“Taylor was amazing! Yesterday was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous about my pup being home alone... Taylor called me at work (per my request) so that I could go over how to get into my house, etc. and she calmed my nerves too :) when she got there, he had tore up his mattress pad in his kennel- she cleaned it up so that he couldn’t eat it. She then walked him, took pictures for me and played with him enough to tire him out for a bit. She was so good with him anc it was so appreciated! ❤️❤️”

About: I've had pets in my household since I was born, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish. I also have animal shelter experience, and I've cared for extended familys' pets as well. I'm currently away at college, but I have two dogs of my own back home. I have some extra time outside of classes and a part time job and am looking to spend that extra time caring for someone's pets, as I miss my own. Depending on how your home is, I'm able to let your pets out for some time outside, give them some playtime, and can feed them if needed.

About: Dogs have always been part of my life. Since I was a child, I have been around dogs and cared for them. I have always enjoyed exploring nature, playtime , or just cuddling with them. I have taken care of dogs with special needs and dealt with many different personalities. But, above anything, I will follow your instructions to take care of your pup(s). They are also allowed to go outside whenever they want to for potty or just exploring the yard. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. If you are looking for a quiet, calm, safe atmosphere for your pup, this is it! I recommend a meet and greet (in person or virtual) to see if we are a good fit and learn about each dog’s personalities. *Dogs are watched at all times and fed separately. * I do not have kennels. The stay with me in the house. I will use their create and follow your instructions to use it. *Have tags on them with name and phone number. I also make a provisional one with my information for when we go for walks if they don’t have one (harnesses are highly recommended) *I encourage to bring their bed, or I can provide them with one. They are allowed on the couch or in a doggy bed in my bedroom. *I enjoy each puppy as much as I can during their stay with me and love to provide them with a fun and comfortable experience. I want them to see me as a fun and a safe person to be with, so I will always strive to be that for them in anyway I can. *I am sensitive to their needs and emotions and am always happy to build a connection with each of them.

About: Hi! My name is Sierra and I am a 30 year old who has been around animals since the day I was born.I have always considered my pets as my own child. I currently have a 6 year old SharPei/Blue Heeler mix named Dahlia, 4 year old cat named Emerald and a 2 year old husky/golden retriever named Dallas! I’ve worked as a camp counselor at a doggy day care feeding dogs, walking them, and cleaning up accidents. I am comfortable with feeding, walking, bathing, giving medications, following bedtime protocol, and any kind of instructions needed. I am planning on going to school to become a nurse, and I would love to watch, play, and walk your little ones while you are away! Pet care is built into my daily schedule with consistent routines for feeding, walks, potty breaks, and attention, along with weekly time for grooming, cleaning, and enrichment I care for pets by maintaining their normal routines, including feeding, walks or potty breaks, playtime, and any special care needs. I prioritize safety, cleanliness, and communication, and I provide regular updates to owners.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud rescue dog parent with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs. I know firsthand how tough it can be to find affordable, trustworthy help—especially when juggling a busy schedule. That’s what inspired me to become a Rover sitter: to offer dependable, compassionate care for your pets when you need it most. My two pups (a spunky senior Jack Russell/Heeler mix and a mid-aged Husky/Heeler) keep me active and on my toes, and I frequently care for my sister-in-law's dogs as well. I currently work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule during the days. I work about ~10-15 hours a week and don't have a set 9-5 type schedule. I can do my work whenever, wherever! I have a fenced in yard and two dogs at home. I treat my dogs like they are my BABIES - they get a ton of attention, pets, belly rubs, walks, and kisses. We do a lot of walks in our neighborhood and like to bring our pets on adventures.

About: I have had pets my entire life. I knew very young that I wanted to work with animals. I have a great love and compassion for them. I will take great care of your babies! I have a lot of experience caring and working with dogs. I have hobby farm experience (dogs, cats, chickens and a horse) as well. I am a Licensed Veterinary Nurse, therefore, I am educated in many aspects of caring for your pet. I know what to look for in case of illness, injury, etc. I can also do some other tasks, like toe nail trims, ear cleanings, etc. I am a dependable, trustworthy person who knows how important your pets are to you. About: I’m new to Rover, but I’ve been around dogs ever since I was born! While my real pet care experience has really started about 2 years ago, I grew up watching and helping my parents take care of our dogs. I’ve been sitting for my parents’ dogs Oscar and Sadie for the last 2 years while they are at work or on trips, and I have loved every minute of it! I will treat your babies like my own, prioritizing their safety and happiness above all. Your puppies deserve to be spoiled and I’m here to be loving company when needed! I’m working part time, which gives me plenty of time to care for your pets! I’m available during the week for walks from 8am to 4pm. During walks, I let my dogs stop and smell things for as long as they want for optimal enrichment, and I always walk closest to the road to keep them safe. If I have your permission, I give treats at the end of each walk, and a new toy or doggy ice cream when it’s their birthday!

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. Little dogs, big dogs, hyper dogs, and grumpy and old dogs. I know that every dog is different and their care and my approach needs to reflect that. I currently have a very open and flexible schedule. I’m open to early morning and light night care including walks, check in’s, feedings, or medication administration. I have a fenced in yard, two friendly dogs, rooms separated by strong doors and with lots of windows to watch the neighborhood from. Dog friendly flooring.

About: I have always loved dogs but since getting my own puppy, my love for them grew even more. I am that girl that stops you on the side of the road to pet and love on your puppy. I work 2 12 hour shifts in a row so the days I’m not working I have pretty open. I have a very routine schedule and would love to incorporate walking your dog into it! Since having my own puppy, I am able to understand when he is comfortable and when he is in need of something. I always make sure he is comfortable and happy.

About: My daughter and I are dog sitting for two reasons -- we flat out love dogs and my daughter is saving for college. While supporting my daughter's entrepreneurial spirit your dog will get a vacation of a lifetime. Without getting too deep into my resume, here are some highlights: -Handled five police dogs. 1000's of deployments. -Master Trainer for the International Police Work Dog Association. -Developed and taught a unique dog safety program. Have presented the hands on program from everyone to 1000's of second graders to regional UPS drivers. -Recognized expert witness in court on dog tracking, aggression, training, and deployment. -Over 75 nationally published articles on dog obedience, housing, behavior, training, etc. -Tested, certified, and trained working dogs from nearly all 50 states and several countries. (This year I've had dog teams travel to my home from Montana, Florida, Iowa, etc for assistance). I do all this because I simply love interacting with dogs. The love has spread to my 13 year old daughter. I currently have a very fun, young, and goofy dog -- a Vizsla named "Ranger." He clearly isn't a working dog and isn't a picture of obedience perfection. (I only mention this to let you know that despite my resume your dog doesn't have to be perfect and is coming into a very fun and loving household!) We've truly been a dog centered household for 20 years. My wife is a literal Saint! My private dog training rates, and I've turned down much more work than I've accepted, runs 10x the Rover.com rate we are charging. About: For as long as I can remember I've loved animals. My family and I fostered several dogs for 2 years before we adopted our own dog, Toby. I would be honored to care for your fur baby and give them the love and care they need. I'm available most weekdays and have an open schedule, between 10am-9pm. This is currently my only job because I have always loved working with animals and hope to make this my full time job. I will respect rules and take care of the animals in your home with love. About: I have had experience with mostly dogs for at least 20 years. I was involved in 4h training when my kids were younger, and am also currently employed as a certified positive enforcement dog trainer. I have 3 dogs of my own, and currently am training my new lab. About: We lost our dog, Sophie, 2 years ago so until we find our next rescue I love watching other dogs to get my "dog fix" I work full-time from 7:30am-4pm Tues-Fri. I do work from home on Mondays and I'm available weeknights and weekends. I'm willing to come to your house or your pet is welcome to come to mine. I live in a quiet development where I can walk your dog easily on sidewalks and we have a large yard to play fetch. We also have lots of dog toys we saved.

About: I've had family dogs my entire life, but 5 years ago I adopted my very first personal dog, Winston. Other dogs in the house are Lottie (4 years old) and Sully (2 years old). My family and I have been fostering for Unleashed Love Pet Rescue since fall of 2017. That being said, we've had many dogs come through our house - all with different backgrounds and behavior. We've fostered dogs as young as 3 days old to 9 years old. I have taken a few classes about dog behavior and medicine, as well as an obedience class with Winston. I have dog/house sat for family in the past for weeks at a time as well. I look forward to meeting you! I’m currently without a job, so this would be my main priority at the moment. My dogs need to be let out every 4-8 hours but other than that I am available! I have a fenced yard and 3 dogs to keep your pupper company. We have buckets of toys available at all times. Our dogs are not crated regularly, but I do have crates of all sizes available if necessary.
