and greet prior to booking. This meeting allowed me to feel a huge sense of relief in knowing my dog would be cared for and absolutely spoiled! We stopped over a week or so before so she could meet Kai and we could meet Angela. Angela is very kind and caring. Our little guy, Kai, immediately felt comfortable at her very clean and dog friendly home. We were so at ease leaving Kai with Angela. We will definitely be repeat customers.
I haven’t tried a new sitter in 5 years and was so nervous. Meeting Ivana was a wonderful experience and she put my mind at ease. She has a calming energy and Ogie is so adorable and sweet. I’m still sitting in my parking spot after picking up Penny because I just had to write this review before driving away… that’s how blown away I am. This was my first time leaving her with Vadim and Anastasia, and they made the whole experience so easy. The photos and videos they sent throughout her stay were constant and genuinely heartwarming. Cuddles, treats, pets, etc. I never once had to wonder how she was doing. Their communication is also exceptional. I travel a lot for work so having found them is a life saver. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to leave their pups!

Madison was AMAZING!!! She sent updates multiple times a day and had a great time with our pup!! I actually think he's sad now that he's home! Jody is superb. She took terrific care of my beloved Chilli. While I was away, Jody texted me lots of pictures, which was very comforting as my first booking was also Chilli's first time having an overnight stay away from home. Chilli had a great time with her two dogs - they all got along very well and Chilli felt right at home. He was well taken care of and one can see that Jody has a genuine love for dogs. It is imperative that one trusts the person taking care of a pet, and that trust is seamless with Jody, whom I highly recommend.
